That's all fine, but run the risk of death. No-one can watch out for you if you're gallivanting.

Everyone that has lived has died. The very action of living is in constant risk of death. :DD

Can't be too risky, still being inside the school.
In my post, Ro was also going to have a steel mop with its cloth removed. You know, the old sturdy ones that are reinforced with steel bolts'n'stuff. May or may not have gotten that idea from the Dead Winter comic. But it does have a practical use- you can shove stuff away with the flat bottom, whack something with the side like an axe/hammer, and it's plenty light enough to carry around with ease.

Ro would also not be with them- rather, he'd be the one going off on his own to grab stuff from all over to fill his backpack with. You know, sensible logical stuff. Then he'd probably just show up next to someone (Probably Barnes or something) and point out something they should know. Like "Preemptive action against an intelligent enemy could be the difference between life and death" or "Teenagers are unstable and moody, like me. Morale is an important part of this- if everyone's happy and determined, everyone will work hard. If everyone is scared and angry, everyone will not be at their best." You know, a bit of a smartass with practical advice, with good intentions. Somewhat.
Ro would be up for field work rather than more theorizing and stuff. He don't care about school- school is all about teaching the theory behind this or that. Actually doing something would be more appealing for him, rather than sitting in a room and brainstorming, with enough brainpower floating about to charge a battery.

So yeah, he'd be in for going and scouting a bit- check to see if there are any adults, police, military, get some tools or weapons, grab his pups (aww de leetle pup-peh)

Also, I had the majority of my first post up, just not the part where he interacts with anyone, but the people in my school's TIP room (the place where they monitor all the computers and all that) decided to whainaw and close my Firefox, which had a half-dozen tabs with both the WIP post for this roleplay, and for two/three others.
Yay. fun.
@WilsonTurner They won't exactly be avian as we know it though, but the closest description would be avian. They fly, seem to possess similar adaptations, but at the same time evolved very differently. Very.

I like trains.

Completely relevant

(But cool with that concept- can't wait to read it or somethingwhatever)

What branch of Science are you?
The Scotsman

Anything but Chemistry. And he likes History. I hate chemistry. Ugh.
Also, don't go out of your way to talk to Ro- you're already snowed under talking to half a dozen or more people in just one post.

Well @WilsonTurner still has to post (not sure how far he is in the writing of his post), and one of the original people interested in the story, @Mbarnes, is now back online after finishing her school stuff, so you two could organise something maybe?

@Mbarnes is here? Cool- that might work. Also, @Mbarnes, does your character have a dog like the one in your appearance? My character has two puppies- :D dogs'n'puppies. Everyone else will be scared and cowering, and our two characters would just be rolling around on the floor with dogs.
Waiting to see if anyone hails Kaz.
So...?

Anyone want me to show up next to them and offer some random advice?
Bird aliens?

Um...
Well, I was- am- in a holy-crap-dinosaurs phase because of the upcoming Jurassic World, and um
Dinosuars are more avian than reptillian
And I was planning on having both reptillian-y peoples and rarer [more politically prominent] feathered races (kind of like an American versus EveryoneElse thing XP, with a basis of inferior:superior, 100:1), with wings genetically activated (gene's there, just not "on") on the most important or the wealthy that want to show off.

I mean
I think it's pretty cool
Just go get an obviously-fake mustache, real thick and abnormally black and all that, and it'll be perfect.

And maybe some bushier eyebrows- make for a great villian.
