Realistically, Dreqs would likely be substandard compared to our own.
Simply put, when you're building things to be as efficient and compare way better to your competitors, it's probably gonna be better than the people who are designing things under orders.

He took three bites from his apple, using it to help him think of a proper response, and what he was gonna do. First of all, he found his soulmate. Second of all, he had two jobs which took up most of his previously unoccupied time. Third of all, he needed to think of something at least halfway pretty to take her on a date. Presumably they'd be wearing something nice, so it kinda has to be a nice place. Who goes to Carino's dressed in fancy-like clothes?
He thought up a response, and quickly typed it out.

After that, he set on finishing his apple, and organizing and cleaning his apartment a bit. Chances were slim, but if they happened to come back here, he didn't want to look like a slob.
