Bio

I have been writing since I was 17 years old. I am now 33 and I've been enjoying life. Writing is a passion just as reading is. My favorite genre is murder/mystery, but I love fantasy and I love action/adventure. I have published a collection of short stories that can be found on Apple Books, Barnes and Nobles, and Kindle. I have a trilogy in the works, the first part scheduled for release this year.

A Chance Encounter: Rivals

As Monarchs flooded through the streets keeping the civilians away from the delicate pastries, but no matter how many they saved from diabetes, there were some who were grateful and some who screamed and ran away from the gentle Monarchs. A few decided to pet the Monarchs before the creatures took off into the sky to continue their job. The two that had been sent to find the source of the muffin men did in fact locate it. They hovered over the SeaShell Bakery for a moment watching as the muffin men came marching out to spread the glorious sweets that the mutant inside prepared. One of the Monarchs hovered low to get a better view, but the windows had some sort of substance on them to keep visibility low. Still, the creature picked up on subtle whimpers and cries for help from those trapped inside.

It looked at the other Monarch and lifted its head. From its maw an orb shot up into the sky like a flare and exploded, giving a signal that this was where the source resided.

Yuri moved silently on the back of the Monarch as it breezed through the street towards the source of the flare. As he surged forth, out of the corner of his eye he saw Lorenzo being followed by what looked to be masses of walking shadow, except the shadows, had claws and looked to be pulled straight from a child's nightmare. Yuri hovered closer and sighed.

"Ya know, for someone who is supposed to be undercover, it was rather easy to find you," Yuri teased, "alas if you follow the flare I'm sure you'll find the source of this infection."

Yuri's attention remained in the direction the flare had come. His Monarchs had found the source, while his other Monarchs continued to destroy muffin after muffin keeping them from the source of the Earth's barrier within Coral City, even though the Monarchs didn't know what they were protecting or the location of the device. All they knew was that Yuri, their master, had ordered them to protect civilians and destroy the muffin monstrosities, and that's what they did. Yuri unmounted the Monarch he was riding and sent it off to join the other four in keeping civilians safe. Coral city was large, and no doubt taxing to keep safe, but they were doing it.

"Try to keep up handsome," Yuri said to Lorenzo throwing a wink in his direction before dashing towards SeaShell Bakery.

The Butterfly's Choice: Moving On...

As Yuri was speaking to the mysterious girl about returning the book she had in her possession, Yuzu, the club president, interjected into the conversation and decided to take charge. It annoyed Yuri to a degree, but he wouldn't make a scene. He was already annoyed but the feline he once trusted and didn't much care for assertions of authority or claims of titles. He removed himself from the conversation and moved over to sit away from everyone with his legs crossed. His eyes darted around the room and landed on Ayaka and Kanata.

Kanata was new to the group and even though she was new, he couldn't help but smile whenever he saw her. She was younger and seemed so intent on feeding them. The way Ayaka and Kanata munched away at the food she'd prepared was adorable and Yuri found the moment cute. Even his stiffened heart couldn't resist the warming aura that Kanata seemed to have. It surrounded her like a bee to a hive and yet he knew she had a long way to go with her abilities. While he had spent numerous hours uncovering the Grimoire he possessed, he understood not everyone was as stern as he was with learning things. He still felt like there was so much more to learn, and the fight from the night before proved that he wasn't as powerful as he thought he was. Clearly, those who had succumbed to darkness were stronger for some reason and he wanted to find out why.

If the feline wouldn't tell them the entire truth, he would figure it out on his own. Training had always helped him hone his skills, and this time would be no different. His eyes landed on Scheherazade if only for a brief moment before falling on Yuzu and Seyrun.

"If anyone needs me, I will be sorting books or something."

Yuri stood from his seat and moved swiftly towards the returned books to try and sort them out.
Steamy Shower and Dark Vision

Yuri's light brown eyes scanned the room and observed everything that was happening. Even though he was comforting Remy as best he could with the understanding of how Remy's abilities worked, he didn't trust this new place and wanted to ensure there was a back door if they all needed it. It was hard to trust anyone after it was revealed that the woman who had opened a school to teach them and nurture them into powerful students had come to want them all dead for her own gains. After that realization, Yuri only trusted those he knew, Remy being one. He knew Madame Muir's claws dug deep in the community and he knew she had allies that would help her in any shape or form, and they were powerful, but he would be ready if they came looking. he would make sure that no one took them, any of them, especially not Remy.

Yuri had come to appreciate most of the older students. The ones who had a grip on their powers he got along with well, but there were some that he didn't really care for, but still would protect with everything he had. Sighing, he didn't let Remy feel his own worries or concerns. He didn't want Remy to overload his mind with the emotions of others. The chest tap from Remy's fist made Yuri smirk as he watched his boyfriend blush. Then Remy did something Yuri didn't expect. He felt Remy's hand grab his own and pull away from the others, to a place they could be alone. He had to admit that he liked when Remy took control and embraced the authority he had over Yuri. It did something to Yuri to be tugged, and once alone Yuri looked into Remy's eyes and softly trailed a hand along Remy's face.

"Let me help you take your mind off of it," Yuri said softly as the kissing started.

It was deep, passionate, and almost longing, but needed. The deep passion both men had for one another was expressed during the intense make-out session that led somehow to a shower. Peeling off layers of clothing Yuri and Remy left love marks on the other's neck, visible for all to see. The water droplets from the shower cascaded across their nude forms as they performed sensual acts of pleasure. How they managed to get from the shower to a room was a secret they would forever keep. Yuri watched as Remy slowly slipped into slumber on the bed, his soft lips slightly red from the kissing. Yuri leaned in to kiss Remy on the forehead before sliding out of bed. He reached into the expensive bag that he'd summoned with clothes for both of them and pulled out a pair of pants and a button-up breezy shirt. The shirt was thin, but black and yet his toned body could be seen if the light hit it at the right angle. The pants were black with distressed areas of grey and rips in the thigh and knee area. He pulled on the black suede boots and looked back at Remy who was fast asleep.

Yuri's eyes shifted to white as he placed a protection sigil on the door of the room, the windows, and the walls. When done, his eyes returned to their alluring light brown color. He opened the door and closed it softly to allow Remy time to rest. Yuri rejoined the others just as Ivy began communicating with her father, Leviathan, the demon of old. Something as powerful as an old demon would prove useful to Ivy, but what about them? Thankfully, Yuri had his own connection with powerful entities, though the price they asked was always high. He observed, unmoved by the shadowy aura that came from Ivy's being, and when she was finished, he shrugged his shoulders and smirked.

"Well, I guess we'll come to the wedding if we survive. Sounds like a good time," Yuri said, "Care to spill on this immortality thing with Madame Muir? I honestly thought the Holy Grail was something no one could get to. I mean Madame Muir hasn't even located it. Sounds like a mission to me, and I'm always up for some action."
Who is up next?

<Snipped quote by WindsOfFate>

Did you ever get the PM I sent you? I had a prewritten character but wanted to get your thoughts on anything that might need to be changed for your setting.

I will read over the character to see if they fit into the story. No worries. I'll check.
start thinking about your character and which side they'll be on.
Yay we got 4, now let's get like two more, and then I can create the ooc for this.
Great Anyone else wanna have fun?
Where do y'all reckon we get them to meet up?

Just head to the city, and there you will find everyone else.....

BTW, these are the creatures Yuri summoned. They will assist any ally.

They are Monarch Dragonis, able to spew flame and arcane energy from their maws and use their strength to crush, cleave, and decimate. Their wingbeats send powerful gusts and can generate razor wind to slice through enemies.
