I'd describe the season of fall to be calm, peaceful, comforting and a bit sad. During fall, the world is preparing to rest for a quiet, cold, and grey winter.

Hi! I'm Winter Star... I'm pretty shy except in roleplay. I'm interested into mystery, fantasy, and horror roleplay and maybe the occasional anime roleplay

A woman that was dressed in all black wandered through an empty neighborhood filled with abandoned houses. She dragged an unconscious person behind her. The dark, cloaked woman walked into a fairly dark house. She quickly tied the unconscious person to a chair. A figure dressed in a deep gray cloak walked into the room from upstairs. The unconscious person started to wake up and started trembling upon the sight of the two cloaked figures. "Founder... should I reveal to her my face?" The woman in the black cloak asked. The shadowy figure nodded slightly before speaking, "She will die soon for the ritual anyway..." The shadowy figure's voice was oddly echoed and creeped out the victim named Cadey. The woman removed her pitch black cloak and her greenish-gray eyes glistened oddly. Cadey started to struggle, trying to break free from the ropes that were tied tightly. The woman chuckled as the shadowy figure approached Cadey. The figure stared down at Cadey who trembled, staring into the figure's eyes. Cadey had never felt such violent fear in her life. The figure places a hand on Cadey's forehead and it felt like the shadows had entered her thoughts. All her thoughts became a violent blur before she fell unconscious again. The shadow removed it's hand from Cadey's unconscious form. A black liquid started to drip from Cadey's mouth. "Winter... take your place among the darkness..." Winter sliced open her wrist and let the black liquid drip from Cadey's unconscious body into her open wound. Cadey started to wake up again and felt the odd black liquid fill up her mouth. She tried to cough it all up but it started to block her wind pipe. Cadey trembled and felt her lungs fill up with the black liquid. Cadey feel weak and died shortly after. Winter stood up, black and red eyes stared into the dull eyes of Cadey's corpse...
According to one of my discord friends if I was an NPC, I would be a depressed and insane 4th wall breaker aka Sayori and Monika with a dash of Yuri
Riley was quiet as he walked past groups of chattering people. He wandered and eventually found himself in a secluded area that seemed familiar. There was a small memorial that had a scratched out image and no name. He kept having these feelings of deja vu since he moved. Riley also kept hearing noises in the old house that he apparently used to live in and odd dreams involving water. He was suddenly thrown out of his thoughts by the sound of bare feet on grass. He ran back home in a panic from the noises. When he was back home, he assessed who he saw. She looked so familiar. Her brownish-black hair was the first noticeable thing since it seemed like it was soaking wet, like she had just gotten out of a pool. Her eyes though stood out. They were dull as if all the light had disappeared from her eyes. Riley sighed heading up to his bedroom. He was annoyed because someone had shoved him while he was walking earlier but also terrified because of that girl. He closed his eyes and dozed off and had a horrific dream of that girl slitting the throat of the person who shoved him. He woke up, terrified from the dream. There was then a knock on the front door. He was home alone so he went downstairs and answered the door. A police officer stood there. "Excuse me, young man, sorry to intrude but there was a murder nearby," the officer explained. Riley trembled and spoke nervously, "W-what happened?" The officer sighed and explained, "Someone who lives alone nearby had their throat cut wide open. They had no one to witness the crimes and the security cameras they had was nothing." "I'm sorry to hear that... I was upstairs taking a nap, most likely when it happened," Riley explained. The officer nodded and left and Riley shut the front door. Riley went to his bedroom and started to panic. He's quickly became aware of a book on his dresser. When he went to examine it, he realized it was an album and in it was pictures of him with that girl. He recognized his handwriting under one of the picture which stated, "Just me and Winter" which caused Riley to feel sick to his stomach. Memories came flooding back of what happened and who she was. That girl he was in the woods was his girlfriend, Winter, and she drowned in an accident at the beach. He looked away from the book and saw her again. She smiled at him and spoke softly, "You remember me again... I'm so glad..." "W-wait you're a murderer! You killed that person!" Riley exclaimed in realization. Winter smirked slightly before speaking in that same soft voice, "As far as I'm concerned, you are the murderer in this situation..." Riley trembled heavily and asked, "What do you mean?" "That dream you had... while you saw me as the killer, it was your body that was doing the killing..." Riley whimpered slightly before Winter spoke again, "But don't worry... with me around, the police has no evidence against you... and that way we will be together forever..." Winter giggled and wrapped Riley up in a hug. "You'll never leave me or forget me again, Riley... I love you too much to let you go..."

This reminded me of a girl I know, she's the type of crybaby that weeps over pet adoption commercials.

...don't call me out like this... I sob over the ASPCA ads!
Riley loaded a tranquilizer dart into the dart gun he had. Pretty soon, she would be captured by him in a peaceful manner. The mafia boss was a tricky lady but that's what he likes about her. He continued to walk down the empty, lonely streets when he heard a sound up ahead of high heels on the sidewalk. She was leaving the club that was her hideout. He followed her for a bit until they were far enough away from the club and close to his car. He aimed right for the mafia boss' neck and then fired the gun. The dart hit her right in the neck. She collapsed and Riley rushed to her. Once she was fully unconscious, Riley picked her up and brought her to his car. Pretty soon he stopped and took her out of his car. He carried her into a basement under his office and tied her up to a chair. When she eventually woke up, her eyes widened in terror. "D-detective? Where am I?" her voice trembled slightly. Riley grinned slightly before speaking, "Winter, you don't have to worry about a single thing." She stared at the detective with wide, terrified eyes. "I won't turn you in... if anything I want you all to myself..." Riley said. Something about his tone of voice was unnerving to Winter. He gently caressed her cheek and stared at her. He then said something that shook Winter to her core, "You're eyes are so beautiful... I wish I could carve them out and preserve them..." Winter whimpered slightly before forcing her eyes shut. "Getting nervous on me now? I wouldn't actually hurt you..." Riley said, his voice eerily calm. Eventually she started to doze off to the sound of Riley's calm voice but Riley didn't want her to be asleep. Riley gently shook Winter's shoulder. "Don't fall asleep yet... besides the tranquilizer should've given you enough sleep already..." he said keeping calm. His calm voice made it hard for Winter to tell if he was sane or not. "W-why did you bring me here in the first place?" she asked nervously. "So I can keep you here and protect you. I'll tell the cops that you died in a gun fight and then you'll be here with me forever," Riley said in that same calm voice. He knew it would work because Winter wouldn't want to be thrown in jail. "That's a fair deal... I don't go to jail and you get to have my love..." she said. Riley gently kissed her on the cheek before heading upstairs to his office.

Riley wandered through the darkened streets. He had knowledge on who the mob boss was but he didn't know where she'd be. Maybe it was fate or luck but the answer quite literally smacked him in the back of the head. When he woke up, he realized he was at an empty club. A voice spoke calmly, "So this is the detective that's looking for me?" He glanced around and saw her talking to one of her goons at the bar. She grinned and interrupted the goon before he could even get speak a syllable, "Just leave me with him. I wanna have a chat with our detective here." The goon agreed to her command and left without saying a word. It was just her and Riley. Riley watched her as she approached him. "Well, detective, might as well introduce yourself." She removed the cloth that had him gagged. Riley knew better then to fight. "Im Riley and as you already well know, Im a detective," Riley said, keeping calm before resuming, "And I already know who you are. You are the mafia boss, Winter." She smirked slightly and said in a soft, flirtatious voice, "Very good, detective Riley... you're cuteness keeps distracting me from the fact you want to lock me up in prison." That got Riley's guard down as his cheeks turned pink. "C-cute...?" he asked quietly. She nodded and gently lifted his head up to her eye level. "You're so cute... it's quite unfortunate you're a detective," she said, keeping that soft, flirtatious voice. "W-well look maybe we can make a deal," he stammered slightly which Winter found quite cute. "What type of deal?" she inquired calmly. "Well, I could probably craft a lie that you skipped town or died in a gunfight against me and I could possibly help you in your mafia business?" he asked, a bit hopeful. She looked at him, getting a sense that he was nervous. Her voice suddenly turned stern, "Do you promise to keep that?" He nodded, slightly panicked. Her voice turned soft once again, "Keep that promise and you'll get more then just helping me with mafia related stuff." She kissed him on the forehead before untying him. Riley's cheeks were a shade of crimson as he realized what she meant. Winter then escorted the detective out of the empty club while scribbling something on a paper and right as they were outside, she snuck it into Riley's coat pocket. "Hope to be working with you, Riley," she said calmly before turning around and returning into the club. Riley started to wander back down those darkened streets and read what was written on the paper she snuck into his coat pocket. The note read, "Make sure to keep your promise. Love you detective, signed Winter." He sighed slightly, realizing his already dangerous lifestyle just got a bit more dangerous. He didn't fully care though. It's just adding onto his lifestyle honestly. Nothing to worry about too much to him.
