As talk went back and forth, Esme moved off to the side, finding a chair to sit in. Since it was clear, the brothers wouldn’t be in the same room as them while they talked. She thought she’d get comfortable. Upon reaching the chair, she almost collapsed into it, feeling every muscle in her body relax. This caused her to sigh heavily as she stretched out her legs and crossed one ankle over the other.

She then had an afterthought about sitting down, but it was too late now. She was far too comfortable to get up now. She would just have to make sure she didn’t fall asleep in the middle of a conversation. She had done it a few times before and neither ended pretty. When Mika came over and introduced herself, Esme looked up to meet her gaze and gave a warm smile. “It’s nice to meet you, Mika.” she replied.

“I’m Esme.” she added, leaning forward and holding out a hand to shake. She would have stood to be a bit more formal, but her legs felt like rubber and she wasn’t sure if she could stand back up.

Esme only caught bits and pieces of the conversations going on around the room as she willed her head to stop spinning. She knew AnnaBeth was clinging to Sam and that it was suggested the brothers had some time alone to talk about things. She just barely caught what Benjamin said about his vision. Wings? What could possibly have wings? She thought to herself as she stood there, still holding her spinning head. After many deep and slow breaths, she mostly regained herself and could stand up straight once again.

She could now fully focus on what was going on and being said. When Sam suggested AnnaBeth go with Natalia and Mika because they were trustworthy, she didn’t feel offended for being left out. Sam didn’t know who she was, like most of them in the room. Then again, there really hadn’t been a moment for her to introduce herself properly with all the chaos that had gone on when she met up with everyone. Esme’s attention fell on Natalia as she spoke to AnnaBeth about fearing Dean and them putting him in his place.

She couldn’t hold back the laugh that escaped her, it was clearly a smartass remark to lighten the mood. When Natalia addressed her, she gave a small smile. Sure, why not? It’ll give us a chance to get to know each other.” she replied, pushing herself off the wall. “And don’t worry about it.” she added, seeing that Natalia felt bad about disrupting her rest. “I’ll catch up on rest at some point.” she finished with a smirk.

I'm pretty easy to get along with. Call it...southern charm with ADHD sprinkles, and an impossibility to tell anyone no LOL. Makes me an easy going doormat who is nice enough to not be used as a doormat very often lol

@WolvenaMeh. Darlin' I laugh at it all the time. It's the only thing that keeps me from crying and feeling like my body is falling apart lol. I'll be fine. My meds seem to be working and my new eye patch is adorable. Ask @FuriePhoenix...I am the worlds biggest goofball, pacifistic optimist.

Living in Texas, I can relate. It can get so hot here and with stomach pain on top of that, it can become almost unbearable.
