God damned daylight. Mithias narrowed his eyes disapprovingly underneath his wide-brimmed hat. That, and an uncharismatic trench coat kept his arsenal hidden while he tried to avoid eye contact with the humans he passed on the sidewalks. It wasn't that the sun wasn't beautiful. It was magnificent. The light of day brought birds and beautiful skies and life. Mithias much enjoyed watching a dawn rather than a sunset, but as far as getting a mission done, light made it extremely difficult to travel among humans. A mere peek at his skin color, or god forbid a glance at his eyes, inspired questions, and he didn't want to be remembered.

He considered trying to reach Alistair, to tell him he had followed him and that he was there, but decided against it. Instead, Mithias quickly scanned the field. Cameras, hidden corners, suspicious thugs that were hanging around nearby... Mithias himself took a position at a bus stop, keeping his head down. He considered how much C4 he had.
