While most of my forces are spaceworthy, that says little to their ability to maneuver. While they could survive in space, I'll probably be losing a lot to Tatooine orbit, where they burn up in the atmosphere. Not to mention I'll probably get a lot of Stalkers flash frozen, meaning that'll hit my main ability to repair damage. As for the Combine inevitably invading, I'm planning to hold off any communication whatsoever until the end of the RP, that being said, it could very well extend the RP where instead of the Kiith as the enemy, it's the Combine.

As for the multiversal empire problem, yes, I'm perfectly willing to have a talk about how they could fit together backstory-wise.
Heh, and if I get accepted, the Citadel itself could act as a mobile base and also a factory.
I'll just use the excuse that the Combine doesn't give a shit about the disappearance of a single link tower, at least until I can stabilize (Or blow up) my core to get communications/a super portal going, which I'm going to avoid doing for at least 90 percent of the RP.
Looking into it more, it seems it's called inter-dimensional teleportation, but what it does is figuratively 'tunnel' to different universes. Imagine a jar of fruit, the inter-dimensional teleportation would let one of those pieces of fruit teleport to another jar of fruit in an entirely different household, but not anywhere in the original jar of fruit. I'm guessing the dimensional/universal teleportation error is gamedev made.
Can't fall asleep, so back to the computer. I totally forgot the Hunter Choppers and Gunships, I'm just going to pretend the last part of Crew covers them, and totally lied about none of the Synthetic units in that grouping being spaceworthy.

And also, the Combine have taken over multiple universes as well. Multiversal empire fight anybody?
Heh, by Spaceworthy it just means they can survive in space. Maneuvering in space is another problem entirely.

As for making the Citadel a spaceship by it's own right, I'll probably get my hands on some of the engine and FTL designs and use the Citadel's war factories to pump them out in small pieces, then have Stalkers and Transhuman maintenance crews assemble and attach them in various areas. The FTL would probably share the core area, or otherwise be near the core. It'd be a really ghetto spaceship, but it'd work. As for hoppers, yeah, most of the forces are made for ground combat. The mines would have to be attached to a solid surface.

EDIT: I'll be going to sleep now. Let's see what the GM has to say about my app when I get back.
Let me know if I need to change anything. This is only a first draft.

|Ship Name: Linking Tower #765 (Commonly known as a Citadel)
|Universe of Origin: Half Life 2 (Note, however, it is from a different universe in-lore then the universe you're in during the events of HL2)
|Method of Transfer (inc. damage sustained during transfer/current supplies): Inter-dimensional Teleportation. While very little info is given on this form of transportation in the lore, I am going to go with the reactor destabilizing and the exotic plasma and dark energy reaching amounts high enough to disrupt the teleportation. Thus, instead of hitting their planned target with the rest of the linking towers, they instead get teleported to a completely random universe and location.

Damage Sustained during teleportation:
Dark Fusion Reactor instability, further damage could result in Resonance Cascade.
Synthetic manufacturing lines one through five suffering Dark Matter resonance scenarios. (Many of the atoms in the manufacturing lines are being assimilated, leaving it heavily damaged).
While not considered damage per say, I will mention that the Citadel has no propulsion techniques or FTL drive.
Dark Matter instability is interfering with inter-dimensional communication and dark wave frequencies.
Large pipe leakage of compressed nutrients present.

Supplies:
Sixteen metric tons of highly-compressed nutrients (Currently being decompressed and vented into space due to pipe leakage)
Five hundred metric tons of compressed matter, used in production lines.
|Ship Specifications: (armament, dimensions, shielding, transporters, etc)
3500 meters tall. (I'd give the other dimensions as well, but they're never given in-game or out-of-game. I'm estimating about 350 to 400 meters across)
The Citadel has no spaceworthy turret defense or shielding, instead they use their spaceworthy ground forces to keep enemies away. Near the top of the Citadel, a Dark Matter based dimensional teleportation device is present, although other teleportation units will have to be created in order to use it. Disrupting the teleportation process will also heavily destabilize the Dark Fusion reactor, which would most likely result in a Resonance Cascade event.
Most entrances are airlocked, in case of the target planet not having the proper atmosphere, however this design also works in space.
|Crew:
Twelve thousand unarmed scanning units, spaceworthy.
Five thousand Synthetic hopper-mine armed scanning units, spaceworthy.
Four thousand Dropship units, spaceworthy.
Six thousand Dark-Energy cannon equipped Strider models, spaceworthy.
Ten thousand Stalkers (Stalkers are used entirely to provide maintenance to the Citadel functions), not spaceworthy.
Eleven thousand Transhuman Infantry Units, spaceworthy.
Eight thousand minor Synthetic units of varying degree, none spaceworthy.
Thirty Transhuman administrative commanders

+Name: Sunset-30
+Job: Deployment Commander.
+Description: He is the standard white-armored Transhuman unit. His voice is identical to the rest.

+Name: Epsilon-95
+Job: Maintenance Deployment Commander
+Description: He is the standard white-armored Transhuman unit. His voice is identical to the rest.

+Name: Dispatch
+Job: Citadel Command
+Description: Dispatch is more a voice then a being with a visible body, it is the Artificial Intelligence embedded in the Citadel.

+Name: Dave Malim
+Job: Administrative Commander, Invasion Overseer
+Description: A man that appears to be in his late fourties, he is balding and sports a nice tan suit. He is six feet and eight inches tall.
I'm thinking what I would do is make use of the Combine's incredible ingenuity, and steal the designs from another person's FTL and engines. From there, use the incredible manufacturing abilities of the Citadel to produce the equipment, weld it in place and hook it to the power, and boom, moving building.
Heh, and I'd travel across space by just having a thousand-ish dropships hook up ropes and drag the Citadel. Such impracticality. Not to mention how long it'd take to get anywhere. "Hold up guys, I'm 1/1000th the way there!"
Hmm, I'll take your word on it, mostly because that leaves me a lot of leeway to completely design my own form of Combine space exploration. The game lacks any info of what the Combine would use in space, if the Citadel itself is not spaceworthy, so I can easily piece together my own tidbits to form a completely unique style of space travel. Good practice for sci-fi writing. Of course, that's dependent on whether or not I go with the Combine as opposed to SS13.
