Started calisthenics today; not to lose weight, but to get toned and get a little stronger. It's a 5x/week type deal ChatGPT drew out for me, but my snap, crackle, pop knees sure do love to complain..

The Muslim Moors of North Africa invaded the Iberian Penninsula in 711 and were removed in 1492 with the Reconquista (Reconquest) with the fall of Granada, ending Islamic rule in Iberia. With 781 years of occupation, there has to be North African blood (genes) in most Spaniards and Portuguese, if not all.
The island has practically all races. I remember a classmate of mine from primary school who was at least half Chinese. The interactions I described were mainly with people who have a stereotyped image of what Cubans look like, though they honestly didn't know any better.
