Juri who was leaning against the wall looked over at the beaten and discouraged 23. "Because you don't fight with heart." Her voice was stern. "Plus always watch your opponents eyes, show no mercy." she then chuckled. "Aim to kill, that's what my master told me when I was like you, he also stated that true power comes from within, you don't have to be strong to win, just be smart and make every strike worth it."

Juri grew up in an orphanage, not having the slightest memory of her parents. Yet she had a tail, which really troubled her mentally. She actually thought she was a mere abomination and the other orphans shunned her for the way she looked. Whistling at her like she was a dog or yelling. "Here kitty kitty." at her. Poor Juri then learned the path of the lone wolf, trust no one. During the years at the orphanage, Juri became obsessed with mechanics, essentially teaching herself how to build things.
One day around playtime, all the kids were outside. Juri was sitting by her favorite tree and a gleam of light caught her eye. Being the curios ten year old that she was, she went over and found some sort of chip. As she found it, she quickly went inside and looked in her box of "Goodies" or that's what she called it. This box contained metal scraps and wires, just about anything she could find to build things. She started with a circuit board and the chip she found.
As a week passed, Juri had made a watch out of the materials she had, little did she know she had just opened new doors in her life. The chip she found, was the chip that Lord Cooler had used to become Meta-Cooler. This chip was his mind, that beings said, he inevitably made Juri his disciple. He encouraged her to train and push herself until her Sayain powers started being active.
At the age of 20, Juri stood in her prime as a Rouge Sayain under Cooler's rule. This is where her new endeavor begins.
