Hello! Nice to see you, eh?

I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.

I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

"Not like I can ask for more. I'd like to discuss a little later, though, if that's allowed. All this excitement has gotten me hungry." Acht shrugged, or at least attempted to, before turning back to walk upstairs. Before leaving, though, it turned back to Roxy. "Will you be going as well? It'll be quiet in the cafeteria otherwise."

The shorter boy growled half-heartedly when the older one ruffled his hair. "Stop that." He gave yet another huff as he followed to the door to get to the next class, already slightly curious about how the weapons class would go. "But we might as well not be late to this one, too. I don't know if they count attendance here or not, but it's not a good idea to miss any important instructions."

"An accident? That's a little harsh. You don't look like much of a troublemaker to me." Devon frowned a bit while pulling the T-shirt on. "I've only seen you use your ability maybe twice now, but you seem like you have better control over it than most humans your age that I've seen have over their own limbs, if that's what he's thinking about." With the shirt on and the shorts joining them, the teen ran a brush through their hair quickly before putting on the cap. "Maybe he just needs some proof that you can handle yourself. I bet if he sees how well you can manage things at camp, he'll probably relax a bit. I know some family members who are a little like that myself."

Of course, what Devon never mentioned was that she was still trying to figure out how to prove her capabilities to them. It was hard to do as one of the youngest in the family.

Sorry, packing got me super busy yesterday! I'll post as soon as I can!
I'll post when I get the chance. I'll probably be boarding a plane soon.
@KatherinWinter
"Maybe so, but that little stunt that friend of ours pulled caused him to reveal his location. Luring a target should still count as an acceptable means of ascertaining location." The injured hybrid slowly rose to its feet, clutching at its arm. "Of course, it wasn't really planned this time, but it is still something to consider. Who knows, maybe that was the loud one's plan all along, and it just backfired a bit at the end. Probably doesn't know his own strength, or at least never considered how to be careful of its consequences."

"You did quite a few helpful things yourself before that incident cropped up though, didn't you? Though it seems that you were much less reckless and more methodic about them. You probably added more to our team effort than I did, even. While it lasted, anyway." The redhead leaned against the wall and turned back to the girl as she spoke, only the very corners of his mouth quirking the slightest, as if subtly trying to refer to some sort of shared secret.
"Well, not all of them are human, but this definitely proves that they are present within their ranks... Most humans don't do well in this territory or with most of the demons in it, which is why their involvement is so troubling..." The demon removed the cloak, pushing it to the foot of the bed along with his belt. "It's all just baffling to me, really, but hopefully they won't be able to cause...too much trouble..."

Right when his eyes had closed, they snapped back open upon his hearing of Wrenna's request. A place to sleep? Yes, that was probably important, but where could...

His face went blank before he grabbed the pillow he had been hugging earlier and quickly buried his face in it. "Ah, um..." The comfortable object muffled his voice, he realized, so he pushed it away from his mouth and just hid the rest of his face behind it. "I guess...no, that's a terrible idea, I'm sorry for bringing it up...please forget it..." He gripped the pillow a little tighter before looking up fully. "B-but then...oh, the room! Turn right and go down the hall! The first door on the left is another bedroom!"

Taking hold of the blanket, Soreth pulled it over himself and turned to face the other side of the room. "Be careful going out, make sure nobody's coming this way before you leave. A-and lock the door from the inside when you get in the room! I'll give some kind of excuse to keep everyone out of there, so just don't get caught in the hall or anything!"
"Ah, thank you." Soreth flopped over on the bed as soon as he got to it, taking a moment to just enjoy not standing up anymore. "Mm! That's loads better. I might just stay here if I can...maybe they won't find the others..." He shoved his boots off of his feet and grabbed one of the pillows to hold closer to his chest before he remembered that he had just been explaining something. "Oh, they call it The Red Dawn Brigade. It's some kind of group that's been showing up a lot around the kingdom lately." He closed his eyes as he hugged the pillow, yawning a bit. "I don't really get them. They seem to think that they're some sort of army? But we can't seem to figure out if they work for another group then, or if they just operate on their own. They keep going on about weird things like some kinds of myths they seem to think are real and such, but the people from the group that we've apprehended in the past have been oddly secretive about most of the useful details. I can't believe a group of them actually got in here..."
Soreth almost jumped when Wrenna opened the door, not having expected her to leave the room. He looked around the area as frantically as he could at the moment, though he could see no one else around. "Careful! There's no telling who could just show up!" Since there was no immediate danger, though, he just sighed and returned his focus to the question. "Not as much as I'd like to... The guy is human, that much is true. There are two others of species we have yet to confirm, but we kind of doubt the entire group was made up of humans at this point...Can I lie down? I might not get much of a choice in a minute."

Even though he had asked first, he had already started moving toward the door to open it, not forgetting his earlier goal. "Ah...I guess he was part of that weird what's-it-called... It's not a cult, it's more like... Well, I might have called it a cult earlier, but that's probably not accurate..."
