Bio

Hello! Nice to see you, eh?

I'm Yami, a college student and sometimes decent artist heavily influenced by anime/manga styles. Um...I'm not that interesting, really. I do some cosplay stuff and can get really into anything that interests me enough, but that's about it.

I might be in a bit of a slump right now, actually. I'm looking for something really fascinating to pique my interest once again, help me get back into the swing of things. I'm into crazy fantasy situations, especially.

The dark-eyed man's brow furrowed slightly in concern as he heard Katherin's warning. "Hunting? Why?" Such a thing was certainly concerning; who would do something like that? And should they have taken more precautions before leaving the castle if this were true? He tried to think back on whether or not she had mentioned anything about it before, but he couldn't seem to be sure. If only I hadn't been so tired...this kind of information is something important to have very early on...I should have been listening more closely...
"Since you said you're alone here, where's your family? Ahh... You... You don't have to answer that if you don't want to. Ehehe..."

"S-so, you said there's somebody else here that isn't human. Care to elaborate?"

"Ah...I...don't exactly..." The young man scratched his head as he started to answer, but trailed off when the topic was soon changed. It was a bit confusing, but he shrugged it off quickly. There would be time to explain that later, anyway, and it wasn't that important at the moment.

Besides, he wasn't even sure himself, really.

"Oh, did I say there was only one? That was a mistake on my part, I apologize. There are several non-human entities currently residing here. Granted, I suppose some of them used to be human." He smiled a bit as he remembered some of the stories that the resident spirits would tell him. Some of them had lived some pretty interesting lives before they had met their ends. "In any case, they're mostly harmless. Quite a few ghosts here and there, Sir Raziel kinda nests in one of the older towers, there are birds around somewhere..." He thought for another moment before sitting down himself. "That's a start, anyway. I'm sure you'll see a few other animals and the like from time to time. I'll introduce you to the visitors if they come around while you're here, too."
" If it's your hobby, then maybe you need some restrictions for a while so you can get some better rest. I got caught in that trap once, and I..."

...am still in that trap. Whoops.

Spinel was caught off guard by the shouting and the grabbing, but didn't react very quickly at first. He watched for a moment as she started running around frantically before she finally fell and dropped everything. "Hey, are you alright? Ah, the mess got bigger...here." Picking up a few of the scattered materials, he tucked them into the crook of one arm before holding out the other to help her up. "This is a lot, what's it even for? If it's your hobby, then maybe you need some restrictions for a while so you can get some better rest. I got caught in that trap once, and I...wait...are these...what are these?"
@RavenTLark

Chibi-Kido ran forward as if to catch the girl should she start to fall again when she rose to her feet once more, completely ignoring the fact that he should have been way too small for such a thing to be even remotely effective. "You fell over! Are you hurt? Maybe you should sit down. Papa always told me that it's better to sit down for a bit if you pass out in case you do it again. And maybe drink water. I can get some for you!"
@SadCubone

I believe so, at least to the extent of my knowledge. Feel free to copy/fill out the CS format on the first page of the OOC and Miss Winter will check it over when she returns!
After the housekeeper had given her say about the matter and the others had finally quieted down, Kyo let out a breath in relief. What would have been a sigh for anyone else passed silently from his lips as little more than a quick release of air before he went to fill up his plate. Just a few of the lighter breakfast items: Toast, milk, a couple of other small things. He avoided the bacon, however, having never been able to get used to the stuff. It was one of the few things he actually avoided consciously when he ate, though he wouldn't dare if it was placed directly in front of him. It just felt weird.

When he returned to his place at the table, he ate a little slowly, as was habit for him. He didn't want to take too long, but he didn't want to be unable to enjoy the flavor of the food; it was one of the things he very much enjoyed here, especially after the dishes his aunt had prepared.

Although, even that was better than what came after. He thought he had lost all sense of taste.

He hadn't paid too much attention to the others at the table during the meal, and continued to space out even as he carried his dishes to the kitchen once he had finished.

Spinel had already followed the girl through the door before he realized where he had ended up. He looked around the room in surprise, taking in all the books and other various reference material lying around. "Wow...are you sure, though? It's no wonder you seem so tired, how do you sleep with all of these all in your nest like that?" The bright-eyed young man walked over to the cluttered bed and picked up a book, looking over the title and even starting to flip through it. "This is thick, too. There's no way you wouldn't notice...Hmm?"
@booksmusicanime

Would there still be books and maps and such all over the place? Especially on the bed or a desk or something?
@KatherinWinter

I think we started down a different hall and tried one of the first doors we saw. That's kind of what I was picturing, anyway.
