His ears pricked up at mention of the council. "New members?" He looked shifty, but was fine. "I hate new people with power. It does terrible things to people." He cracked his knuckles. "They think we wont send them to hell again?" He grumbled.

He nodded. "A drink right now sounds heavenly. Well done Karn." He grinned. "Our team has a real shout at winning this thing." He had been keeping track of the scores as they updated. "But nothing is over yet. I'm sure we'll need to be at our best tomorrow!" He clenched his fist.

He would have to eat his own words. He made awkward eye contact and nodded in recognition of Karn. "Good win Phoenix wing." He chuckled too himself, returning his attention to his own team. He couldn't fraternize too much. After all... they were still the enemy.

Lazarus

He laughed in triumph as Shujin had to eat his words, before his mood dropped once more. Karn did make his way back to the Phoenix wing area though. "Well play small one." He patted Karn on the back. "That was a heavenly performance. Just how a Phoenix wing back should do it." He grinned.

Karn's battle really was heating up now. "Come on Karn!" He wanted Karn to win so bad. It would put them in prime position in the games. He did looked to Sasha though. She wasn't pressing him anymore. "It's something I need to do as a man." He nodded, looking back to the battle.

He said nothing for a moment before looking at her and smiling. "It's nothing you need to worry yourself about ok?" He returned his gaze to Karn's match. "Karn will win."

He kept his face in his hands. "I'm waiting. I don't see how your team member is going to win this one." He chuckled, wiping the tears of laughter away.

Lazarus

He looked at Sasha with a monotonous gaze. "Nothing. I just have something to do..." He heard Shujin's jeers before reacting wildly and instantly, cutting off his conversation with Sasha. "Come on Karn! Beat this woman down!" He yelled into the ring.

He felt a little easier having sat with the members of Phoenix wing for lunch. He still felt uncomfortable around Lazarus. Whenever his elder brother was around, there was a heavy sense of foreboding, and he didn't like it. He had seated near to them for the next match though. When Karn had turned into a cute cat thing he almost facepalmed.

Lazarus

He nodded. They needed to return to the arena. Karn had been called out to fight against someone of the name Krystal. He laughed across at Shujin. "Just wait." He did find it funny. Yes Karn's attitude to magic could be a little annoying some times, but for the time that Lazarus had known Karn in the guild, he had gotten a good enough feel for the magic Karn possessed. His or Her magic wasn't anything to be messed with.

He jovial manner dropped a little when Sasha was seated next to him. He remembered something important he had to talk to Master Jamie about.

I instantly respect @lunarlors34 my first ever post on old rpg, was a straight IC post without having made a CS. I bossed it.
