Current And maybe most people don't like getting a single line back in response to a few paragraphs? Like whatever floats your boat, but there's a reason Free exists.

Hey now, he's becoming self-aware. Don't take that from him.

If the man's is asking for a ban, might as well give it to him. Good riddance.

Then you'd just be crying about why it's permanent instead.

Meh... can't say I'm feeling as eager for this RP as before. I'll try to keep up with it, but don't be too surprised if I decide to drop.
Aw fuck yeah, I lied. Apologies for taking up OOC space.

‘Damn…’ His first thought was that such a weapon probably would have made Zhan a pushover. The sheer impact behind it would have probably splattered the Metal Slime like a bug. It didn’t match the Goddess’ outfit, but then again neither did her attitude…

Like the others, Alexander winced at the heavy blow that dropped her Guild member to his knees. ‘Geez…’ He couldn’t help but feel for the others. At least Ares’ violence wasn’t too unexpected given why she was a Goddess. While they looked tough enough to take a few blows from the irritable Goddess of Smiths, it still couldn’t be pleasant.

Not the most polite thing to do, but Alexander stepped aside from the man mere moments before the blow sent him to his knees. With a silent prayer to him, he looked towards Hephaestus when she bluntly addressed him. Well… judging from what he had seen, it wasn’t like the Goddess was particularly irritated towards him. Snagging Zhan’s core intact might also be enough to get a foot in the door in terms of a good relationship with the Goddess from what she mentioned as well. A consideration to keep in mind for later though. “Could one of your members point me in the right direction for materials?”

There wasn’t much out on display, but what little was still held Alexander’s interest and the price tags gave him enough to wince at. He scratched at the back of his head, wondering how long it would take to afford a piece like these, and looked up when a man entered from further inside the workshop. He was honestly a bit concerned from how beat up the man seemed to be, but the near-screech snatched his attention with a jolt.

A wince quickly followed the man’s reaction, and Alexander could only scratch at the back of his head and hope there wasn’t too much trouble. He did follow the man into the workshop’s actual workspace like asked though, raising a hand to shield himself from the bright flames within several forges. Several blinks allowed his eyes to readjust and naturally he tried to locate the source of the commotion that had him back here in the first place.

A bit taken aback, realization nonetheless quickly settled in as he watched Rena dip her finger into the water. From her reaction it was in fact just water, and he scratched the back of his head as he took another sip. He couldn’t really fault her for checking because even if it made no real sense to him, the strange being could have poisoned him for the sake of doing so; he certainly didn’t know the creature’s motivations or thoughts. His attention was drawn to the being as it flourished its baton once more, curious as to what would happen next.

His eyes widened at the gentle, yet invigorating, notes that filled the air until the joined and mixed together to form a song. It was probably a bit cliche to say that the music resonated with his soul, but Valair found that pretty much summed up what he felt. The music was more than just pleasant to hear and what pain lingered was slowly brushed aside as the song progressed. The urge to simply close his eyes was strong, but with a small frown he brought the glass back to his lips and sipped, distracting himself from the music with the small action.

Only when the song came to an end did he move the glass and set it on the ground next to him. Hands free, he gave a short clap of applause for the performance. “So you are,” he murmured, reading the card, before he slowly stood up. The individual had done nothing to warrant such suspicion, but Valair didn’t exactly like the fact that such feelings had been pressed onto him, even if they were pleasant. Perhaps the music this creature orchestrated was simply that calming to the senses and mind, but even that was something to be wary of.

Yet when the Musician pointed towards the road, Valair looked to the others and shrugged. It wasn’t like they had any better options at the moment.
Welp, hopefully it doesn't take that long.
