Kad, I would advice against that. If I read it correctly the thing has regeneration and is capable of evolving to adapt to the situation. Shooting the groin may result in some highly uncomfortable situation for everyone. Particularly if it decides to go after males as well.

Post going up Monday (later today)-Tuesday. Monday I have a few other tasks to do before I can work on a post so I might not be able to finish it then before having to head off to work, but then I can finish it Tuesday.

These drawing are fantastic, Temp.

Hopefully you'll do a drawing showing each character death. It'd be cool for each killed PC in the Dead Character hider to have an image showing what happened.

@Reinforcements: You can drop in wherever you feel is most appropriate, though a recommendation for the south west drops, avoid dropping straight into the fog. Enemies may capitalize on this. Spend a post getting into the fog rather than dropping in straightaway and hoping for the best.

@Raen: It seems your past is catching up to you.

Holy balls, shit's going down in this round. We got our first PC casualty, crazy mutant enemies and a very angry Goleyeith armed with a ripped-off mech arm/spontaneous club. Fun.

So Holimshire. I'm interested in exploring the fog, but Roman wouldn't even consider going without backup. You wanna take a chance and check out the foggy mutants or go down the safe side?

Honestly, I am also tempted to see what's in the fog, just in case they are more survivors. Of course, it's super risky, as that Goliath is still coming for us, and if it comes to it, I have an evac and you don't, as far as I can tell. Also, I'm packing a little bit less firepower these days.

In character, Eira will follow Roman in whichever choice he makes at this point. He asks Eira to give him backup in the fog, she'll do it, and I'll happily oblige. The Goliath is bigger than the Mercy, and so we should have some small amount of time while it tries to break through to make contact. Though we'll need to rush in to get out of distance of those arms.

Alright. I think we should explore the fog. The Goleyeith is either going to try and follow us and not fit down the path or pay attention to the Achilles Heel instead, so we may have a chance at doubling back for safety depending on how that plays out.

I'll be sure to write up a story post tomorrow.

Pretend one of your hands is possessed and attacking you and use it to remove the offending hand. Then get the folks back at Bunker Chicago to affix it as a prosthetic replacement.
