Well as you can see, Polaris and Bishop are both pretty powerful, and they are both pretty douchebaggey. Also Prankster will be under my control as he is an NPC creation. If he survives the events of the thread into the next one I can open him up for you to play as a Villain PC. This thread has one arc but I can assure you that the next is more multi-faceted. A Darkseid type villain would be too premature for the thread at its current state and believe me I have plans for Legion.


As I said, can we hint at him in this thread or the next one? Like he could have an occult or some followers who refer to him as their master. I could write him up in the rogues gallery thread

There already have been hints at a Master of Legion, there was even a cult earlier in the thread :P

Besides story-determining arc-villains villains like that are beyond the scope of player-only creations.

Why? Is this not our endeavour as much as yours? Are we not capable of writing up story-determining arc-villains? Not that I've got any plans for one at the moment, I'm just interested as to why we can't do it?

Sam, this is a corroboration yes but that's what I was trying to get at. The story is mine and yours and the aim is to work together to craft it. I said arc-determining villains are beyond the scope of player-only creations because I have a few broad story points in mind and allowing every player to independently create major NPC villains might become problematic. If you have ideas about major villains you can certainly present your ideas to me about it and we can work together so that it can fit within the framework I have in mind, I'd have time to alter my ideas about whats next to accommodate us both. I'm always open to this kind of collaboration, I just don't think players creating their own Magneto or Ra's Al Ghul without any prior collaboration would work well for the RP.

I'm glad we made our points clear. I admit I have wording problems when I type things in a hurry :P

LeeRoy, I'm typing this from a school computer and I'll be tied up until later tonight. But I will talk to you as soon as possible.

Also if anybody is still game for helping create illustrated recaps or my grandiose prequel series please come talk to me.

I'm imagining this series now as an actual publication, refined and cleaned up, it's beautiful. A guy can dream....

It's not really a hostage situation but a rescue operation.

Pariah and Morningstar are holding off the mooks while everyone else is evacuating hostages. And Yog, let's let other people chip in instead of solving the whole thing ourselves :P
