Yeah, no PC's or Major Characters can be insta-killed like that, though they could be killed if he used it for long enough, it would vary from person to person, but long enough that they'd almost certainly be able to stop him before he managed to tear it out. So named characters are safe unless their player is deliberately trying to get the char killed xD

I would think not, because gods are pretty freaking hard to kill, so just to be fair to the non-god characters, I would assume not. But, again, I need to consult with Ace. After all, this whole RP was Ace's idea. So keep in touch and we'll let you know! :)
