Haha, who knows maybe her mistrust of mages may change, knowing that she HAS to work with some of them, although I think that she will have a conniption when she sees Valerion take someone's soul. :/

Oh sure, she'll come around to getting over her issues and then wham! - she witnesses Valerion taking someone's soul and has a complete fit.

I totally didn’t have to google Conniption to see what it meant.

I figure as soon as Dreet-Na finds out about her issues he will go back to his grumpy old self – at the moment he seems to be in quite the good mood, magical tome gifts n all! But I figure he’d have quite the stick up his ass about such prejudices (damn hypocrisy of him… more than enough prejudices himself. )

Likewise I figure if he meets any Mer characters it wouldn’t go well. Also any meeting between him and Qa’Skil would likely not go very well at all, but then again I figure Qa’Skil would likely rub many of the characters the wrong way with his sinister ways.

Conniptions is such a quirky word...

You guys are evil though. Saasi will have an inevitable break down at this rate!

There is a rather interesting story as to why Saasi has such issues concerning the arcane and those who practice it. Something for Dreet-Na and the others to pry about until she admits to it. She has the prejudice for a reason, I assure you. c;

Heh, initially I was planning on having Dreet-Na very upset about the vampire, undead and lycan companions – but I think I’ve decided he’d be more interested than upset. Especially with Valerion and his somewhat β€˜immortal’ nature – seeing as the lizard’s last years are upon him and he has thus far failed in his life quest of gathering knowledge and information in a safe place.

Hmm yes, Valerion is certainly becoming a bit of a centre piece for controversy and thoughts isn't he?
Just as I planned :P
And who knows Lord pie, Valerion may have a follower in the dark magics if Dreet Na becomes interested in it, and the quest for Immortality.
Which is always a fun, but dark path.

Haha, my characters are totally tame compared to you guys'. I was thinking of having Roze look to someone else in the group to try and mentor her in magic - as stated, she relies mostly on her stealth, so she knows she needs a bit more of an edge in the group.

Well I was thinking that Qa'Skil was going to become quite infatuated with her - become stalker-like and a tad obsessed in his own way, but again it would depend on how everything goes.

Leos, that could indeed become quite the sub-plot. Dreet-Na grappling with the desire for immortality, but not willing to go down a dark path... moral conundrum type of thing.

Rawlith is open to many conversations and interactions, Veshio and Myself have a bit of a friendship brewing for ideals, and Rawlith may, or may not, end up trading magical knowledge with Valerion along the way.

Hey guys sorry for my slow posting. I'm working nightshifts lately but the workload is ridiculous (in comparison to the pay) and when I get home I have to sleep. However I shall definitely have a post up tonight on my break or tomorrow.

I'm currently at work, but going to get this reply down soon! As i'm often alone working I have come up with a pretty cool secondary character. Completely opposite to Haserus. An assassin who has devoted his life to completing his contracts through the art of stealth. He's primarily a ranged character, using a bow and some other small yet deadly weaponry. I expect he'd play the role of a scout alongside whomever else feels like they are up to the task.
