it depends on how long they have been a host. most of the infected are very dumb and fall into traps very easily. Those are also easy to out run on foot by they can track you a long distance. The smarter infected have been infected of the least amount of time. these guys still have some survival in stinks so traps will have to be cleverly hidden. These infected can still run but run out of stamina very quickly.

Its like scent based. like a dog's. They can fallow your trail for about a hour before they give up. They go for what smells like a human. So Being dirty is good. No paying dead is just asking for them to spore you, hiding sometimes works.

bump. how long does it take to draw a map. you have had 6 days.
Draw me a detailed map of a fictional town that includes several stores, gas stations and restaurants a townhall, library, hospital, police and fire station, downtown area and neighborhood. It also needs a park and to next to a forested area. All in less than six days. Calm down the GM will be ready exactly when their ready and not a moment sooner.

this is free rp, we use our immaginations, failing that a normal map will do. a deitalied one isnt needed. i understand its hard. but free rp starts the ic quite quickly so im not really use to waiting. its a good idea but please. if no one said there was a problem then you would never have a kick up the arse to do it

I tried that once, and played many RPs with no map references and it got real wonky. Half the time we didn't even know where other people were unless they were next to us. having a detailed map to be able to look at and say "Okay I am here and soon to be dead peeps are there." (Oops... did I just say that or did Troy... well I can neither confirm nor deny that myself or Troy would ever say that... yup, anyways.) Having a map is nice for logistics and keeping track of others.
