As well the EXTREMELY annoying problem of having the page boot to some add site about every time on any of the pages of the site. Makes it difficult to post or read anything >.<

Possible interest. Do machinas ever go so far with their cybernetic enhancements that they no longer resemble humans?

Though Machinas still retain some of their organic parts internally, they may change their physical appearance on the outside. For example you may see a Machina with digitigrade like legs or an forearm replaced with a scythe (though as cool as that one sounds, its probably not so great in a practical sense).

^-^ What's better would be a modular arm, sometimes a scythe, sometimes a multitool-deck, sometimes a fire extinguisher... An arm for every occasion. Anyway, I'm a big fan of sci-fi mysteries and the like; I'll keep an eye on this, see how many players you find. I might join, if it looks like you're short (perhaps with a Kotorian or a Vexi researcher... liberally augmented either way, of course).

That would be the more practical and handy for an arm, especially a cybernetic one. Glad to see you are interested. =)

So just as an update, I count 9 hits of interests on this which I do believe is more than enough to get the roleplay underway (though I always like to see new faces =) ) I am already working on the final set. I am hoping to get everything finished near the end of the week.

Yes it is actually. I probably would have gotten everything set in 2 full days but work and college tends to stretch everything out =/ I already have the majority of the detail taken care of so I expect to get the full version going later today.

Yaay! I mean you don't need to have everything set up immediately, right? Just the important stuff to get the CS' started. And then ya can add in the other details later. I've got waay too many ideas for my CS, at the moment. Gotta get rid of some of them...

Weird, I just finished my CS and sent you a copy. Although I'm sure issues would be addressed in the OOC. Also, yeah, its not saying you posted anything in the last +10 hours besides what you just said. Spooky. I could try to start it for you with the story and such for you to follow up.

As another update, I am still working out the technical issues with Mahz. Whats possibly going on is that the full post that has **everything** on there could be too large to post in one go. I am currently awaiting a response for advice or instructions but if I hear nothing, I will post the full version in sections. It won't look pretty but everything will at least be there.

I would probably be interested in joining, if there's still space. My character would probably be a Vexi, or maybe an older-model Hephaeton. However, the personality I have in mind for the Hephaeton mainly depends upon the development of AI technology (How long ago was it perfected, what order personality features were developed in, et cetera).

Hrm, I knew I should have waited for the others before bumping :T Ah well. The timeframe on the general AI development could probably be explained better by Shining. Although I can imagine there are multiple corporations that design AIs. A safe concept for an old AI would be one that was maybe salvaged from a decommissioned ship and repurposed in a synthetic body for reasons.
