Edolas Sayuri

Sayuri just looks at Sasha for several seconds before sighing and turning towards the guildhall, "You shouldn't be so dismissive Sahsa. You have no idea why I do what I do. You're trying to help the people by putting the rightful Heir back. That will give Pheonix Wing great recognition and praise regardless of your intentions. If I succeed do you know what I'll get Sasha? Peace of mind. My actions probably won't even be thought about ten years from now. Maybe you should try to understand someone before deciding whether or not to trust them. I'll meet you two at the other stable. Don't open it though Tsuki will rip your throat out if you do," without looking back she walks into the guildhall ignoring everyone. She walks into Jamie's office and grabs her jacket and puts it on. She then walks over to where Edo-Jarvis put her swords, grabs them, and walks out again. Arriving at the stable she waits for Sasha to open the doors before calming Tsuki and climbing on her back, "Climb on but be careful. She might still lash ot even with me here."

Despite her calming there was still an audible growl coming from the white legion. It's eyes trained on the only other two people around assuming they were the cuase for Her masters aggitation.

For a moment, Fleo was taken aback by the guild hall. It was a little worn around the edges, certainly, but it both looked like and gave off the vibe of a place both a home and a business. She didn't have long to look around, though, as she was approached by an individual almost immediately. Fleo found that she had a tough time describing this person, as if their features were perfectly fluid, everything and nothing at once. She couldn't even tell what gender the person was, which put her slightly on edge. When that individual identified as nothing less than the Guild Master, Fleo was momentarily stunned.

Then, her surprised expression melted into one of joviality. “My name is Fleo Plector, from Nepenthe. I'm a wizard and have traveled a long way to be here!” From the way she said it, Fleo obviously relished the aforementioned travel, rather than hating it. “I'm here to become a part of your guild, if you'll have me...Master?” She held out a bandage-swaddled hand to shake, and though her hand jittered in a somewhat nervous fashion, it was obvious from her earnest expression that she was fully committed to this act.

Karn
Fiore || Mt. Hakobe
Interacting: Zenoram/Zero

Karn had been sleeping peacefully, curled up in his massive Chimera form as the dragon slayer rested against the fluffy thick fur. The long thick tail curling around Zenoram like a blanket. Head resting against his paws as the beast snoozed comfortably. Ears twitched a little as he heard movement and his golden eyes blinked open slightly, to see Hemlock and Mithera moving and seeming to go and talk. Yawning a little bit, Karn blinked his eyes slowly but didn't move from his position. Wondering a little what the two dragons were talking about.

Edolas

Edo-Karn
Interacting: Edo-Jamie, Edo-Angelica,

Watching tangled mess the three women got into, Edo-Karn simply grinned in response before blinking in mild surprise as Sasha just went up to the red haired enemy and pinned them down with ice. "Mhmm tougher than she looks." they mused, twitching a little at the stinging pain in their back, followed by the familiar twist of agony in the chest.

Promptly ignoring it, they looked to the Guild Master and huffed a little at the answer. "I don't have time to rest. Especially when Twiddledee is probably going to try another jump on us. I owe him a kick to the face." they grumbled before glancing to Edo-Angelica. The net sparking again with electricity before reaching and grabbed at the wrists to tie them behind her with wire.

"You should be thankful I didn't let you burn to a pile of ash or get knifed." Edo-Karn grumbled as they glanced to Sasha before their emerald eyes scanned the area. Now looking out for more surprise attacks.

Before they could reply to Sasha's question, the short blonde suddenly was stricken by a uncontrollable coughing fit. Having not caught it in time to somewhat prevent it, the sound of the coughing was rough and wheezing at first before it just sounded like gurgling. Hand covering their mouth in a attempt to cease the fit, blood dripped from their gloved hand as the gurgled hacks persisted.

When they finally ceased, Edo-Karn pulled their soaked bloody glove away before wiping their mouth with the back of their hand. As if it didn't happen or was just used to it, the blonde resumed scanning and watching the false queen. Prepared for another round of fighting.

Hemlock and Zenoram/Zero

Hemlock took a moment to think and then sighed. He remained rather quiet, but still serious. "I fear that the time for Zenoram and Zero to separate from me may be coming." He didn't know why, but he kind of just got this feeling. Regardless, he felt he could trust Mithera. She was already kinder than most humans, or former humans if you will, he had met in his life. For the most part of course, being that he didn't know very many humans in the first place. "That's why I wish to request that you take care of them in the event that I have to leave or something happens." He was vague, but it was only because he didn't know what lied in the future.

"Is this a task you think you can handle?" Of course, he was giving her the choice. He wasn't just going to shove it on her and force her to accept. He didn't growl, or glare or give off any form of intimidating feeling. He just asked. He didn't even pay much attention to Karn who he knew was awake.

Meanwhile, Zenoram didn't move. He and Zero were sound asleep, curled up against the Chimera. He mumbled a bit, but overall gave no signs to his, or Zero's waking. He was peaceful. A smile on his face as he cuddled against the soft and furry creature that was karn.

Edolas
Mayt
Mayt removed his finger from Edo-Beatrix, still blushing a little. "If I'm going to be frank, I saved you out of curiosity of if I could do it, not because you deserved it. However, I don't believe you deserved to die either, simply because he thought you are weak. You're not really, you just faced off against the wrong opponent. I tend to try not to kill people who try to kill me, unless they try numerous times and I feel like they'll eventually succeed." He rolled his shoulders, and looked over at Penny. "I couldn't see up until just before I got here to be honest. Turns out my Mother locked all the knowledge ever accumulated about my magic away in my head, coming to Edolas disabled the enchantments meant to have it come in at a trickle, and the sudden barrage of information made me unable to think straight, see straight, or move well. The last one causing me to get mugged and then knocked out by the Edolas Version of me, who sounds like they have a cold. There, that's basically my understanding of how I got to where I am now, post Anima." He said, smiling a bit, glad he was able to respond to just about everything Penny had said and asked. He turned back to Edolas Beatrix and offered his hand to help her stand up, smiling as he spoke. "Don't worry, I won't bite. Hard."

Earthland
Mithera --- Mt. Hakobe
Mithera nodded as the dragon spoke, but seemed just a little skeptical. She kept her voice low, barely loud enough to understand. "A-are you sure that's wise though? I don't exactly spend my time with the pure-of-heart, those I... Spend my time with tend to operate with cloak and dagger. Though he would get a chance to see the world." She hesitated for a moment, thinking. "I could take him to the guild as well. He'd have more respectable people to hang around, and get to see the world. I could join up with them as well, and do my best to keep an eye on him, but I won't necessarily to be able to jump to his aid, even if I'm nearby. So there is that..." She shook herself, and seemed annoyed for a moment. "I act like I'm trying to talk myself out of this. I'm not. If you wish me too, I will do my best to care for him and keep him safe."

Edo-Sasha

Edo-Sasha glared, and then said darkly, "And maybe you should think long and hard on Phoenix Wing itself. We expect nothing but giving the Princess what she deserve. We do not expect praise, nor covet it. If thats all you think Phoenix Wing is, then you are more of an idiot then I thought you were"

She went to Ben, and spoke with him. Assuring her little brother that she would be okay, and that she would come back. She always came back, She gave him a hug, instructed him to follow Edo-Jarvis and went to ruffle his hair, then stopped, and punched his shoulder lightly.

"Maybe when we get back, I can take you out with me" He wasn't a little boy anymore. No matter how much she wished he was.

She sighed, and headed to the stables, opening the door. She studied the legion, seeing that it was a tad aggressive. She flickered a glanced to Edo-Sayuri, but maintianed eye contact with the legion.

"If I meant Sayuri Harm, I would have already hurt her. She's a pain in the butt, entirely too arrogant for her own good, but I will not harm her" She refused to look away from the Legion, and stood tall, even knowing she was smaller then the beast.

Master Jamie

As the girl studied him, Jamie studied the girl. She seemed to be a little bit worried, and Jamie wondered if it was because of herself, or the guild. He looked over her guild, and had to admit, at the moment, it did look a little shabby.

Jamie wondered if she would get the whole story as to what happened here, or not. Well, he would endeavor to try. She watched the girl approach, and smiled friendly, welcoming "Welcome, Fleo." Jamie took the offered hand, noting the bandages.

"You may join, all we need is to know where you want your guild mark, and what colour. did you injure yourself?" Jamie asked with concern.

Edo-Jamie

Edo-Jamie appeared distant, as much as it could seem like when their face was covered, as he looked on the castle, which seemed to loom over them as the Legion descended.

She remembered, just on the tallest turret, standing there with the true king, as he held the then four year old Liana, who stared at Jamie with wide eyes, as if puzzled by Jamie.

He looked over to Liana, the young woman was essentially their own child, and pride filled Jamie. Liana was going to be a wonderful Queen, but it didn't mean that Jamie wouldn't miss just Liana, member of the guild.

Jamie looked to Edo-Karn, worry now filling him. Jamie knew that the wire master wasn't necessarily healthy, and yet the youth didn't let it get in the way of doing things. "Karn, the world won't be thrown into any more choas if you take a five minute break"

Penny

Penny frowned, but was relieved that Mayt seemed okay now. Still, that didn't sound pleasant. Nor did it sound like it was...nice, of his mother to do that to him. "So basically you will never reach your full potential, unless you painstakingly re-learn what you already know?" She shook her head, and let out a sigh, looking about. "I essentially got kidnapped by the edolas version of myself, who is a piece of work, by the way. What's going on here?" She asked

Sasha

Sasha stepped towards Edo-Karn as the youth had some sort of fit. She watched Edo-Karn with concern, wondering if they were sick, and if so, why they were doing this, fighting still.

"You don't need to worry about what's going on below. Mayt can handle himself, and I trust that this worlds Damian can as well. And I saw my sister, just before climbing my stair case. You don't need to worry, Karn. Are you okay?" She asked with genuine concern, worry etching her expression.

Lazarus

He sighed. He told them everything.

"So that's it. That Pen guy is capable of terrible things. It's not what Phoenix wing is about.... killing. But we have no choice... if it means saving this world... that princess... and our own members that are in the capital." He clenched his fists. "I hope someone has already taken him down without the need to kill." He couldn't allow himself to kill again. Killing was intertwined with his soul... so he had to fight against it forever... but if it was for Sasha's Sake... he was willing to throw himself into the darkness.

Edo-Lazarus

He watched Sasha walk away. Pen had gone... so he had to try and find him. Pen would probably go to where Sasha's friends were. So he should go with her. "Hey... I'm still Lazarus... perhaps not yours... but I am him. We have the same heart." She was now pretty far away from him. "After all..." He chuckled a little. "The Sasha of this world is cute. Her sass makes her attractive." I guess that was another thing he had in common with earthland Lazarus. He drew his weapon. "I can fight in your partners stead." He smirked. He went with her, and did what he could, despite not having magic. He could tell. This girl was suffering from deep within. It showed in everything she did. She had Pen within her grasp, Pen having not noticed him at the scene yet. "Please Pen... release yourself from this madness. You know it from in your heart. Me and you can make the difference here. Do the right thing... and we will live in a world where nobody is mistreated... the weak don't suffer... and perfect harmony is achieved. Please Pen. You are still the boy I met all those years ago. You just have to find it within yourself!!!" He yelled that out at the end passionately.

No sooner had the words left Jamie's lips than Fleo's heart soared. She grasped the guildmaster's nondescript hand with both of her own and shook vigorously, a smile plastered on her face. Realizing her excessive energy, Fleo released her new master's hand with a respectful nodding of the head. Her eyes raced around the building, and despite the seemingly tarnished state of the place, it made her joyful to think that now she was a part of the most prestigious guild in Fiore. And it was all without an interview, without a test, without anything except her name and her dream. Was this how the best guilds operated, accepting new members into its fold without so much as a pause?

The next questions drew Fleo's wandering mind back to reality. She answered the last question first, in a well-rehearsed lie, and with the immediate intent of changing the subject. “Oh, just burns. Got 'em when I was nine years old, freak accident at a magic festival. The bandages help to keep the air out. Anyway, I think I want a sort of light purple for the mark. Er, magenta I think, do you have it? If not, purple is fine. If you don't have that, red's okay too. I'm wearing shorts, by the way, so don't wig out in a moment.”

With very little ceremony, Fleo pulled up her blue cotton blouse. True to her word, where the skirt would have concealed was a pair of rumpled, dust-speckled black shorts. While they would have been quite showy on their own, the layer of bandages beneath them served surprisingly well as leggings, combining to make a somewhat strange though perfectly presentable choice of attire. Fleo pointed at her abdominals, the space just above her belly button. “Stamp here, please!”

[Damian]

Damian chuckled to himself at the new addition's energy and enthusiasm. "The mark stamp is magic, you just need to know the color you want. In any case, I find it odd that you'd need bandages for burns as old as you say. Especially since I can detect of dishonesty behind your words." Finishing his water, Damian steps forward and looks the girl over. "Single most important thing about the guild is that you trust us enough to be honest about things like your bandages. We're a family now." He then turned to Amaya and Felix. "As for you two...Alright, let's go back to something I brought up before the interruption earlier. See how you fight without your magic. Will that satisfy your need for some kind of training?"

Joshua and Amelia

Joshua listened to Lazarus and nodded
"I'll fight this Pen then." He said, placing his sheathed sword across his shoulders." I'm the best suited to fight him, if it actually even comes to that. It sounds like he'll be a challenge and magic is only one trick in my bag. I'm a swordsman, so he can't use those lacrima against me if I don't use magic right?

Not only that, if he's any sort of ruthless, he might go after Amelia, since she's the weakest one here, far as Pen might be concerned. The child aint a fighter, unlike the rest of us, so we should keep her out of danger as best we can.
"

"I'll be fine. They'll protect me." Amelia said quietly

"You're spirits?"

The young girl just nodded, causing Joshua to shrug.
"You're choice. None of us can really stop you. So, shall we get going?"

Karn
Fiore || Mt. Hakobe
Interacting: Zenoram/Zero

Listening silently to the conversation, Karn's ears twitched a little, hitting lightly against the thick black horns. He didn't speak, but a soft frown appeared on his muzzle as his golden eyes glanced toward the sleeping dual personality boy cuddling against him like a massive body pillow. The beast could understand the concern, but the way it seemed the dragon slayer interacted with the dragon, both of them cared greatly for Hemlock.

Karn knew of the feeling of being seperated from family, he was still looking for Master Raine and Ru. Zero and Zenoram might get disheartened by his, after living so long with the dragon. Laying still, he instinctevly curled his tail a little closer against Zenoram, as if to comfort the boys advance. But he didn't wake him or say anything, not wishing to interrupt.

Edolas

Edo-Karn
Interacting: Edo-Jamie, Sasha

Edo-Karn huffed a little and waved toward the canyon. "That's because not a lot could get more chaotic than this. Plus Ya know I have a hard time resting anyways. I'll take a breather if Hotrod over there surrenders, which probably won't haplen." the blonde said as they pointed a thumb toward the red haired man, their emerald eyes continuing their scanning. Occasionally spitting out some more blood.

Emerald eyes watching Edo-Damian and Edo-Maddox, as well as the few others that were wandering about down there in case they were jumped on by that twin assassin before resuming look out. At Sasha's concerned words, the blonde simply grinned nonchalantly.

"Well I did just get knifed in the back. That doesn't feel good on this beautiful body of mine." They chuckled a bit as they gestured over their mutilated body of scars, metal and wire before dropping their hands.

"But I'm not about to just let them handle it just cause I'm not in the best shape. We still have to worry about the regular foot soldiers after all. I'd feel bad if I just stood about." Edo-Karn mused.

"Remember what you yelled at me about earlier? Well, I'm the prime example of willing to fight rather than stand around." Edo-Karn said with a light hearted grin, answer vague before cracking their knuckles.

Glancing to Edo-Lazarus, the blonde rolled their eyes a little then looking toward the palace walls. "See him. Stay here and protect the princess. Watch Queen Bitchiness, she will slip out if you don't watch. Took a two minute breather. Close enough. Going to get a better view and punch his oil down eyes." Edo-Karn said before lifting their boots rumbled and their body seemed to disappear. But it was just them picking up speed as they jumped off, wires shooting out and stabbing hooks into the palace walls high up, before pulling Edo-Karn swiftly in the air.

Smoothly landing on the stone building, pausing only to cough briefly and releasing more red liquid, the annoying light continuing to flash at a rapid pace. "Alright buddy, hope your ready for my attention." the blonde smirked.

To have a brand appear on her skin without warning surprised Fleo, but the next instant she knew that she should have known better. Of course a magic guild's mark would be sorcerous in nature, and of course Fiore's biggest and best would have such a neat system! ”Wonderful! Thank you so much, master!” Flashing a final smile at Jamie, she spun around and headed for the one thing she could instantly identify: the job board. The sizable bulletin was easily identifiable despite the general state of semi-ruin pervading the guild hall, and she made her way over quickly. At that moment she realized that whoever it was who had explained the guild mark was still talking, so she spun to face him and throw off any possible suspicion of being rude.

Her eyebrows knit together when she heard Damian's 'observation'. Not possible. Nobody had doubted her lies before, either out of lack of interest or courtesy for what suffering she had allegedly deserved. Plus, even though she had only been here a few minutes, she was sure that anyone looking her way could see only offhanded joviality. By now, the lies had been repeated so often that Fleo found it easier to believe them than to remember the real problem. All this pointed to one thing: no betraying tone could have infiltrated her voice to give her away. Did this guy have some sort of magic that allowed him to read minds, or see the truth? No way, Fleo affirmed. Her expression shifted into one of indignant anger. “Clearly you've never seen the spell Searing...?”

She found herself speaking to Damian's back. Fleo blinked at it, wondering if the guy had purposefully said something to get her riled up, then turned around and ignored her to talk to two other people. Fleo's bright smile was gone, and the straight lines beneath her eyes gave her a somber air. “Some family,” she muttered, and pushed her hands into her pockets.

Fortunately, Fleo hadn't made it to the other side of the guild hall before her cynical mood left her. Surely there were many people in this guild not out to get her goat, and the guy had, at least, not tried to corner her into telling the truth. It was an unavoidable fact that every organization had its black sheep. In fact, she'd been part of a guild called Grausam Legion that had been more black sheep than not for some time, but that had been before the uprising. Fleo found herself standing before her original destination, the job request board. She brought her hands out of her pockets and crossed her arms, not entirely sure what to do. In her previous guild, there had been an official clerk always stationed by the job board, handling all sorts of paperwork. Now that she thought about it, her previous guild hadn't incorporated any 'family' doctrine. They'd been co-workers, regimented into able-bodied teams of three. Some called it strict, but Fleo had thought it organized and efficient. As long as it didn't stifle her ability to enjoy what life had to offer while she could, it was fine by her.

She narrowed her eyes at the “When the Cute Becomes Scary” mission. Random animals in a nearby forest, glowing eyes and unnatural organization? Fleo set to thinking. It could be any number of things from Take Over magic to Subordination. The most likely, however, was the 'Animal Possession' Seith magic. Back in Grausaum Legion, there had been an Animal Possession mage. Fleo had always wanted to get to know her better, but they had never been friends, particularly during the uprising, as they were on different sides. It had been Beck that had ended up fighting her, though, so Fleo had no experience against it, either. Still, the idea of scouring East Magnolia Forest and burying anything that opposed her seemed straightforward enough to be effective. Few animals, however monstrous, could fight with their lungs full of dust.

Fleo looked around to see if there was anyone to talk to about taking the job.

Master Jamie

Master Jamie sighed, as Damian caught the girl in her deception. When she had the mark, she seemed intent on taking a job, after the little tiff. Jamie seemed to hesitate and then spoke up. "I would appreciate if you didn't take a job. If you are interested in the job, we can note that, but at the moment things are a tad hectic. We were at the magic council, and were responsible for what has happened there. Some of our members are, I believe, currently in Edolas. And I would rather keep everyone else where I know where they are. Something isn't rigjt"

As if speaking the words made it so, darkness seemed to descend. Through the opened door, Jamie saw the blackness that could be night, but given that it was still late afternoon, this premature darkness seemed abnormal.

"and I wish I wasn't right" he sighed, wondering what else could happen today. What else could they expect?

Jarvis

Jarvis sighed heavily. He looked towards the castle, a daunting sense of precognition falling over him. "no Lazarus. We do not have the right to kill here. To kill those of this land. All we can do is assist, but we must be careful. For we could bring disaster on the people of this land, the guild of this world with one careless move."

He looked to Joshua, and said after a moments thought "no. You are too reckless, and while I think it would be good for you to learn the mistakes of that, I fear such a mistake would lead to your death. If he has Lacrima, he can use it against you even if you don't use magic, especially if it is filled with magic. Only, no one will be able to predict what they will do. If I can get my hands on the lacrima, I can change their properties. We will not fight Pen alone. Together, or I will put you in a lacrima" he told Joshua.

He looked back to the castle, and sighed heavily. "we should get moving"

Sasha

Sasha didn't argue as Edo-Lazarus followed her, but she said softly "you two are different. It might not even be obvious to you. But my Lazarus would find a way to bring the person back, not threaten to kill them. And the sasha of this world? She dislikes you. And I imagine our tastes don't run the same in anycase" she shruggged, letting Edo-Lazarus once more try to talk with Pen.

She looked back to Edo-Karn and sighed softly, as they leaped off the legion. Well, it didn't surprise her. They were, after all, Phoenix Wing. She looked to the 'false queen' and grimaced, wondering wha she could do. Two prisoners now.

She bit her lip, and then, figuring that her butterfly cage would move with the legion, she muttered "ice make: butterfly cage!" they formed around the two, pen and Angelica, and figuring it was safe to do so, she released the ice over Pen's hands.

Which was a mistake.

The red headed man just laughed in Edo-Lazarus face, and his hands took out a lacrima. Sasha made a move towards him, but it was too late. A loud noise, and then smoke happened, and she was thrown back, crashing into Edo-Trintiy and Liana.

As the smoke cleared, she saw that her butterflies were forming back together, and Pen was gone

Felix Lancaster

The Magnet Mage

Felix's frown deepened a bit as the master told them that they could not take a job. He perked up, however, when Damian offered a sparring match with no magic.

First, he leaned over and said softly to Fleo, "Why don't you join us for a sparring match?"

Felix nodded towards Damian. "Sounds good. I have a bit of non-magical combat training, but not a lot. I'd be grateful to learn more. And as wizards, or as people in general, shouldn't we always be trying to learn and grow?"

He honestly wasn't sure how he felt about Damian. The man seemed brash and maybe even rude. His comment to Fleo in front of everyone weren't exactly polite and welcoming, and the way he answered Felix's questions earlier rubbed him the wrong way as well. At least on first impressions Damnian seemed to lack tact. However, a sparring match was at least something to do.

Suddenly, however, the premature darkness settled in and Felix sighed. It had already been an eventful day. What else could be happening?

Fleo threw her hands up in exasperation. She wanted to burst out with 'what can I do, then?', but she reluctantly admitted to herself that such a course of action wouldn't endear her to her new guildmates. Having been called a 'petulant child' at the age of twenty-five was enough to make pretty much anyone rethink rash action. Nevertheless, her curiosity was piqued, and she became dead set on cross-examining the guild master for all it was worth on exactly what Pheonix Wing had done to deserve the Magic Counsel's attention. Plus, from the way Jamie said 'Edolas', Fleo guessed that it wasn't just some city. Her best guess was that it was a foreign nation; she'd expect nothing less than such long-reaching influence from the often-talked-about Pheonix Wing.

The unnatural appearance of shadows outside caused Fleo to reconsider her questions. The gloom settled over the place much like a coat of dust, but remarkably more depressing. If half of Fleo hadn't been animate particles, she would have probably shivered.

Felix's voice was a welcome distraction from the ominous darkness outside. ”If there's no other option, I guess sparring would be okay. It seems more like we should be findin' out what's causin' those shadows outside and beatin' the crap out of it. And I don't know how well I'd hold up in a no-magic match.” Truth to be told, a non-magic sparring match wasn't technically possible for Fleo, but there would be no more covering-up than usual. There was always the chance of one of them hitting hard enough to destroy one of her arms, however, and she wasn't too anxious to have her most embarrassing, most painful secret exposed on day one.

“Hey, thanks for askin' though. Maybe you might be able to tell me something? The master said something about some of our members in Edolas. I've never heard of the place. Is it across the ocean?”

[Damian]

His twin Ares Blade appeared in his hands as the shadows fell. "Edolas is a mirror world to our own, to put it bluntly. We can't even get there normally without the help of an anima, which I don't have any grasping of the workings or creation of. Now, checking out these shadows is a good idea. You guys wait here." Damian headed for the doors and kept one of his blades up in a blocking position. Seems the universe is out to stop me from giving a friendly magicless lesson... Upon reaching the doors, I slowly open them and look out. "You're standing before the guild hall of Phoenix Wing. State your business."

"Trin" Ersetu

Trin glances at the princess as she asks her to move. She too a moment to examine her surroundings more closely, and realize that there wasn't really room on a Legion's back to do the maneuver she had planned. She'd slip right off the side, most likely. "... Maybe." She unravels her leg from Liana's before she moves to stand, pulling the girl up with her. She keeps her close, though isn't sure how she's supposed to avoid anything on this footing. It'll be tricky, but she'll just have to figure it out.

The sound of Karn's coughs attracts her attention, and her concern absorbs it. She moved to go to Karn's side, but Sasha took the place first. She shouldn't crowd them while they stand on the back of a legion.

"Karn!" Trinity calls after her as she leaps away. She was so reckless! But, she was gone already... She sighed and hung her head just as Pen freed himself. EL-Sasha was thrown into them and Trinity pushes herself and Liana apart as a reflex to use their arms as a catch for the friend. "Hold tight!" She grabs Liana's arm firmly and prepares to fold in as EL-Sasha falls into them. Sasha falls in and she's pulled in with Liana as a result. She grabs on to Liana's other arm and pulls close to lock Sasha between them.

That left a problem that she had no hands to grab on to the Legion with, though.

Lazarus

He nodded... but deep inside he was tearing himself apart. Death, he had seen so much of it, caused by his hand. Killing was a part of him. He could just kill Jarvis, Joshua and Amelia right now with his hidden magic... and nobody would ever know. He shook his head. What the fuck was he thinking?! It was too late... darkness had wriggled it's way back into his mind. He sighed, nodding again, suppressing everything. "You're right. Hopefully nothing will come to that." He looked at Joshua. "Jarvis is right. You really are a suitable candidate for this Pen fellow. As my edolas version told me, he is also a very gifted swordsman. You'd be matched at best. Even then his lacrima would be too much for you to handle alone. There is only one way to deal with a lacrima user..." he paused, grinning at Jarvis. "Beat the shit out them with magic. Their lacrima can only hold so much magical power... am I right Jarvis?" He asked. "Pen is bound to have a limited amount of lacrima as this world lost its magic long ago. Surely that's what we should do?"

Edo-Lazarus

"You misunderstand Sasha. Killing Pen would destroy me. It is because I hold him dear to me that it would have to be done..." He paused, clenching his sword. "He was... he still is my comrade and best friend. I can't let him become something so evil as to sully his memory." He sighed and calmed down. "If anyone has to take him down... it has to be me." He wiped his eyes, looking at the empty space where Pen had been. He relaxed his grip on his sword. "What... made you fall for him? Lazarus?" He looked at her with willing eyes. Maybe she was right, and he was worthless compared to earthland Lazarus.

Joshua and Amelia

Joshua shrugged at Jarvis and Lazarus' comments about him fighting this Pen person. Essentially, all it came down to was that he was possibly not strong enough to handle.
"I would at least like a chance to at least try." He said."But seeing as to how you seem intent to coddle me as if I was some sort of defenseless child, I guess I'll just let you do things your way. Sides, why give anyone a chance, right?"

Sighing, he leaned against the closest surface and looked around, trying to spot something to do. Lazarus and Jarvis seemed intent on doing all the work. So be it. If they didn't want him to prove himself, he'll just do things quietly and stay out of their way.

Amelia just stayed silent. She could sense Joshua's unhappiness and it made her slightly nervous but she tried her best not to show it. She failed miserably but she still tried

Jarvis

Jarvis found himself glaring at Joshua. "I know you are not a defenseless child, however I know lacrima and I understand magic in a way that only comes from experience. And I would rather not be burying someone today because they want to prove themselves and go in their half-assed. I don't know your skills, Joshua, but that doesn't mean I don't trust them. I would just really like to get everyone home safe. I'm not telling you to step down, but rather to let me help. That is what team work is. And that is what it means to be a Phoenix Wing member. If you can't understand that, perhaps you aren't suited for this guild. Let's go"

He looked to Amelia, and sighed softly, holding out his hand for the girl to take.

edo-sasha

Edo-Sasha was soon on the legion, letting Edo/Sayuri control the beat, mainly because she knew that it would only listen to her. edo-Sasha didn't have to be happy about it. No, instead she watched the two intruders to the guild, wary, as they flew to the capitol

Sasha

As Sasha was caught by Edo-Trintiy and Liana, she was grateful. Until she was sandwiched between them. She blushed, and managed to wriggled out from between them, "thank you" she said, looking to the cage. Edo-Angelica was still there. But pen had disappeared.

She looked over to Edi-Larazus, and seemed shocked at his question. She looked aside, finding herself smiling slightly. "it wasn't really any one thing. He seemed...intent on making it seem like he was vulnerable, with his charms and womanizing ways...I guess it...just happened really. " she shrugged softly.

"I guess he...saw me. Not that the guild didn't see me, but...in a way that made me feel special. It's not something I can describe easily"

Master Jamie

Master Jamie stepped up at once beside Damian, and in a weary voice said "I was afraid of this. Afraid that without Jarvis here, his magic might fail and let them out of their lacrima prisons, or at least give them a chance. Angelica. How horrible it is to see you again"

Jamie shifted, blocking the entrance of the guild hall, looking back at the new members of the guild. And then back at the woman, the shadows seeming to spread out over the street and the guild hall
