Significant


Today is the Signifix. The day held every ten years to find out who, out of thousands of people in Eden, are Significants. The day where Significants meet their Significance. The day they enter Significus. The day they start saving Eden from the Dire.

You have been chosen by the Emerald to be a Significant. The world you once knew will be gone. You are no more of what you were, who you were. You are now a Significant, a student in Significus, a protector of Eden. You are destined to protect Eden from the Dire. It is know your duty to protect everyone from the Dire.


You have been awakened by the Emerald to be a Significance. It is time to wake up from rest. You are to do you're duty, regardless if it is your first or not. You are now a Significance, aiding your Significant to protect Eden. You are destined to help your Significant fight the Dire. It is know your duty to protect everyone from the Dire.

So here's the current roster we have. The listed members are the ones that are sure to be in the roleplay. The other members are yet to decide what role to play.

We have just enough members. Also, here we'll figure out the Significant and Significance pair. If everything's settled, we can start. Oh, CS Sheet is on the Characters section. I'll PM you if I have comments! Happy RP-ing!

Question: are there any guidelines or restrictions for players that are playing Significances? This is before I start writing (and illustrating on paper) my Significance character.

And also, if a player is only playing a Significance, does that mean the players who are playing Significants get free reign to pick whoever they want?

There aren't really restrictions for Significances. Anything's good as long as they aren't overpowered. Significances shouldn't be able to control gravity, space and time nor should they have the power to kill someone with one whisper. You get what I mean, right? As long as your Significance has a reasonable ability/power/skills,(A very powerful ability is okay, as long as it has drawbacks.) you're good to go.

And also, if a player is only playing a Significance, does that mean the players who are playing Significants get free reign to pick whoever they want?

We are going to hash everything out here in the OOC. I want all pairs to be comfortable with each other. Before the RP even starts, us members should have found our Significant/Significance.

Crimmy and I will probably be playing as a pair together.

We're not sure yet which of us will play the Significance and which one will play the Significant.

Oh that's such a shame.
I guess I'll play a SIGNIFICANCE.
On that note, is there anything special about playing as a significant? I mean do they have any advantages? I ask because I get the feeling that their kind of dependent on the significance, and the significance kind of have to act like babysitters.

Other than Significances, there are no magical weapons. Magic exists but cannot be controlled by humans. Only Significances can use magic in their abilities. Magic is also present in other things such as Dire monsters and the Emerald.

Straight to the Characters section but I'll make the approval here.

@SupahCow090 Would you mind if I happened to choose your character Erika as the Significant to my Significance? Or would you rather have me wait for the rest of the Significants to make their characters?


Really like your Significance but I would prefer if we would wait for everyone's characters before we decide. You have my attention though. I really like that your Significance is ice themed.

All characters so far are approved. They're all good!
