Aiden walked through the halls when he spotted Armadillo and what looked like another bird hybrid talking. He watched them for a while then started to approach the two. "Oi! Armadillo, Who is your girlfriend?" he said openly inching in between them. He looked at her observantly then rubbed his beak taking note of her wings. "She not part-hawk, and her wings look pretty soft, and they're white." He then rested his arm over Armadillo's head. "Whatever" he said brushing back his hair with his desharpened talons. "It's nice to see another bird-hybrid, I guess." He then patted Armadillo's back nudging him forward and walked towards the gym.

Jacky got down from his seat, walking over to a small storage closet he spotted in the wall. He tried to open the door, but it was locked. "Uh...Guys, I think if we can open this we can get a new ball. Or at least a pump or something." he said to Alex, Armis, and Kara. He took a step back and started to spin in place, hitting the door with his tail in an attempt to open the door. Nothing but a probably broken tail.

Armaldo answered the veggie hawk, "Girl is Alicia, bye veggie hawk." he did not like the veggie hawk very much, to much touching. Armaldo responded to Alicia while carefully sniffing "Hmm, person." An intake of breath turned Armaldo around to face what appeared to be another bird creature, only this one was a "men". He was about to say something when a high pitched noise echoed through his head barely in hearing. Armaldo tilted his head inquistivly, "Strange, what that noise, and what you?" he asked his natural curiosity quickly overcoming his annoyance at the strange noise. The men appeared to have gaint wings, and was wearing glasses like his but colored black. They didn't seem like they would do the same thing his did. So many questions.

"U-um, hi? And bye, I guess. O-oh, wait! Do you know where I'm, um, meant to go? I just got here..." Alicia calls out to the hawk like person and Armaldo. "A-and, um, what's your name? I assume it isn't veggie hawk..." Alicia smiles tentatively at the others, trying her best to seem at least a little more open.

Matt was slow to respond, after all he didn't talk to people much and couldn't get the fact out of his head that he kinda considered them food.

He opened his mouth to speak but decided to walk a little closer to them. Then he finally began to answer their questions. "I'm Matt and yes I made that high pitched sound. I'm a type of bat, so that sound you heard is how I see my surroundings more clearly." He paused for a few minutes before.

"so yeah..." Matt didn't want them to feel sorry for him but he at the same time he did not want to lie to them.

Alex tilted her head to one side and stepped over to Jacky as he hit the door. Examining it the gears in her head started to turn....could she break it down? Would the guards or the owners if the facility be angry?

Nodding to Jacky a small grin came to her face when she saw a weakness in the door. She didn't know much of schooling, but spliced with a leopard's DNA her thought process was more strategic.

Stepping towards the door she flexed her claws out wards. Placing them under each of the door's hinges she grunted, "Stand back."

With a sharp pull upwards and out wards, Alex took the door off the hinges and dislodged it from the frame completely.
Setting it to the side she chuckled in awe, "Hey it worked."

Matt smiles slightly noting that the girl seemed shy and timid. He hoped that he wasn't giving off a predatory feel. "yes my wings are fully functional, and yes I can fly, I would show you here but the ceiling is too low." He shrugs off his coat and carefully unfolds his wings which quickly filled the hall without being fully unfolded. The would notice that his wing were extremely bat like with leathery wings. They would also notice that the skin on the wings were a lot thicker than an actual bats.

After a few seconds he puts his coat back on, entirely covering his wings.

Jacky threw up his arms in a silent cheer, running in a circle a few times before running out of breath. "Let's see if there's some stuff inside like a basketball or something!" he shouted, running into the door. "It's really dark." he muttered, walking back out and pointing over his shoulder at the uncovered room.

Shadow was unsure if he was hungry or he wanted to continue sniffing out the place. He turned into a hall and stuck his nose into the air, taking in two large sniffs of air. He continued down the hall and looked at the various rooms every time he came across a door. "At the same time they treat us too much like animals, they want us to be human." Shadow then began to wonder about the girl that had popped by his window earlier, he thought that he should go find her. But he was unsure of where she would be.

Alex tilted her head and flicked her tail, "Let me see if I can find something."

Walking into the tiny room she went wide eyed as the light went out and darkness enveloped her. Stumbling around her gaze adjusted, but only to where she could see small shadows and shapes.
Reaching down her hands came across a large round object. For a moment Alex wondered if this was a basketball.

Picking it up she searched for other objects; finding odd shaped things that made her curiosity grow.

Eventually she reappeared into the gym, carrying an armload of things. Dumping them onto the floor she had returned with badminton equipment, a volleyball, a football, basketball, a softball mitt, and a bat.

Frowning the leopard hybrid made a small sound, almost like a purr, "What is all this stuff?"

Jacky picked up a football, turning it around in his hands. "I think this is something like a basketball. We got another one of those anyway, though." he dropped the football on the floor and picked up a shuttlecock. "Tag, you're it!" he yelled, hitting Alex on the arm with the shuttlecock and running away, leaving it behind him.

(Don't laugh. It's the badminton tossing thingy.)

Armaldo yawned, so many poeple, so many things learned, not enough time to sleep. "Hello Matt, goodbye Matt." he said and waddeled away looking for Sloth. He wandered down the basketball court and found Jerry. Armaldo tugged on the sloths boys sleeve while rubbing his eyes, "You said find sleepy. Where sleep?" he asked tiredly. He hadn't realized how exhausted he was, normally Armaldo just went to sleep whenever he wanted, which was most of the time.

Alex chuckled and bent down to pick up the odd thing, then stood to chuck it at Jacky, "Tag this!"
It flew softly before smacking the other hybrid on the back, then plopped to the floor.

After a few moments Alex ran foreword with an odd object; round and strung with what looked to be a small net. (Badminton paddle thingy.lol)

She reached down to grab the feathered ball and hit it with her new tool; surprised to find that it bounced easily off the net and sailed into the air.

Eyes going wide Alex grinned, "Hey Jacky! This thing works really well!"

Jacky rolled his shoulders. "It's weird having something smack you in the back but not falling over." he muttered. He picked up another badminton paddle and picked up the feathery ball, hitting it over to Alex. "Yeah, I guess it does!" he replied, smiling along with the leopard hybrid.

Matt smiles lightly at the dove winged girl and said " hey er.. I'm gonna head outside...so uh I'll see you later.." He said trying to be polite. He could tell it was starting to get darker as it was as if he could see better. As he walked to the nearest door that lead outside he hoped that no one would follow him. The reason he was going outside was because he wanted to hunt. He was hungry

He hesitated at the door for a moment as he considered something before mentally shaking his head to rid himself of the thought.
"Hmm I'm not sure, I assume there's a room for you somewhere. I asked the person who lead me here to take me to my room, and that's where I ended up." He looked at shy dove girl wondering what to do.
"if I were you I would ask the person who works here."
