Katherin nodded. She was as ready as she could be. She didn't know what they would need. Or what exactly what she could do to help but she was willing to do whatever she could. "Yes I am ready. What do you want me to do? Do you want me to make the ice? I am not sure I have enough control to make small pieces but I could make a larger one and then we could brake it down."

Aaron couldn't help but feel something, perhaps it was the novelty of it, in using their powers as mundane utilities. There was nothing inherently wrong with it. It perhaps showed what the world had missed by tossing them aside. Whatever it showed, however, was not what they meant. Here they were just being themselves, in perhaps the only place in the world where that was truly possible.

A bright smile lit Brigit's face as she felt excited by the enthusiastic reply of her friend. She hadn't had friends up till now and all of a sudden it seemed that she just had found her best one. She hurriedly typed in her suggestion.

"I have an even simpler way if you don't mind. Can you freeze water on contact?" she pressed play to read her message out. Meanwhile the other girl, Jess had raised a question on their enthusiasm and Kyo's call regarding the course and all. Brigit didn't think that Kyo would mind it so she just gave him a slight smile before waiting for Katherin to answer.

¨I see. We´ll be careful of that, then.¨ The dark-haired boy acknowledged the other male's report before turning back to Jess. "Something simple would probably be best. Fish would probably be the easiest to prepare, I think, and maybe a smaller item to compliment it. At the moment, we have vegetables, protein, and possibly fruit servings if that's what they decide to use to flavor the ice, so perhaps some rice or rolls would go well to complete the meal. Exactly what we use to flavor it is entirely up to how we feel, as long as we avoid garlic and nuts."

Glancing over at the two girls working on the side dishes, he gave a small smile to see that their collaboration seemed to be working out so far. "Perhaps lemon and rosemary would work? They're simple enough to season with, and should taste fine with the rest."

"Oh! it would be fine. I have found the grater." she typed in quickly on the tablet and let it play out. She then went and filled two deep, narrow bowls of water and kept it next to Katherin.

"Ice would be easier to prepare but first I need your help with the salad." she typed in. She had gathered all the ingredients she thought she'd need on the salad. She spread it out in front of Katherin.

"Go ahead and probe in. Taste what you would like in a salad, I am not good at these things." she typed in, handing her an avocado.

She said, heading back to the pot, and pouring out the water. [color=6ecff6]"So.. Why is she the reason your here?" She said, as she added the cheese, referring to his friend on the phone.

"Salad. Ok. I can do that." Katherin replied even though she had never made a salad. It couldn't be that hard could it? She hoped not. She wanted to help. She reached out slowly in front of her and felt for the salad ingredients. She picked each item up ran her fingers over it to get the size and shape. Then she sniffed each one to put the scent with the feel. Then she took a small bite of each item so that she could and flavor to her knowledge. She carefully she the pieces she tasted aside so that they wouldn't get mixed up with the rest.

Jess nods as the boy tells her his plans for the meal. "Yeah, I love the idea of fish, could you head that up, and we help you? I'd be happy to cook some rice as a side - what type of rice though? I was thinking maybe brown rice?" She is hesitant, she's not normally involved in groups - she likes to stay away from things like this.

If you would like to try that, then I can start preparing the fish and we can regroup in a short while to make sure that everything is going well." Turning back to the other male, he typed up one more message before going to search for the ingredients he needed. "Aaron, is there anything else you would like to do? Or would you prefer to join one of us to start cooking? Anything you feel that you can assist with is fine."

"Very well. Could you help gather ingredients for the fish, then? I need salt, a lemon, some rosemary, black pepper, and some basil." With the important elements mostly taken care of, the boy started off to the refrigerator to see what kinds of fish they had available. Salmon would be his first choice, but it wasn't his only one if it wasn't in there. After that would be to find a pan that could hold the amount they wanted to cook, and a few other utensils to measure out ingredients. It wouldn't be very long before the dish was completely prepared, though; once the ingredients were together, he could let the fish soak up the seasoning while he checked in with the others, then have it completely cooked and ready within twenty minutes. Not hard at all.

After a bit of searching and a bit of asking, Aaron had been able to find the ingredients that he had been asked to find. He had brought back salt, a lemon, some rosemary, black pepper, and some basil. He held all of them in his hands, and then carefully laid them on the table as he came back over.

As Katherin got busy in selecting the ingredients for the salad, Brigit was busy gathering the utensils and other stuff needed for her preparation. She brought in all the juice concentrates she thought were needed. After she had filled the two deep bowls with water, she put them in front of her friend and looked over to what she had been up to. She had neatly piled the stuff she had thought would go together.

The likes of Cucumber, Watercress, Mint leaves, olives and an apricot. She rounded up the stuff and got to skinning and dicing it.

"If you could, could you freeze the water in bowls in front of you, Katherin." she let the tablet play out her request. Once that bit was over, she could easily get to grating the ice and making cup full of shaved flavor ice.

Katherin nodded. She felt around until she found the bowls. Then she focused her power on the bowl. She tried to make water freeze without freezing everything else. It wasn't easy. Her power wanted to go everywhere. She let out alittle at a time. She could feel the cold around her spreading. She tried to focus on the bowls. The bowls froze solid and the ice started to spread.
