So that leaves only the option of what do I do? Forneus in his current state isn't strong enough to face DIO, let alone kill him for being impudent towards a demon lord. But yet I can't help the feeling that he'd try and eventually die. Time would stop it's three against one etc, so he's in quite the predicament here.

Time stop is strictly not allowed in the RP.

Dio was accepted under the condition that a combination of his ego and unwillingness to let out the secret of his Stand would keep him from using it. Just thought I'd mention that.

I think I do have to ask the GMs first before Juri successfully summons a Stand, so GMs, would it be acceptable if Juri summoned a Stand that was effectively one or two purple-colored twins of herself? I did make my post open-ended on if Juri would be successful or not.

GMs, please keep in mind when looking at Game's request that if you deny it on the basis of it not being canon, that none of this entire RP is canon. If a character takes a broken bone from battle, that's a non-canon affliction, and a hindrance that the character wouldn't have otherwise had. Wouldn't it be weird and/or boring to assume that our characters would go through this entire experience and not change one bit, physically, emotionally, or in terms of ability?

I might think it's a bit early to have it fully develop and manifest, I'm not about to object because it would be non-canon.

That being said, I also don't see a problem with people keeping characters in a mostly-canon state, either. For one thing I plan to have no real changes happen with Kino or Kyouko. Sure, new experiences and learning new things, but no serious emotional shifts. Or physical changes, on account of the fact that everyone's going to be restored to their base state no matter what happens at the end of a challenge, and "refreshed" to avoid fatigue or worse.

As for abilities, nothing I particularly want for Kyouko, and part of why Kino's awesome is she's a totally normal person who nonetheless can pull off some pretty crazy things.

To put it simply, I have no objection to anyone having characters go through major changes, but it also doesn't mean everyone has to do it.

I imagine that it was more a concern about having a Stand as a major ability by the second time you do anything action-y rather than a veto for an idea.

I was not demanding changes of everyone, merely discrediting the idea of changes for no-one. Your pronouncement pleases me.

Oh, it will develop over time. The plan was to have it fail this first time since Juri's not really in any real fighting state at the moment because of the DIO battle and this is an all-new move. The difference would be it flickering for a moment before disappearing versus it not working at all.

@Shoryu Not much. Bug wave has stopped and people are going on to prepare to check out neighboring areas for Mahora and are getting called by gang bosses in Roanapur for job commissions.

And yeah, I'm alright with the Stand gaining as long as it's gained over time and it makes sense. That's my stance on most non-canonical upgrades for other people as well. And people that don't want upgrades don't need to get them too as well.

I don't plan to interfere with the fight going on in Roanapur, but with how much noise Forneus made/makes, I couldn't conceive of a reason Kl'rt wouldn't investigate.

Also, I've had a fairly solid idea of what the human form Kl'rt has been taking looks like, but I only linked it to a person/character today. If anyone wants to notice him and Clem on the periphery of things, Kl'rt's human form is basically Peter Capaldi

EDIT: Incidentally, I'm also not opposed to being drawn into the fight.

I should make a Jax post, I think we're all still trying to regroup and leave Mahora to help? As much as I am focused with the fight I would like to at least see anything that's happening in Mahora.
