Cassandra gave what she hoped was a reassuring smile, and nodded. She led the way to somewhere that had no people, figuring that the whole school didn't need to know what she was going to say. "I very nearly lost control, too. Something about Miss Oliva's tone just made me think what would happen if I did, and I knew I couldn't live with myself if it happened. You're not alone. You stopped, and that's all that matters" she hesitated, staring at her gloved hand, before getting out her sandwich. "I'm one too. Except more hot, then cold" she managed a smile as if her pathetic attempt at a joke was funnier then it was."please don't be sad. Please?"


Alec looked at her and blushed a tiny bit when she smiled, he had to admit she was very pretty. His eyes softened as she spoke letting her know that she was getting through to him. "Miss Olivia must have known about us..." Alec pulled out a minicooler from his bag and pulled out a big sub, "I felt your aura...and my...other side...defended me because I was afraid...It's been this way since I was very small...my adopted parents say that my mother was a demon from high in the snowy mountains..."

Cassandra leaned back slightly, thinking. She shifted, feeling like she was nothing but a child compared to Alec. "I don't know whether you're luckier then I. I never knew.'not until a little while ago." she said, biting into her sandwich. "but I figure what is, is. I can't change who j am, but I'll be damn sure I won't let what I am change me. You shouldn't either. We just...need to learn control" she said, thinking on that, wondering if it was possible, but knowing she would try to make it so. "still, today hasn't been worse then the first day of elementary school!" Cassandra let out a genuine laugh@makarov

"you're welcome. Ari smiled lightly, sharing her lunch. "that's too bad to hear that you're that busy. I don't really know what to talk about, especially after... "That was indeed interesting. And it seems like it's going to stay interesting for a long while. As for what happened I have an idea," she leans forward, "I think they could be Half Demons," she leans back and looks up while that sinks in. Rex ate by himself, per usual. He was a drifter, never really getting attached to one group. But he was... not content, but okay with it. He had two cups of instant ramen, but he knew that they wouldn't last. I'll be hungry by the end of the day, he thought. Oh well. I wonder if it's true that Johann Faust in Japan eats this on a regular basis?

Lorenzo looked over seeing Rex wondering how he thought of everything of went down, he seems like a loner much like Lorenzo himself. Once Lorenzo finished his lunch he got up knowing ms Olivia was going to call for everyone to get back to class. Although if she would have them train more or switch to book learning is something else. Lorenzo watched as everyone talked about what happened and he started to wonder what they thought of him being able to go into the freezing zone that was Alec...

"they aren't bad people, I know they aren't." Ari said softly, frowning a little. "And it would make sense if they were, y'know." She meant the half demon thing Sayuri had mentioned before. The more Ari thought about it, the more she thought it was likely to be true.

Rex finished his first cup of noodles, and started on the second one. One of the gifts he'd been given from his demon parent was an enhanced sense of smell. He could tell that there were other half-demon present in this school. Some had powerful parents; others, like himself, were born to less powerful ones. He pushed the thought aside. Classes soon, he murmured in his head. He picked at a not-a-shrimp shrimp with his chopsticks before popping it into his mouth.

Sayuri finishes up her food and stands, "Ya know... I'm a little jealous of them... They know exactly what they are... Unlike me..." she sighs before suddenly Tsuki shoots out and hits Sayuri with her tail, "I'm tired of you bring this up Sayuri! You're a human and I'm a demon. No more thinking about it!" Sayuri staggers back at the strike and verbal assault. Blinking a couple times she smiles, "I know. Won't stop popping into my head though. Oh, and you just revealed yourself to her," she points Tsuki towards Ari.

Ari jumped a little, looking at Tsuki on Sayuri's shoulder. "Oh, hello..." she laughed nervously, surprised. "I dont want to come off rude, but do you live inside her body? Ari asked, just curious. "'Cause you kinda just popped out of her.

Alec nodded softly, his eyes were a bright crystal blue, "I've only ever used it on my own once...i was 7...my cat was about to be run over by a car...and i willed the Frost to stop the truck..." Alec looked at her and nibbled his Sub softly, "Ice exploded from the ground and speared the truck straight up through the engine...I saved Mittens that day...But I've never been able to do it again...only when I'm afraid." He smiled when she laughed, and it was then he realized just how beautiful she was and he started to blush a bit, "You have...a beautiful laugh..."

"Well, at least you saved Mittens" Cassandra finished with a smile, finishing off her sandwich. she blinked at the comment on her laugh, causing her to blush slightly. "Thanks, I don't think anyone has said that to me before", giving a soft sigh as call to go back to classes came.

Lorenzo kept moving until he was back in the training area they were in before. Ms Olivia believed that they should try again. Obviously Lorenzo and Cassandra fighting was of the table considering that they already did and when they did it caused Alec to go into ice demon mode. So for the time being Lorenzo was just going to watch everyone else have their turn...

Tsuki stares at Ari for a couple seconds before getting right up in her face, "You... Aren't freaking out? Don't you find it weird that someone who's only a knight having a demon... especially when you assume it lives insiack-" Sayuri sighs and yanks Tsuki out of Ari's face. Tsuki glares at her but she speaks first, "You need to calm down Tsuki and not always assume the worst. Though I would like to know why you didn't react very much as well but I can worry about that later. Either way let's get back to class and I'll explain on the way," turning heads towards where they were practicing before explaining that Tsuki lived like a shadow on her skin rather than actually in her and even showed her what it looked like. If asked how it happened she avoided the question. When they arrived at the room she started back up in the training room going through the course as relative ease.

"After everything else that happened today, she sighed, "this wasn't as shocking." She said softly, following Sayuri back to class. Ari remained quiet after that, though. She didn't want to cause any more trouble. She looked around at the course, waiting for Sayuri to be far enough ahead before Ari began to follow behind her.

Cassandra lead the way back to the training room, uneasy, but she still gave Alec a smile, hoping to reassure him that everything would be alright. She wasn't too sure that fighting would set him off, so Casandra would make sure to keep an eye on him. And just hope that she wouldn't freak out either.

Lorenzo took a spot in the corner nearby to watch as ms Olivia called for Sayuri to come to the fighting area along with ari so they both can get a fight in and show their stuff. After all ms Olivia still needed to assess their fighting abilities as they were. Although it was obvious Alec wouldn't be put in the front lines if he turned his power on like that...

Sayuri looks over when it was announced she was going to fight. Walking over to Oliva she stops crossing her arms, "Okay so we're fighting. I assume we're using the training weapons. Any other stipulations?"

"Just one. Turn your attitude down" Olivia said pleasantly, but it was clear she was not going to put up with such an attitude. "And then we should be all going to go."

She glanced over at Cassandra, Lorenzo, and Alec. There was really no way of telling what could see them off. Olivia had no doubt she could prevent a complete loss of control, but it was best to be careful

Ari joined Sayuri, staying quiet. She looked around the room as she got to the center, assessing the space she had to fight in. Her eyes stoops back on ms Olivia, listening to what she had to say. After she stopped, Ari headed over to the practice weapons, looking for something that she was used to.
