I was totally going to answer this and I forgot to.

It's possible that they'd never see each other. @impervious Daniel and Gabriel see each other on occasion, if Daniel ever has anything that needs a more... physical touch. Or if he just needs a more investigate view on a case.

But, yeah, depending on where they live in New York City, or New York state—it's a huge city and a huge state, so it's entirely possible to know they live there, but never see them.

Regardless, I might compile a list of where everyone lives? Or maybe not, since that might not be relevant to the story.


Any additional info is good fluff and fact-checking.

I think a list of locations would be great.

Something I do think is worth pointing out: Families tend to live near each other, and in terms of the ultra-wealthy, there are relatively few places you'd find them. They just wouldn't spread out all that much, given that they've all remained in the same country. I think you'd see lots of NYC, some New England, and some LA/San Francisco. Probably not much else other than that unless you started to look overseas.

I think it makes sense that if you have a family which is well-known or whose fortune was made in one area, they might travel all over, and have homes in other places, but their 'permanent residence' would usually default back to that area. There's also the whole 'my family has been one of NYC's most important for generations' and so on.

I'm regretting not shoving Rowan in Scotland now rather than Republic of Ireland just for 100% accuracy, though at least I have some idea of how Ireland works. Iunno America at all.

So I guess you could say there's going to be some very wrong bits.


I think he's lived in the UK long enough to totally forget about America.

Also, I am currently compiling a list! ;o (miso asked me if she forgot anything in the cs... and i forgot to tell her that we forgot a 'Current Location' type of deal. poo on me. pOO on ME)

Reginald and Cassiopeia Carrington: I'm just gonna go ahead and put them in NY. But they have a residence in Los Angeles that they mostly stay at because the main office is there. I think Charlie would live in New York to stay close to his siblings.

(Their current estates that I've mentioned: Washington state Cabin, New York City, Los Angeles)

OKay, I think I found something out here while looking at CSes. Would you guys mind putting where your character lives under the 'Occupation' section (like beneath the entire thing. Not along with.)? As 'Residency' please. That was my mistake. Sorry. ;-;

His main residence is his Penthouse in Manhattan, NYC, NY. He's been out of school for a bit and he's been in charge of Davis Enterprises for probably about a year now.

With what money? A tattoo artist wouldn't make that budget (at least for an upper east end apartment) and from what I understand you are the black sheep of the family so any trust fund you had is probably locked now, right? Am I insane?

@Gowi Tattoo artists, like any artist, work off three things - location, reputation and clientele. High end tattoo artists makes between $100-500 an hour, combine this with her owning her shop and pulling the standard 50% commission per chair she rents out - and an apartment on 5th ave can run between $5000-6000 a month - it is well in the range of just basic earnings. Add in specialized commission work, conventions to promote her name and shop world wide, and selling her "flash" for other artists to use, Tatiana has done quite well for herself over the last ten years.

I'd complain about everyone doing something fabulous for their job, but...

we are dealing with a bunch of potential heirs and heiresses. So, I just answered my own question. My back up for the eldest was gonna be a deadbeat Real Estate agent who tried and failed at being a business mogul. >:( (Well... that is Sammy, so. Whatever Liriia, go take your squids elsewhere! No I'm kidding stay, I love Katelyn too much.)
