I am your average teenaged loser. Life is pretty average, nothing extraordinary has happened to me that I find ground breaking. I happen to bottle my emotions and suffer just so everyone else can move forward. But once I reach a breaking point, I can let loose and start going off on a tangent about everything. I've seen joy and I've seen a lot of pain. My life has been good and simple and I would do it all over again. Some people think I'm unhappy but I'm not; I just appreciate silence in a world that never stops talking. My biggest pet peeve is pride. My cousins tell me that there must be milk in my blood because I'm just too calm (believe me, it sounds better in Spanish).

I used to be afraid of birds and then my mom brought an Umbrella Cockatoo home. Do you know how massive those birds are? Anyway, I eventually overcame that fear and slowly became that bird's best friend. This caused my overly jealous mother to force affection onto the bird and then one day, the bird attacked her. Swearing the bird was going to kill her and since I was leaving in a few weeks anyway, she gave it away. I'm a lot like that bird: I moved through different homes my whole life, people have been scared of me, I'm friendly and I eventually found my wings and flew away.

Appearance
I'm pretty tall, standing at 6' 1". I've got dark brown hair in dire need of a haircut that likes to curl out in weird ways (especially out to the sides and front), and naturally narrow eyes to match, which themselves are framed by a thin pair of glasses with a bunch of bite marks on the ends of the frames. Add in some Resting Bitch Face Syndrome, and you've probably got my face. I'm a tad bit pudgy, which probably owes itself to my unwillingness to eat anything resembling a vegetable (unless it's broccoli). Lotta times, I'm just wearing a pair of jeans and a t-shirt with some sort of pattern on it, but at the moment I'm wearing my Loki Charms shirt.

I'm a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, so that'll help some. I can at least use a gun, though I'm by no means good at it. I'm pretty good at running, whether it's at or away from something. I'm decent at languages, as well, so maybe I could act as a translator? I already speak enough Spanish and Arabic to get by (despite being white as fuck), if needed, but that's about it. And if all else fails, I consider myself pretty funny, as well as a decent bass singer.

Uhh... What do I even have on me? Phone, 3DS (with copies of FE: Fates and Bravely Default on the SD Card and Pokemon Pearl in the actual game slot), chargers for both, wallet (with a credit card, a debit card, €10, and various gift cards), a pair of earbuds, a pair of good (if kinda stanky) running shoes, if that counts. ...Oh, and a deck of Yu-gi-oh cards, apparently. I don't remember putting these in my back pocket, but whatever.

I'm kind of a quiet kid to start with, but when I open up, I really open up. I've got a bit of an offbeat sense of humor, namely my habit of occasionally trolling people, but nothing super weird. I'm kinda prone to sarcastic observations on what's going on around me, though most of them stay in the privacy of my own head. I'm also prone to holding grudges, which tends to lead to a sudden explosion on my part if someone/something pisses me off enough. Despite all that, I'm generally pretty nice (i hope), if not the most social person around.
As for my personal history, there's not much. I was born in Dallas(ish), Texas, but moved to Phoenix, Arizona at the young age of 9 months. ...That's all. My family is pretty standard to be honest. Laidback and generally easy to get along with. My derisive humour and eternal monotone seems to amuse my friends. Pretty unsuited for teamwork that involves active discussion and cooperation, though. Usually I either just keep to myself or try to manage everything all by myself if I’m not happy with the standard of work everyone is putting in. If I need to work in a team environment, just give me a specific job and I’ll work on it alone. Speaking from experience, I only work well with people I know well and respect. Actually, even when working with people I know, it ends badly because we just end up messing around instead of doing stuff.
My only work experience is from when I spent 6 weeks volunteering at a Salvation Army store.

I know how to shoot a gun. I mean, I have the accuracy of a rookie henchman in an action movie in regards to moving targets, but I can still shoot.
I'm also pretty good with treating injuries. Sort of. I'm not a surgeon at all, and most of my 'experience' comes from scrolling through medical websites. But that's sure to build up to something, right?
Aside from that, I can speak three languages (English, Tagalog, Spanish), cook, play the ukulele and piano, draw, and be a general asshole.

Personality wise, I'm a fairly friendly person. I enjoy making new friends, although my initial impressions upon meeting people can be a tad awkward. But I'm still willing to help anyone in need.
I have a slight tendency towards sarcasm and self-deprecating humor, often times combining the two with bad puns and innuendos to form an ungodly combination. In all honesty, I have a bad habit of overthinking situations, especially if I feel like I've done or said something wrong. Also flirting. I have a bad habit of unsuccessfully flirting with people.

Axel is also somewhat forgetful, as long as it doesn't come to song lyrics and Pokemon types and attributes. His favorite subjects have always been languages and social studies, not a big fan of sciences. After finishing high school, Axel started to study law, but dropped out after a year due to a lack of interest.
At that point he started working some small-time jobs (McDonalds Employee, waiter, etc.) until he decided to study economics.
