Personality: Jizo is what some commonly refer to as a confident person. Since childhood, Jizo was made very aware of the original holder of his name and it's meaning by the village-folk and his parents. This information managed to blow his head up a bit resulting in his overbearing confidence and sharp tongue. Nonetheless, Jizo is a good kid that enjoys babe magazines and the various pets around the village. He's a bit flirtatious and never hesitates to pursue the women he likes, no matter the age. Jizo's confidence pushes him to train just as hard as his peers, harder even. Growing up in the Blood Mist, it is known that only savages survive.



History: Jizo was born into a family of weapon dealers and bar owners, so his sharp tongue was inherited. He grew up around his father crafting various weapons for the shinobi of the Mist and took interest in the men and women that purchased them. He'd often ask his father why he was never like the men and women that would often come in his shop and his father would simply respond, "I, alone, create tools of death. I feel that is enough." Jizo never question his father any further. When Jizo wasn't with his father in his shop, he was with his mother in the bar, cleaning up tables and washing bowls and cups. He was never very fond of his mother's work but enjoyed being around the people there. Between his father's shop and the bar his mother tended to, Jizo came across a lot of people that taught him a lot of important things that apply to not only the real world but the ninja world as well. With this, not only did Jizo succeed in academy but excelled in personal situation as well. After all, the kid has his way with words. Upon becoming a genin, Jizo's father crafted him a single kunai with an inscription. He was told to cherish the piece of iron as if it was his father's soul and that he did. Jizo continues to train under his father's watch when he has time off, sharpening his skill with short range weaponry and taijutsu. "A man's strength lies in his arms--" his father would say, "Without your arms, you're helpless."

A laidback and friendly maiden, Ria presents an aloof yet friendly aura at first but once you get to know her she displays a rather friendly persona. She is truly neutral in the way things go for her, mellowed in a point where her flow rides along with conscience, Ria has weird sense of humor and a knack of teasing people in their serious moments likewise getting friendly with her is as fun as you think. Naturally, entrusting an errand to her is something you do not want to do because she takes things in an extravagant way but nevertheless her creativity is something worth praising and her decision making benefits herself merit, resulting her in a portrayed manner where either she is hated depending on her actions.



History:

Born from the legendary Uchiha, ones loyalty is served to Konoha solely, thy existence shall serve worth to both the clan and the village never again to question the principles of loyalty, what is a clan? what is a village? what is a shinobi?. As the daughter of the current generation of Uchiha, Ria is determined to prove her worth as a Kunoichi and bring pride to her Clansmen and Village but this is something very questionable. For a Kunoichi like her she is like a cloud, wherever the wind takes her she follows, naturally making decisions that benefits herself merit, resulting her in a portrayed manner where either she is hated depending on her actions.

Ria cherishes her family deeply, having a stable relationship with her parents and siblings and as the elder said two heads are better than one, she looks a lot like her Mother, Tsugumi and shares her Father, Rihan's charisma. At the age of 7, she is thought by her parents the basic essentials of a Ninja, archery is one of the basic essentials in their parenting policy because with archery, food is easy. Another essential to take in account is patience because with it, you are able to stay calm like the wind and bring forth better results of the things you do, the third essential of policy is to believe in yourself and never give up, Ria have good parents and they always find time for each other, generally Ria and her family always train with each everyday. The last essential of policy is critical thinking, ones decision is measured by not what you think but the consideration of everyone's opinion formulating it with your own, resulting to a better outcome, likewise Ria sacrificed her time for herself in exchange with being a Daddy's girl and Mommy's girl figure but in the end it's all worth it.

As to that result, Ria gained a calm mind and principles that will change her life and see the positive insights and discern it from the negative ones.

Alternative thinking, as to being thought with principles and moral values, Ria is neutral and solves things in her own way and of course taking advice from adults to result a better formula whether to see if this is a good thing or not.

Archery, one of the basic essentials thought by her parents, it is a survival rule that in Ria's lineage of Uchiha, Rihan's side of course. With archery, you are ready to face the world and the wild. This is not applicable to fighting, having Ria has a different style of fighting whereas archery is a basic essential for food, Ria's family motto is, the wild foods are better than market!.

Tessenjutsu, the art of using the war fan(See Temari from the original Naruto series) is Ria's own way of fighting. This form of fighting is similar to that of Kenjutsu, using the fan is the art of deception and fanning your own element and creativity in conjunction with a taijutsu form of dancing.

Cooking, not for just because reasons that a woman or wife should stay in the kitchen, this is one of the essentials thought to Ria and of course, Ria herself is good at cooking, her role in her family is cooking in the house. She cooks dishes basely on fishes and meat which makes it a heavy meal. Ria's policy is, "Savor your food and enjoy it."

Deception, as a Fan user, Ria's form of fighting in hand with taijutsu looks like as if she's dancing but basically using the fan has a lot of feinting moves and even if it is not on ninja skills, she also applies it in many ways but she's not as smart as you think.

Chakra control, Ria's chakra control is used in a conservative manner, she may only have the Great Fireball Jutsu as a ninjutsu which is a good thing because she is able to accumulate her chakra and use it in different ways. Chakra dash and chakra waves from her fan, her combat style is infusing and emitting.

Dancing, her own taijutsu fighting style of a maiden. She learn this style of taijutsu at the same time when she learned the arts of the fan. She also performs and this is her natural talent. Graceful movements that aren't aggressive, it is practically dancing with the opponent!

Its appearance, along with some of its abilities bear similarities with the Sharingan.

It is more of a sensory type compared to the Sharingan, since the Sharingan lets the person see the flow of chakra. This allows you to feel the flow of chakra and become capable of sensing chakras that are far distances away without having to concentrate, which I figure what sensory ninjas have to do, so long as the eyes are activated. There's other things, but I haven't bothered going that deep into detail since there's a chance of it getting rejected

I don't speak for the GM team, but my guess would be that their main concern is what it lets you do and not small details about ancestry and appearance. I would personally recommend you outline that much more than anything else.

Well I already have a general ideas for it's abilities, including each stage. I already did write it down in detail, but that was on the notepad on my broken computer v,v so now I'm just waiting for the yay or nay. If they ask, then I'll gladly tell them the abilities of it.

Personality: Ryu has a very calm demeanor. He rarely gets aggravated, and has a cool head sitting on his shoulders at almost all times. When he does get angry, everything and anything will become the target of his anger even if the cause has nothing to do with them. Many are surprised about how willing and polite Ryu is when he socializes. Most don't realizes that, under his calm facade, he is actually a very happy and intelligent individual. This does not hide the fact that he often offends the people he talks to accidentally. He is loyal to his friends and has many good intentions.



History: When Ryu was born, the first thing he felt was the harsh rain and the tears of his mother. Before he was born, his parents had destroyed a small time drug lord's empire. The drug lord didn't take kindly to this and sent waves of assassins after Ryu's parents. After repelling wave after wave of assassins, Hana and Toketsu had to flee from their home village, Kirigakure, and try to escape. They found refuge within Amegakure. They had lost the assassins and lived peacfully for a few years. When the assassins had found the couple again, Hana was in the first stages of Labor. They first tried to flee, but Hana was soon unable to move and Toketsu had to make a stand. Toketsu fought off what seemed like an endless supply of assassins for 5 hours and sustained multiple mortal wounds located all over his body. When the last enemy was eliminated, Toketsu stumbled over to his wife and died holding her hand. After Toketsu died, it began to rain. When Ryu was finally born his father was dead and his mother was grieving the loss of her partner. The first thing he felt was the harsh rain and the sorrowful tears of his mother. With the assassin threat extinguished, Ryu and his mother returned to Kirigakure and started anew.

Ryu, despite not having a fatherly figure in his life, had a relatively good upbringing. He was aspiring to become a Shinobi like his parents and drew inspiration from the power of the seven swordsmen of the mist. With his father's sword in hand, Ryu began training every day. With every day that passes, he hopes that he is moving closer to become stronger than the seven swordsmen and become the most recognized swordsman in all of the Shinobi villages.

Reaction Time - Ryu has an innate ability to react to things that most people wouldn't be able too. His reaction time will be hindered greatly if he loses focus though.

Dynamic Visual Acuity - He can discern and follow fine details in moving objects. This allows him to see and follow fast moving opponents or fast moving attacks. Many people have tried to trick him using the common "three card monty" stunt and have failed.

For now we want to fill up the other villages, that means you need to have two characters in other places before we can allow you to have a Konohagakure Genin.

@ Phobos

We accept custom dojutsu and such, but if it's similiar to the sharingan, why not just make it the sharingan? If it has different abilities, I would rather want it to have a different ancestry. Else it would look like many things can evolve or devolve from the sharingan. Which isn't really preferable, in my opinion. A sensory dojutsu would thus be okay to create, but as long as it is balanced and makes in a way a bit sense. :)

The fact you managed to make the CS look great, while doing it on your makes me already smile. As for the review, I would like :

1.) Speed far greater than most Genin? What about a very fast speed? Some genin are fast and to have such traits would sometimes cause a bit of a discussion of who is faster. If you would like to change to a great/fast speed above average genin, I would love that.

2.) I think the custom Jutsu Water Geyser is more of a C ranked than a D ranked jutsu. Maybe by causing that the earth tremble a bit before the water burst out of the ground, to make it more of a weaker ranked jutsu? :)

Other than that, is the character perfectly fine and I can't wait to review it again once you have made the changes. :)

Alright then, I will make my cloud and mist ninjas and you can agree that Ria-chan is still awesome ;)

A small note :
*Keep in mind that every shinobi that has been to the Academy has learned every Academy jutsu as well Walking on Water and Tree Climbing Technique/Practice!*
