Most peeps be super squishy, so we'll be running Health/Sanity like this:

10 is base Health/Sanity. For every 1 point you have above 10, you gain +3 HP/SP.

Sorry I worded it badly again xD

So you have your base stat - say Kaela with 11 - and then 3 points on top of that for the 1 above 10.

Elemettes Sanity would be: 14 + (3x4)
Balith's Sanity would be: 15 + (5x3)

@tathgon can't use it. If people want a 10 item they'll have to use a scythe :P

Basically, some items of the same damage amount will have varying dex/str/magic requirements. Lower dex/str/magic items are a little more expensive to buy :P
