If the reason's solely that there is another one now I don't think that's a reason to not make the character you want. After all it's mostly your writing/what your character actually says that will appeal to characters/NPC's. There may be people that are more influenced by your character than by the others just because they don't like something about our other "speech" character for some reason. They might also just respect yours more or find him more convincing at the time. It doesn't really matter how high your charisma is, if you were to write some unconvincing shizz I doubt it'd matter, which is why I always tend to keep that stat low in these games. I don't want to write something others think is unconvincing and then be like "but his speech is 60!". Haha.

Omega will be broadcasting from the vault and the dwellers will need to set up radio towers for him. As for living radio hosts, they may not be as well established yet, but still plausible.

My absolute favourite Speech check is the one in FN:V When you convince the Legion General to go home without fighting. It's such a perfect demonstration of what 100 speech actually means.

Agreed, that is an amazing moment. You can do the same thing with the NCR general too.

BoS won't be in til late Act II early III. Apps will be open for them nearer the time.
