I have a hook for anyone who is lacking a reason to chase the metas getting involved with the whole War-Pulse/Evergreen thing. You know that NPC random at the end of my post? Have her call your PC and tell her some jerk named "Equilibrium" stole her car.

It'd be more likely most will be monitoring Police Radio frequencies. I can't imagine some random girl can call up heroes anytime she wants.

That only explains so much. Maybe one hero could make that excuse but for every single character to know this one girl is statistically unlikely unless she herself was somehow involved with Heroes. Still it shouldn't be too hard to get involved in this little arc. Just follow the explosions and car alarms.

@NeutralNexus: I can't lie. War-Pulse probably is one of my favorite characters in this roleplay (of course Arachne is the best...).

Yeah, in case it wasn't obvious I need to take a break from this. College is taking a front seat in my life right now. I'm happy I haven't started anything with anyone. I'll try to return to this when I can, but right now is just not a good time.
