I've got a potentially long wait at the dentist's office tomorrow, I'll bring my bluetooth keyboard and try to work out something for my first post. Assuming I don't need a tooth or seven pulled (Ihaven'tbeentothedentistsinovertenyearsandmyteetharefuckinggross) I should have my first post with Carmen freaking out up tomorrow.

You know what's a woefully underutilized genre on this site? Monsters, like... REAL monsters. Things that twist and crunch and split when they shift forms, are too attached to prettiness. I want something ugly darn it, I want monsters that act like monsters. No "Oh, woe is me for I have this ghastly form." I want "Hell yeah, I'm a sick ass mind bending demon beast who's going to totally eat your intestines my guy."

I need to get better at GMing, then I can get the abominations I crave.

@Pathfinder I was in an RP once where our characters had to fight demonic cultists in a forest with some unknown demon living underneath the house. It was cool because my character the whole time was secretly a demon too (I had the GMs permission with this) and no one else in the RP knew but alas, I never got to do the big reveal.

Alright, so I was going to join this superhero RP but someone unironically made a character called "Pepe of Kekistan" and I... am speechless to be completely honest. He had the frog head and everything.

Was the GM a total hardass about character creation? I've had lots of GMs on this site that say 'do anything!' then I take thme up and they say "anything but that"

How would you deal with a character who is either a cartoon (with toonforce), or a slightly different balanced Deadpool? I don't abuse the regen powerset unless its for slapstick.

Yeah I get it, but come on. Pepe, of all possible characters. I dunno if it's me, but it rubs me in all the wrong ways.

As long as the character is interesting, I don't actually care.

I guess my issue is that they just made the character for the memes and... I don't like it. I'm not going to tell anyone how to play, I'm just not going to participate.
