Okay, everyone, we've done a lot of talking, and we got something to ask y'all.

So I, the infallible GM, made an oversight. In my post, I only wrote one pair of priests, meaning that people can only come up one at a time and get bonded thus. Errors and onenote pointed this out to me this morning, and we've spent the day tossing ideas back and forth on a solution. And we've decided to ask you guys, the players, how you'd like to proceed.

We've come up with two options. Either the post remains the same and everyone is okay getting the Sacramentum done one pair at a time, OR I go back in, edit my post, and quadruple the number of priests, giving everyone in the first group a chance to knock it all out at once.

I am fine doing either, though the second option make take me an hour or so to do as I go in, edit my post, and work things out so the continuity stays the same. It's up to you guys to decide, however. Should we stay at a slow pace with one pair of priests, or speed things up and bring in more priests?

@Invader Len @Natsu

Another head's up (last minute things keep popping up). I'm slated to be back in the field tomorrow and I should be back Saturday. After Saturday, the next time I will be back is Thursday if everything goes according to plan (it never does). But for now, I'm home today =D

And I really do have to apologize to you, Natsu. I'm sorry for my absence at a crucial time in the RP. But after next week my posting schedule should return to normal.

@Invader Len As of this moment, I think that doubling, as opposed to quadrupling, the amount should be enough, so we could have two pairs at a time. Some of us are busy like @Klaykid (WEBA, bye the way), so while I don't think moving at a snails pace would be the best thing, at the moment I don't think moving slowly is a bad thing either. That's my opinion, anyway.

@Raijinslayer Nah man, that’s good! I’ll get a reply once the current situation with the priests is resolved.

@duskshine749

@TheHangedMan Mentioning you so we can give you some credit for this.

We’ve decided that we’ll increase the number of priests by 2. One mage and one familiar. This way, there can be two pairs being partnered at once. I’m going to slyly and inconspicuously introduce them in my next post, so don’t worry on that!

I don't mind waiting. I probably won't be able to get a post up until the weekend anyway, so if another group could go it'd give me a bit more time.

@Invader LenJust felt like I should throw this out there, but what I think dusk was referencing with the 'shit-smelling' thing is a crude idiom that's basically means he doesn't like people who think they're all that and so much better than everyone around, to the point that they might as well believe that their 'shit doesn't stink' because they're so goshdarn perfect and what-not. Just felt like adding this clarification, I'll go back to waiting in the corner now.

@Raijinslayer Ah, now I get it. Thanks, I thought it was literal. I thought it might be a metaphor for something, but I wasn't sure what.

Uh, as a request, please don't put metaphors or idioms in your likes or dislikes, unless you specifically dislike metaphors or idioms. I'm but a poor, haggard university student, my poor brain can't handle this level of complexity at the end of the day. Have mercy on yer GMs, please!

As long as @Discontent doesn't mind, I can hopefully get a post up tonight with Monty after the two extra druids have been introduced.

@The Erroristsorry for the double post

On a scale of one to ten, how stoked is Monty going to be when he sees who his sister's partner turned out to be. I'm imagining he's pretty cool about it, cause Korrey has the look of true model citizen.

@Raijinslayer He definitely wouldn't be very happy, but don't worry for Korrey, he wouldn't approve of any boys for his sister. He's also still a bit embarrassed about Felicity scolding him for being a goddamn hypocrite, so he shouldn't be too outwardly mean. Korrey will end up getting the shovel talk by the end of the day, but he probably won't actually hit Korrey with a shovel. Probably.

All in all Monty is a little scared suspicious of him, but will try not to judge too much based on his looks.

Aaaaaand posted! The Druids are here and Felicity and Korrey are off the stage, so the podiums are open for the next two people who want to take the stand! Once the first group is done, the second group can begin to be bonded!

Korrey’s response to basically any sort of ‘mess with my sister and I hurt’ will essentially be: “Chill, man. Getting into you sister’s pants or hurting her is not what I’m about. Swear on the Stitches -*gestures to his neck tattoo*- and you can hold me to that. Now how about we relax and grab a . . .oh right, we’re not old enough to drink and that matters around here. . . wanna hit up a convience store from sodas? My treat, and I’ll even invite Feli too. Sounds like fun, ye?”

I’m pretty sure that Monty isn’t going to be relieve as Korrey would think after hearing any of the above.

@Invader LenAre we following the laws of the good U.S. of A. in terms for alcohol? Not that Korrey is going to drink, mind you,on school grounds, but I know that it’s different all over the world, though I think 16 is considered ‘legally’ too young, though individual families may have differing opinions on that. Korrey's been drinkin' alcohol since he was 13, though only at social gatherings with his patron or his Erridun friends(who tend to try and get hammered way too much), and even then only in small amounts.

My cousin has been drinking since he was 13. It started with wine, then he devolved into a barbarian and got into beer. Personally, I prefer stiff drinks or nothing xD

@TheHangedManI've never touched the stuff, mostly because I'm a boring teenager who doesn't go to many(read any) parties that don'tinvolve aset of nerd dice and character sheets. Oh, also under-aged(18 years old)

@Natsu
Druids are the priests of the Church of the Holy Star, the big religion in Prydain. These Druids in particular are Magisters, who fill out many day-to-day duties, like performing the sacramentum, officiating marriages, presiding over funerals, that sort of stuff. The mythology, holidays, and religion is heavily inspired by Wicca. (Errorist, our resident Witch and the one who developed most of the religion for us, can answer more questions.)

@Raijinslayer
The laws for drinking are a little tricky. If you're 16, you're allowed to drink alcohol that isn't hard liquor with an adult's supervision. Said adult must be over 21, and must remain sober. Once you're 18, you can drink unsupervised, and can drink hard liquor as well. As long as Korrigan doesn't have a criminal record involving underage drinking, that's fine. Drinks with low alcohol content will be served at special occasions, though students are reminded to behave well and not tarnish the school's name.
