Well, on second hand, after discussing with the GM via pms, I've came to the conclusion that Saya is indeed eligible to be in the RP as a secondary character for the Magic Council. Here is the updated sheet for the time being.

Physique An attractively fit middle-aged woman, standing at a towering 6'3" (1.9 meters) tall, Sayatachi is the near-epitome of a fashion model. She is often seen wearing flamboyant clothing that often flaunts her pale skin and is no stranger to using make-up to hide any "imperfections" on her skin. Her hair is dyed in a vibrant rainbow hue thanks to her bond with her magic, and her eyes are colored in a deep sanguine red.
Her guild mark is located on her back, precisely on her right scapula.
The Persona
Personality Born in the height of the elite nobility, Sayatachi's higher-class status clearly reflects her current behavior. She is one that wields immense power - magically, economically, and even physically. This alongside her bold, flamboyant fashion sense and lavish beauty are qualities that she boasts on the regular, painting herself over the people of Takahan as someone with intense fame and importance. This has even come to the point where some worship her as a "goddess". Her vain, no-nonsense and rather imperious nature can be quite tough to break during her intense work hours. However, if you happen to be on her good side, you'll be rewarded with her good graces and isn't as bad as many would think. She is respectful towards certain others she finds interesting and is actually rather generous to the closest of friends. You might even find her more flirtatious side if you're lucky. But if you get on her bad side, you’ll quickly see how brutal and down-right sadistic she becomes…
Sayatachi has a love for shopping and thanks to her immense wealth she is often seen buying luxury items for her own pleasure. She very picky in what she buys, never settling for anything moderate or sub-par, and is always aware of the surrounding fashion trends within the economic meta. She also has quite an exquisite taste in wines and fine food. Yet while she basks in the bright spotlights of the paparazzi, there is always an aura of mystery following in her shadows... What forms these long shadows take remains shrouded for the time being...

Bio Sayatachi's early history is shrouded in utter mystery. To many she seemed to pop virtually overnight, having control of a massive textile corporation known simply as “Nijiko Incorporated”. She claims to have inherited it from her parents, who died when she was relatively young, and over the course of a few years made the corporation into her own. Not only does she wield a vast amount of economic power, but her magical abilities are also incredibly unique and powerful in her usage of fiber manipulation and needle magics. Her surprising skill in magic had eventually planted her a spot in the Magic Council after years of intense training and joining several magical guilds in her day.
She currently balances both her time as a corporate CEO alongside being a powerful member of the Magic Council.

Fiber Manipulation Magic: A “Make” Magic that’s considered to be a subgenre of puppet and doll magics, Fiber Make Magic is the power to wield and create various objects and weapons using special rainbow-colored fibers that can be launched from one's hands. The fibers, while extremely thin and often rainbow-colored, are extremely durable, and can be formed into powerful weapons, barriers, and the like.
Needle Blades: The user can create a twin pair of needle swords to wield in battle.
Spears: The user can create a significant amount of spears to levitate off the ground or to suddenly appear from the ground.
Slash The user can send plasma-thread alongside the needle towards the player in a slashing maneuver.
Barriers: The user can create barriers that stop most attacks depending on the kind of thread it uses.
Armor: The user can create a thin-armored suit that can act as protection and even as a boost alongside a color power effect.
Net: The user can create a net capable of ensnaring the poor opponent. It also casts an effect on the captured depending on the fiber used.
Needle Magic: A magic, best used coinciding with Fiber Manipulation Magic, it allows the user to create various types of needles that can be tipped and filled with various magical potents These needles are connected to the almost invisible threads that connect to the user’s fingers and can inject anything from neurotoxins/tranquilizers/steroids/medicine and other magical capabilities whether to boost herself or to incapacitate an opponent. Each has one practical use and most have an element they're assigned with. They are also color coded based on the magical or artificial properties. If launched at the right angle, they can pierce the opponent’s skin where it can become extremely hard to grab it out, making the most maximum usage out of the needle’s potency.
List of Color Powers:
Red: A steroid or rage-inducing agent is coated within. Often used to increase physical power and speed on the wielder for a short period of time or to manipulate other mages by making them go berserk on opponents. It can also be used to wield fire-base magic.
Orange: A neurotoxin is coated within. Often used to paralyze the opponent in place and to keep it from running away.
Yellow: A healing medicine or painkiller is coated within. It can be used to heal wounds and cure diseases.
Green: A deadly poison or disease is coated within. While rarely used in combat, it can infect the individual with a deadly disease, and is often used to press individuals to concede or die of the infection. It also wields earth and plant-based magic.
Blue: A tranquilizer agent is coated within. Often to make individuals unconscious within a few seconds, great for stealth attacks as well as calming down enraged opponents. It also wields water-type magic.
Purple: A hallucinogen is coated within. It often hypnotizes the victim, creating unwanted memories and/or nightmares when injected for long enough. It can also be used to seduce people. If it takes over the mind of a person completely, it can allow the user complete control over that person and make it fight against its own allies. It can literally break the person’s mind and leave them traumatized if left for too long.
White: An unknown purifying agent is coated within. This can be used to purify a body completely out of a state of evil and to literally fry opponents from the inside out.
Black: Contains a forbidden magic based around death. If a needle remains inside a person for a long while, his/her magic powers will begin to seep away from his/her body until they are completely drained of magic energy. This magic can be stolen into the user and copy their magical abilities completely, as well as heal the user slightly but at the risk of corruption. At even higher intensities, it would ultimately kill them.
Rainbow: An unstable magical power lies within the very tip of the needle. It’s combined with all the magical elements of her arsenal and can be used for a devastating effect against her opponents. It can create massive explosions upon impact and can form near-unbreakable weapons, shields and barriers for extended periods at a time. It can also be injected as the “Mother Of All Hallucinogenics,” causing an incredible high that can literally make the user explode if the opponent doesn’t flush it out of its system. This magic can severely drain the user quickly, so it’s often used either as a last resort.
Black Needles:
If Sayatachi’s lethal Black Needles successfully lodge themselves into the opponent’s flesh, Sayatachi is not only able to absorb the opponent's magic powers, but also utilize it as her own. This, however, depends for how long the needle is inside the body's blood stream. Below is a ranking of magical energy that can be sucked from a certain time, with each passing second earning the mage more of the victim’s powers:
(D) From 1 - 3 seconds, the user is able to grow a resistance to the magic. For Ex: She absorbs lightning, she is now more resistant to it or at the very best, near-invulnerable. However, she has only faint traces of the opposing magic, not enough to use it effectively against the opponent.
(C) From 4 - 7 seconds, the user is now able to conjure up between 25 - 50% of the magic and use it against the opponent via contact with the needles. For Ex: She can conjure up lightning and combine it with her yellow needles, allowing her to spray a volley of electricity upon the opponent. While it can be used effectively however, the user does not yet have complete control over all the powers in the mage's armament.
(B) From 8 - 30 seconds, the magic will be prominent enough for her to make a separate needle for the power, using up over 50 - 75% of the opponent's power. For Ex: She can make a spare needle, to conjure up lightning, inject it into her system, and issue basic and intermediate spells.
(A) Over 30 seconds, the user will absorb 90 - 100% of the user's magic, making an almost direct copy for one to use and expand upon. As a result, the needle absorbs all the magic power from the opponent, and if left long enough, would slowly kill it as it grows frail and weak, turning it literally into bones and dust. This is what makes the black needle known as the "Forbidden" needle, often used to counter strong mages. The "kill" switch is often used to restrain rampaging divine mages or those too dangerous to be kept alive.
(She can also inject the black needle again into the opponent if she didn’t complete the full process, and it will continue to absorb the magic from where it last left off. If it's injected into a different opponent but with the same/similar magic as the previous, it can suck out any new spells within its disposal and eventually make the user completely invulnerable to said magic).

Fire (B): As evident with her red needle, Saya has inherited fire magic from an unknown fire mage. She is noticeably resistant to high temperatures.
Plant (A): As evident with her green needle, she is able to control plant life that is around her. It was taken from a defeated plant mage. She can grow massive vines, beanstocks, fire sharp grass needles, and various other abilities.
Water (D): Despite her blue needle, it does not fire any sort of water ability. While it is unknown from what water mage she pricked with her needle, she is only fairly resistant to water magic and can hold her breath underwater for twice as long as a normal human can.

Physique Often deemed to be as beautiful as his famous mother, Lorn is a young man who exudes sophistication and fortune. He generally looks and dresses like a model or a socialite, though this often comes as a sharp contrast to his hippie-like personality. He stands at 6'0", with pale skin and a frame that's tall, willowy, and svelte. He has his sharp eyes, thin eyebrows, and long onyx black hair. His gentle and unnaturally feminine beauty have often attracted the attention of others. His guild mark is on the back of his right ear.
Personality Lorn is a nature lover and a feminist, who finds solace in mother earth and encourages ideals that favor men and women equally. While he isn't particularly boisterous, he is an incredibly sensitive individual, who isn't shy when it comes to being honest about how he is feeling and will openly convey his feelings and activist like endeavors as articulately as he can and as passionately as he can. He despises how polluted the world is and wishes to restore it back to how it was millenniums ago before he was even born. Lorn is rather beautiful and sophisticated in appearance, often unintentionally attracting women and men; though his declinations and oblivious disregard of their affections often ends poorly.
Despite his beauty, Lorn's desire to make the world a cleaner place compels him to get hands-on and dirty. Because of this desire, he is a natural at tarnishing his "pretty boy" image, usually by doing things most people wouldn't expect from someone who looks like him. As someone who isn't consciously aware of his lovely constitution, he is often referred to as a "Pointless Beauty", because his behavior and actions don't match his looks, which is usually a shock for people who don't know how he really is.
He enjoys the company of others, but doesn't mind being alone, and dislikes when others perpetuate unnecessary drama and conflict. He is mature and enjoys the simple life and being one with nature and caring for it and for the animals that reside within it. Lorn is a spiritual individual as well and a passionate deep thinker, who connects with many "entities" for enlightenment and encouragement and enjoys soothing practices that allow him to fully commune with his mind, body, and soul. He enjoys activities such as bird watching, painting, hiking, cleaning the world 'one piece of trash at a time', taking care of plants and animals, reading, and meditation.

Brief Bio Lorn is the son of a famously beautiful mage who had been widowed seven times over by his 17th birthday. Each husband's death occurred under mysterious and suspicious circumstances, leaving the already wealthy Lady Chatwal(she never changed from her maiden name) and Lorn, all the more richer. The scandal of her failed marriages eventually became the talk of the town, drawing attention to Lorn and his already famous mother, but not in a good way.
Lorn is uncertain which of men is his biological father, but has made it a personal quest to figure it out. After his 18th birthday, and wanting to separate himself from his mother's scandalous reputation, Lorn left the comfort and financial security of his mother, and began to further develop his love of painting, even beginning a small business of painting portraits and nature so he could sell them.
Although he could have easily relied on the money of his mother, he wanted to make an income and a living of his own. Shortly after he began living on his own, Lorn ran into a man who promised him that he had knowledge of who his real father was, but he would only disclose this information if Lorn agreed to help him. Since that meeting, he has been on a journey, serving the Dragon Heart guild to uncover the truth of his father.
Magic Heart Magic
Description This is a caster magic that allows Lorn to connect his "heart" to the "hearts" of living things. Once he connects his heart to the hearts of other people, he can communicate with them telepathically. When he connects with someone, he also gains empathy, allowing him to feel their emotions and gain some level of influence over their emotions(not to be used on other players unless given specific permission to do so). He can also connect to hearts of animals, allowing him to feel their emotions and control them. Furthermore, the empathic capabilities of his magic are so strong, that he can even connect with the hearts of plants, giving him a form of plant and ecological empathy, allowing him manipulate nearby plant life as well.
Spells -Heart Magic (Telepathy); He can communicate with other people telepathically. -Heart Magic (Empathy); He can feel the emotions of other people and has some influence of control over their emotions(can not be used on other players unless given explicit permission) -Heart Magic (Fauna); He can feel the emotions of animals and control them. -Heart Magic (Flora); He gains a form of ecological empathy and connection with plants, allowing him to "feel" them and control them as well.
Lorn currently has a girlfriend, Bébé (21), though their relationship has been a little strained as of late. She is acting somewhat cold towards him and he is not sure why.
Bébé is 21 years old and also a guild member of Dragon Heart. She is a B-rank mage and was one of the first people that he met when he joined. Bébé stands at about 5'4" and her guild mark is located on the back of her neck. Bébé uses a type of caster magic that allows her to fly, and when she is touching someone, they can fly with her. She also possesses a special pocket watch, a holder magic that allows her to put people to sleep for a timed duration if they hear the ticking. Bébé is known for being jealous and melodramatic.
