I saw you made some of the changes, but the fire resistance still bugs me - if I can advise you, you should put in a Rank system there.
For example - Immune to (inset some pretty low level ) Rank, but if the user is skilled and has great mastery, it can still be dangerous.
Or something like that, that is how I balance out things. Other than that, I am satisfied with the changes.

It's taken me a while, but I guess I have the time so I'll review the character you sent me via PM.
Kekkai Genkai/Jutsu:
I've seen blood release before, and so far this is one of the stronger variants. And quite frankly, this is the biggest issue. Not only is it versatile, it is also powerful in all the departments it dabbles in. I would suggest, personally, that it can just be utilized as a weapon itself. The acidic, explosive, or defensive properties of it make it too strong for a genin to possess. We had a blood release user before that could make blood acidic or explosive, and he was S-ranked. So tone down the KG (and the consequent jutsu).
Also on the note of the KG, since you put it as the chakra release as well, does this mean that she cannot use other jutsu or is she limited to only her blood release?
Traits/Skills:
I don't have any real issues with the skills, but I don't think a genin should have Killing Intent. I believe the other GMs would agree with that as well, so I would suggest removal. Besides, a genin doesn't need it nor is a genin terrifying enough to use it. :p
History/Personality:
Both are a bit thin, and I would prefer if they were improved. Though that isn't a requirement, I think it would be better if the character was more fleshed out and had more detail.
Fix those up and I'll take a look at it again.

I know that being a Earth user like Kato he probably is used to having dirt in his face but I still feel that he doesn't have a jutsu specifically like Dirt Swarm where small dirt particles are continuously confronting your face, therefore making it relatively difficult for Satoshi to see in the swarm. Due being very busy as some of the other crew members also have a very busy schedule, the next release of the Breakdown is postponed to next weekend. Hopefully it will be a bit better with all the busy schedules everybody has currently.
