I honestly don't know. Dr Strange IS an example, but any character at that level has been denied, from what I've seen.

Epiphany: I can avoid making a terminator, if I made a futuristic main battle tank. That would give a reasonable volume for fusion reaction and allow a serious gun.

Meh...so many intermediates that I can't deny the call. Feel like a swordsman or gunman..sorta....you'll see. If there are a ton of swordsmen then I will make one for..sword battles. SWORD BATTLES!

Hey, I got a question. Due to LeeRoy and Sukoh's evident need for buffs.

Mind if I give them the buffs they need?

LeeRoy's supersoldier body replacement and enhanced armor.
Sukoh's spirit based abilities that I didn't add because I thought his basic form would be enough.

That's about it, and that should bring them to a level where competing with the other characters is more reasonable.
