Machines? If your race is mechanical, then I will allow them to have immortality and disease immunity, but machines have other major weaknesses that make up for that. Your race does not have the weaknesses of machines, and therefore it would be unfair to grant you their strengths.

Unless you plan on redesigning them as a completely mechanical race. Because even cyborgs have organic sections which can get sick, age, etc.
