Organization: Everybody is obligated to learn the bow and horse, but there is no strict organization of the army and fighting in a war is based mostly on an "if they want to" basis.
Size: 55000
Unit make up: Every free man is cavalry. The huge majority of them are horse archers, but a few instead take up spears or clubs. What little foot soldiers they have are poorly equipped, untrained slave warriors.
Training: The military training of anyone is decided by their family elder. The family is responsible for training and arming their members.

Culture:
Relgion: Before Gom-Qo, the people worshipped spirits of the grass, sky, and mountains. But Gom-Qo was raised by a Tharan slave, and has converted to their faith. The Tharans believed in a single all-powerful God, and Gom-Qo upon ascending has strictly enforced his religion upon his Khanate. Anyone caught burning offerings to the old spirits are killed for heresy.
Beliefs: The stars are the souls of their dead ancestors, continuing the endless fight between man and demons. The greatest of the demons, Sun and Moon, are the only two visible to the people. The moon is a brutish warrior, destroying the souls with it's sheer size, while the Sun is a tricky rogue, obscuring the stars from the living. When the souls defeat the Sun, Moon, and invisible demons, they will have enough strenght to illuminate the sky as bright as the Sun once did, creating eternal light.
Values: Unity, Wisdom, Loyalty, Zeal
Education System: Not centralized. Varies depending on family.
Class system: A the very top is the khan, currently Gom-Qo of the Thal-Ik family. Under him are his advisors, chosen through a primitive testing system on theology, strategy, and management. Under those are the Iderennon, the patriarchs of every family. They vote on which of the khan's relatives succeed the khanate. Under those are the men of the family, then the women, then the children. At the bottom are the slaves, equal in status regardless of gender or age.

Its on the first post I made at the bottom section. My co-gm should have better versatility with maps and such as I don't. As well being able to neutrally play NPC groups(pirateres or 'wild' tribes. ) on top of being fair in handling different situations.

To both of you. I'm wondering about the cs posting. As this version most likely isn't the final version of the cs. Though I do say both of you have awesome looking sheets so far, so i guess continue.

The total hex area, as the map is made of hex's is what's inside of you borders.

A landmass or two will be chosen at some point, so you can get hex's.
Resources- not implemented yet- such as minerals and native animals will be placed here.

The population is something yes determined by your hex count but not totally. Its how many people are estimated to be inside of your kingdom as residents. Then divied down to total adult pop, Should be greatly more than children, then military.

The population in military gives advantages in battles against other kingdoms and anything else. Though winner is not determined by size but by training and how to plays out in game.

Sorry I haven't been the most responsive person. Still sick and preparing for RL events that popped up.

@Ashevelendar if you put 25 into military it leaves only a 10 for the workforce and caring for children full time. Which means your nation would be spartan in the likes but I wouldn't say it would run. Plus I don't Wang the number of children in the total pop count. Just the 45.
Military, is a third of your adult pop. Which belongs after subtracting military forces in the workforce area.

The Chosen

Nations Name: The Chosen
Flag: (optional) On the flag is painted a woman with red eyes surrounded by corpses. On the background it can be seen that there are people behind the woman.
Ruling type: Each female child that is born with red eyes ( it's just a normal mutation , it exists in the real world too ) in a full moon is considered to be one of The Chosen. After she passes a trial by combat in which she has to defeat the previous leader , she is named The Chosen One ( leader )
Leader: Silver Jane.
Pop count:( Total population, Adult and children) 700000 Total pop , Adult 550000 , Children 150000
Total hex Area: ( How many Hex's does your nation encompass and controls over.) ( I don't know how much a Hex means ) but...I would say...4 hexes ?

Army
Organization : The Army is constituted from men and women that are at least 16 years old and maximum 60 ( 40 - 60 = position of command , no longer front lines and such )
Size:(Relative to population) : 300000
Unit make up:
( Naval units, Land units. Detailed description.)
Land Units :
Men : Men of the Chosen are usually seen on the front lines. Fighting with either sword , axe or spear.
Swordsmen : Men of the Chosen that are dressed in armor made from leather or steel. They can be seen on the second line. They also have shields.
Axemen: Men of the Chosen that have no armor on them. They fight with big axes and are only seen in the first line.
Spearmen : Men of the Chosen that choose to wear only limited armor but have big spears. Seen on the first line if the battle needs them.

Women :
Women of the Chosen are trained with bows , crossbows and javelins. They are usually in the back of the army launching fiery death on all those that dare to approach when equipped with bows or crossbows. When they have javelins they are seen going closer to combat and throw their javelins over the Axemen or Spearmen.

Highly trained. From the age of 5 , women and men of the Chosen are trained to fight. They are known as fierce fighters.

Region: (Description of how they follow if they follow.) They follow the Goddess Ashe , God of Balance. A long time ago The Chosen were only refugees from other nations that searched for a new places to start a life. Once on the road a group of refugees were attacked by bandits. A single woman with red eyes fought them all off , alone. Saving everyone. They decided to make their camp there and soon more and more refugees came there , hearing the story of the Red Eyed Warrior. Soon a settlement was built and everyone had enough to eat and drink but as everything has a balance , the woman with red eyes soon felt sick and soon died. The people wept for her for months and as time passed she was called The Chosen One of Balance.
Beliefs:( Tall tales, superstitions.) They believe that every 6 years Ashe delivers them a red eyed child that has the power to unite the world. Also it is said that if the bodies of the dead are not burned after every battle , the Goddess will be displeased and the Chosen One will get sick and die.
Values: Honor , Religion , Peace , Conflict ( the opposite of peace ( balance ) )
Education System:( Schooling.) Children are required to learn to fight at a young age but that doesn't mean that they don't receive other lessons. All children are brought to the Chosen One and the other elders and they will teach them what they need about the world.
Class system:( Social ranks. Who is above who in society.) The society is balanced. Nobles and Beggars do not exit. Instead every month those that are not in the military , change situations with each other. A noble becomes a beggar and a beggar becomes a noble. Each knowing that the next month , they will return to their original places but with more knowledge of their counterpart than before.
