"Let's get a move on folks" Reaper said as he loaded the rifle case in the back of the van. The box of components already secured close by.
"I'll drop you guys off just around the corner from the back lot on Westchester" he said to Sound-EFX and Phantom "And Techno, I'll be leaving the van a street or so away from our target, you should have enough space back here to work your magic, but there's a little fold-out table underneath the seat if you need a bigger workspace. If you finish up early, contact Agent or me and we'll advise"

45 Minutes Later....

Reaper and Agent were crouched on a low roof overlooking the locked storage locker. The first gang was due to arrive any minute. As they lightly conversed, Reaper kept an eye on their surroundings, looking for any sign of the Vigilance Lancers. Mindful that he'd be handling a heavy rifle later, he'd packed light, choosing to simply equip himself with a pair of handguns and, as always, a combat knife for close encounters.
"Any minute now" he muttered as his eyes scoured the nearby rooftops for possible ambush points. Then, something caught his eye, a quick flash like the glare of a scope's lens
"Get down!" he whispered as he ducked out of sight, dragging Agent down with him "Sniper across the way, on our right, the tallest roof"
Just then, he heard voices down below, at least 5 or 6 based on the varying tones and dialects, definitely the Russians.
"And here come the Bratva. Ok, I'll take care of our Vigilance friend over there. Wait for my signal, then drop down to take them out. If he starts shooting early, or another gang shows, you go early. I'll cover you when the Lancer's done"

Reaper began to awkwardly drag himself across the roof, hoping to drop down onto, and then behind, the dumpster he'd used to get up here without being detected. Once on the ground, he spied an open door to the tall building he could dart into.
'Must be the same way he got up there' he thought as he made his move 'Hopefully I can get up to the roof before anything happens'

Zack didn't like being left behind. His power was something they could have used. But he understood that he was also the only one would could build the gun and bullet they needed. Technology of all kinds answered to his power. He was alittle nervous since he had never never built a weapon before. It made him think of all the evil ways his power could be used.

He had grown up with a mother that had raised him to be a hero. In another life or different circumstances he could have turned out like Crusher. Alot of people who grow up the way he had didn't always turn out to be good guys. He pushed the negative thoughts away. They wouldn't do him any good. He focused his attention on the task at hand. He need to make sure that the weapon he was building would do it's job. The other's lives might depend on it.

With the plan revealed about what was going down and how they were going to handle things, Sound EFX felt that this plan wasn't all too bad. Get dropped off at points where the gangs would end up meeting and fighting along with being set up to all be killed by the lancers and causing a riot. Stop them from letting the plan follow through, take down the lancers and smoke Crusher out. Wasn't difficult. And then have a special bullet made to take Crusher down? Well...this plan should be flawless but anything could go wrong. Sound EFX liked those odds, it's what defines a hero when put into tight situations when lives are on the line.

Agreeing to what was said from Reaper, Sound EFX smirked that he'd work with Phantom on Westchester. The back lot area. He turned to Phantom "Ready for this, mon?" he said to Phantom, getting ready to leave.

@Simple Unicycle

Once they got there, Sound EFX, who had his plugs in his ear, pulled one out. "Hey mon, if there's anyone scurrying about, you know, any of those Lancers, I'll be able to hear if they are setting up their position for the kill. Doesn't matter to me which of us take them out. Maybe one of us keeps the fight centered in one area while the other located and take down the Lancers? I'm not that good at planning my friend, I just go do it hehe. It depends on what you're comfy with." he said to Phantom. He figured these two would have no problem with the skills they had but they would still need a little plan of action so to effectively handle this task.

Agent waited patiently on top of the roof with Reaper. "We'll have Crusher soon," she mumbled, more to herself than anything. Once the gangsters arrive, they would be able to move on to the next location and continue the mission.

"Get down!" Reaper shouted and they hid out of the sniper's field of vision. He explained the plan once the gangsters arrived, telling her to wait for a signal, and proceeded to slink along the building to take out the sniper. Agent was thankful he spotted the sniper before they became a target. As Agent waited for the signal, she hooked her grappling hook gun onto the edge of the building. Even though she was durable, she doubted that if she jumped down she wouldn't be hurt. She continued to wait for the signal and once she finally got it, she dropped down to the ground. Her dark red costume allowed her to hide in the shadows.

At a time none of them were really looking in her direction, Agent lit three flashbangs and threw them into the crowd. They shouted, stunned by the unexpected attack. She took this moment to kick the closest one in the ribs, of course holding back with her power. A semi-blinded one pulled out a gun, but Agent ducked, grabbing his wrist and twisting it away. The gun flashed right next to Agent's ear. She clenched her teeth, a high-pitched ringing nagging her ear, and sent her fist into the man's cheek. He dropped to the gun and she nearly crushed it in her hands, fairly easily crumpling the metal.

Reaper had crept up through the building to the roof, finally laying eyes on his target, hunched by the edge with his back to Reaper. He couldn't just draw his pistol and shoot the bastard, the noise would alert the Russians below. The knife it was. He made his way forward, slowly at first, then paused suddenly, the Lancer was sighting up, time to move, he whistled to grab the sniper's attention, and caught him off balance in the shock of the moment, sinking the knife into the exposed gap between his shoulder pads and helmet.

He dragged the body back out of the way, then moved back to the edge to wave to Agent, giving her the go ahead. He trusted her to handle herself for the moment, and went back over to the body to search it for intel. He noticed a radio transceiver embedded in the helmet, but he couldn't access it in his limited window. One final pass uncovered a cell phone in a back pocket, a wireless transmitter plugged into the headphone jack. It's screen lit up with texts from unknown numbers giving a green light to begin the mission. Suddenly it began to buzz with an incoming call, shocking Reaper slightly. He pulled out the transmitter and answered the call.

"Alpha-One report" a distorted voice stated.
Acting fast, Reaper bunched up the neck of his shirt and pushed it into his mouth, hoping it would give a similar effect.
"Engaged"
Hoping that would suffice, he listened with bated breath. A click and the line went dead, could mean anything really.

The bang of a gunshot coming from below rocked Reaper back to reality, he snatched up the sniper rifle and rushed back to the edge. He spotted Agent crumpling up a gun in her hands. The girl was strong, seemed like she was handling things quite well, but one of the punks had gotten behind her unnoticed. He quickly sighted up, and prayed no one moved too fast. He fired, aiming for that sweet spot right at the crown of the head. Unfortunately, his target shifted at the last second, and the bullet embedded itself into the thug's right shoulder. Either way, the desired effect was achieved, he went down screaming. Reaper waited, gun raised, scanning both the nearby rooftops for any sign of a secondary Lancer, and battle below for chances to assist.

The best thing about Zack's ability was that he didn't need to know how to build the things he wanted to build. Which was a good thing. He didn't really want to spend time researching how to make a gun or a bullet. He was going to build a smart bullet. He had heard about them from one of his machines. He figured something that could be programmed was the best way to go. It would give him more control. He would be able to make sure that no innocent was hurt by his weapon.

The building was easy. But gathering the supplies he needed was alittle harder. His ability gave him the knowledge he needed. But he still had to get the supplies he needed to build both the gun and the bullet. Which wasn't that easy. Many of them were not things he could buy in the store. He didn't like having to break the law to get what he needed but for a few of the parts he might have to in order to get the stuff he needed.
