Considering I keep losing my notes (on a variety of mediums) and my browser also breaks down a lot (making me lose tabs that had important things up on them), I definitely know the feeling of wanting to be safe... Like I said, take your time. Just know that I did edit my PM slightly yesterday, so you might want to make sure you're up to date on that.

NaNoWriMo = National Novel Writing Month. Usually in November.

I did the response on Notepad first so I can periodically save it in case my computer crashed or something. That would really suck to lose all the effort I put into the PM...

Holy shit that sounds nice. lel though I can't write a novel in a month it takes me forever to feel motivated to write a piece of a single chapter. On another note, I'm getting a little better at drawing, but cat ears seem to give me difficulty.

Like I said above, good to hear. I'd offer to jump into Discord if I could get it working on my phone. I really don't like that program so far (not that I've used it much at all, but a lot of stuff involving it bugs me)... and I don't need to overwork my PC more than I already am. Any suggestions for getting it worked out on the phone?

I just have the desktop thingy installed on my end, I wouldn't know how it works on a phone. Shadow and Wolfie would though, sorry I can't be of more help. I just tend to use it for private talk with a few people and voice chat with Shadow.

In a sort of bad mood over something involving a surname for one of my characters, but otherwise same old... Overworked and stressing over trying to make progress and collect all my information on this PC (so I can transfer it to a new and better PC) before it blows up on me... Considering how many display driver errors I've had lately, and tabs breaking down on my browser, things keep getting more desperate.

Been dealing with bad PC issues pretty much since I started using them ten years ago... Never particularly been in a good situation with technology, and I've lost a lot of work over the years due to that. So how do I set up Discord on my phone exactly? I imagine you two might find it interesting hearing my voice.

It's the same issues, yeah, or rather it's the issues I'm dealing with currently. I've always had some sort of problem with computers... I mentioned some of the problems I'm having in one of the spam forum games a few minutes ago, but overall it's just my current PC being an old piece of shit.

Hmm, with the overheating it might be air flow or the fans or dust. I think I've mentioned that before, yeah the age of it can really drag it down as well. I can help you look for a good replacement if you'd like, granted I'd lean more so towards parts as it isn't hard to build your own and it's also cheaper to do so.

We're (me and my sister's boyfriend) in the process of preparing a replacement, so the main thing is just getting everything I need off this one before it explodes on me or destroys everything I still need to collect. It's one of the reasons this place distracting me is a bit problematic, but I don't regret joining the site.

You should just go to the search and put in Discord. That's what I did.

Maybe hop off the site more the most part until you get it sorted out? Getting that replaced and not losing work would do you wonders. It would be better off to get that set as a top priority.

Yeah, that seems to only be bringing up four different apps, none of which is Discord. It's pissing me off a bit since I know it was in the search a few weeks ago the first time we were all discussing the program.
