I won't lie, I'm a tiny bit miffed at Haruka's attitude toward the revelation of multiple Cyber Beast attacks and that he trivialized it. I don't know if I was clear on this, but if I wasn't, then let me clarify it now: the Cyber Beast is NOT just a rumor. The attack on the store was clearly done with claws and fangs, as the images would show. Plus there were eyewitness accounts of the beast and it looking vaguely like a Digimon. In short, Haruka has absolutely no reason to think that the attacks are fake in any way. At all. Unless he's just that dense or just that strongly in denial.

Sorry, the stubbornness is part of his character. Faced with something he doesn't understand, he over-rationalizes. It's just who he is. It's the same reason he doesn't believe one person could top-rank multiple games. Because as far as he knows, that can't happen, and he takes himself too seriously. So, yes, he is that strongly in denial. Any other character would have shown an appropriate amount of excite, but I'm trying something different with Haruka. I hope you'll allow me that.

I won't lie - my enthusiasm's really been ebbing for a while, mostly due to the slowing pace of the RPG. Probably might be better if I just left, because I can't get the inspiration up to write Houkoushi that well anymore.

@Double Definitely interested and dedicated! Actually, this is the only live roleplay I'm in. So I would like to see it continue. My delay was due to a new job/schedule but I've been checking back waiting for everyone else to post.

@tobiax I wasn't sure how/when @Double wanted the Digimon to be introduced and didn't want to post again so soon after my last one, but if we need to push the roleplay a bit I'll post again!

Maybe we should also update/post another interest check once we get through this introduction? Add new Digidestined into the story?
