Angar-Rylla: The home world of the star-spanning Ryllan Empire. A polluted world where much of the natural resources have been long exploited leaving a massive sprawl of a city that houses the boorish Ryllans who have become dilatants, living off the labor and trade of their empire. Their armies are comprised of mercenaries from the NMV and their most cherished generals and heroes are off-worlders who have taken command of their technology to ensure their power.
