"Come with me then." Basil left the room, followed by Fergus, as he headed down further into the ship. He closed his eyes for a moment, and stopped, before moving on again. When they finally arrived they were in what appeared to be a cargo bay. Several Iscandarians had gathered into a circle around several symbols that Fergus swore he recognized from somewhere. Basil motioned to him to stand in the middle of the circle.

"This is a runic teleportation circle. You only need to think of where you want to go, we will provide the mana for the spell." spoke Basil. He and the others directed there hands at the circle, as blue beams of energy poured into it.

Alas Prime
A Iscandarian approached, her veins flowing with magic exposed.
"Hello and welcome to Alas Prime! We are excited to meet you. If you will follow me this way a shuttle has been prepared for a trip to the Palace."

"The cost of survival is losing your edge..."

The worms slithered off the edge of the drone, quickly darting across the floor, their disgusting bodies sticking to the floor. A small group of them remain on the drone, waiting for their call...

The worms reached the airlock on the side of the ship and slithered over the access panel. One of them chewed the upper corner, and after a short while made a small hole in it, slipping inside. The panel shorted out a few seconds later as the worm managed to destroy some of the wiring, and the worms quickly moved away, their brethren squeezing out of the keypad and dashing out of sight quickly, awaiting for the airlock to be opened and the keypad to be inspected...

Across the evening sky, streaks of what appeared to be blue fireballs rapidly approached the ground, screaming loudly as they sailed through the air. Primitive wildlife honked and screeched in alarm, scattering as the objects slowed and cooled, coming to a stop over the tree tops. After a brief pause, they descended, and began to fold apart, coming to a stop half a metre off the ground. The Sisters on each Matron were the first to disembark, floating off and replacing their empty gravity field with one of their three weapons. After all, they were more important, and would be the only one to interact with the Piece, should it be found. Then, the Matrons each fell, hitting the ground with a loud thud, and standing up to full height.

Out of nowhere, a large bear-like reptile came running on two legs into the clearing, snarling and roaring with it's four eyes fixed on the nearest Matron. It lifted a claw high, and brought it down on top of the Matron's head, sending it reeling backwards and reverberating a high pitched squeal. It's companion was swiftly on the creature, and speared it through the chest with a blade, right through the creature's chest. It let out a choked, pained sound, before the machine finished it by severing it's head clean off with a second blade, and withdrawing it's previous weapon. The beast fell, dead in a pool of it's own thick yellow blood and bile, and the group quickly scanned their surroundings for more attackers, the injured Matron buzzing weakly from the impact. When all was clear, they all lifted back up slightly into the air, and soared through the trees, towards their destination.
The cave was not natural, and seemed to be a large access tunnel that dropped straight down into the very planet. An ancient relic, long before the dreaded accident that befell the Ethereals. All of their troops floated down for many minutes, before reaching the bottom and entering the actual facility. It would take them time to open the heavy blast doors, but that would not be an issue, for it seemed the planet was not inhabited, at least according to their initial recon. Nothing would stop them from retrieving the Heart, after all.

But inside, was something that could not have planned for. Something that could very well undo the entirety of their plans, slumbering quietly, awaiting this very moment to be released. The Warden would not give up it's prisoner without a fight.

The Explorer, after firing another beam at the weakened ship, began turning to fire on the other two ships, slowly reaching extreme combat range. Shortly after the Explorer turning on the other ships, the first salvo of missiles reached the first enemy ship. First, one couldn't see anything; then there was just a sudden burst of little yellow engines, all lighting up at once all around the first attacking ship, and easily over two hundred missiles the size of a car's axle slammed into the ship, either piercing or just exploding in great blue flames. And as the Explorer turned to the other approaching ships, the Valkian cargo-ship activated its sublight drive, and disappeared, shortly before enemy ships reached extreme engagement range. As the four large pterodactyl creatures approached, the very few anti-air slash anti-orbit emplacements surrounding the city opened fire. The rounds were more to target any kind of Valkian, and were almost like veritable artillery rounds that exploded into a very large flak-like burst of Swarm missiles, which were like shoe-sized high-explosive missiles. Three emplacements were able to fire on the pterodactyls, and the emplacements each fired two of the rounds at the pterodactyls. As the black-smoke-trailed rounds neared the pterodactyls, each of the rounds exploded, disbursing half a dozen of the small Swarm missiles to take on the pterodactyls. Due to a lack of any war, it is unknown whether the ground-defense actually WORKS; while the Explorers' weaponry has undergone extensive tests, the city defense emplacements were never really tested.

The first ship was annihilated by the attack, what slag was left of it floating uselessly in space. The remnants of a single tentacle on the smallest piece grasped uselessly at the far off explorer. The reactivated ships paused for a moment, before making a short jump forwards at light speed to close the distance. The jump was less than a second, 0:40 to reach light speed 0:55 to brake. Just before it dropped out, one of them fired a large underside mounted railgun, the shot travelling at near light speed towards the explorer... The shot was likely highly inaccurate due to the way it was fired and could easily be off course. The othership plowed towards the explorer, firing plasma based weaponry at it in the hopes of causing damage to the explorers armour...

The other two ships changed course from chasing the cargo ship. One moved towards the container it had dropped while the other approached the city on the planet..

Planet side

The pterodactyl like forms attempted to dodge the incoming shots, but the swarm missiles would be their downfall. Two of them were killed, but a third was able to evade the missiles by diving and traveling along a small rocky canyon, flying under land bridges and finally swooping up and continuing towards the city.

The space ship appeared overhead, and rained down spore forms towards the city below. It turned its weapon systems and fired plasma down at any emplacements it could pick out, all 43 active plasma gun batteries firing at them. It slowly moved down to the planet, and intercepted the transport ship, attempting to grab it with its tentacles. One of the plasma guns changed its target and attempted to knock out the transports engines so that it would be easier to take hold of and board...

Battle of First Contact, Planet N-1, orbit & planetside

The Explorer, shown above, continued forward, the inaccurately fired railgun shot scoring a glancing blow to the front of the ship, scarring and denting the armor, but otherwise was unharmed. The round itself had partially disintegrated on its impact, and bits and pieces spun away from the scarred section of the Explorer. In response, as the two enemy ships came out of sublight, the ship fired with its two particle cannons, attempting to slice another ship in half, this time spacing the cannons firing so that a beam was constantly being fired, switching back and forth instead of at the same time. Missile launchers again extended out from the armor, and fired two salvos of missiles, half the size as the first salvo against the first ship, against the two attacking ships. At the same time, plasma began to hit the ship, splashing against the armor and bubbling into it before losing energy. The ships' armor was decreasing, but it could hold, and the captain on board would most certainly destroy or be destroyed.

In the case of the rising transport ship, who now had a panicked load of passengers and a worried, fearful captain, the ship lost its engines and was grabbed by tentacles. However, a Hunter was on board, as with all the transports, due to a need of someone that will adapt to situations and will take control in emergency. In this case, the Hunter rushed to the pilot's cabin, and set the engine to overload. While overload wasn't bad on its own, only causing minor damage over time, it's very bad if there isn't anywhere to go, or if the power generated isn't released. The transport, clung to by tentacle things, as was felt by the Hunter, slowly became hotter and hotter, until the reactor and its batteries simply ran out of space, and broke. When it broke, the transport exploded. The Hunter could see what was above him, what was waiting, and he didn't want to meet it.

On the ground, the spores were already infecting people. Some had made their own bunkers, sealed and locked, and were there now, but others were out in the streets, or in buildings that weren't able to use airlocks. The next transport ship that rose only made it above the tallest building, before wobbling and losing altitude faster than it gained. The ship fell, turning into a nosedive before scraping against a building, showering the ship and the ground below with steel, titanium, and Valkian concrete. No glass would fall; there was no need for it in their sightless world. As the ship fell and the dome closed, either everyone was infected, or they were belowground in emergency tunnels, sealed inside, and not to be dug out. Hunters patrolled the endless, pitch-black halls and rooms below, refugees weeping with unseeing eyes for the first time in thousands of years.

As such events were going on, ten minutes still remained before two more Explorers arrived, unless they were to in-system transport, which for the Valkian technology is similar to going sublight through a debris field. Transporting or teleporting only worked on the edge of the system, to another system edge. The remaining cargoship was fleeing from its post above the city, picking up other transports from other cities along the way, evacuating what it could before the other ships gained on it.

Now labelled 'Derelict 6,' with the first destroyed being Derelict 1, the second ship that released the original spores and the pterodactyls being labelled Derelict 2, the ship that grabbed the transport being Derelict 3, and the ships currently engaged with the Explorer being Derelict 4 and 5, the hostile ship approached the half-dozen floating containers. As the ship obviously meant to grab whatever it was, all six containers exploded with the force of more than a dozen salvos of ship-to-ship Swarm missiles per container, first one ship erupting into a fireball, setting off the closest one, which in turn set off the other four, resulting in a massive fireball, completely consuming the containers and the two Hunters that had stayed in one to detonate the explosives, in hope of evening the odds in favor of the Explorer.

Planet C-1, Homeworld of Valkians, Council meeting
Watching the holographic recordings of what had gone on prior to the two cargoships' withdrawal, all of the decision makers of the planet were suitably impressed with how the captains of the cargoships handled their part, and with the combat capabilities of a Hunter captain and her ship.

A short while later a Gamilas engineer rather then a Iscandarian came out of the airlock. His face was clearly visible behind his visor, and he wore a suit of what appeared to be some kinda of blackish metal. He flipped a button on his suit and was attached magnetically to the station, walking towards the panel. He had a large toolbox, which he sat down as he deactivated his magnetic boots. The toolbox attached to the station via a magnetic coil, and the engineer attached a hose to his suit. He then used a magnetic to attach it to the panel, pulling out various tools and removing it, and taking out the damaged wiring. He seemed to be talking to someone, but of course because this was space, the worms were incapable of hearing him.

Somewhere around Atras C

Atras C is a world that orbited a A class star. Its plants were shiny as to reflect the blinding, harsh light. Orbiting Atras C is a space station run by a O named Ogre who just barks down orders from above, assuming the colonists are paying any attention at all.

However, Ogre while scanning the world for the sake of mapping it and doodling grotesque pictures on it out of boredom notices something odd. What is that odd thing ogre noticed?

Why, all the colonists died!

If you were to look into the mantle of Ogre, one would realize that it was confused. After all, how could a colonization mission on a radiation heavy star around a barely habitable alien world that is so garish in color that it looks like a little kid smeared rainbow colored shit all over the soil? It didn't make sense. O are a advanced interstellar civilization; there is no way they could have fucked up such basic colonization mission. Clearly it seems, something went bad down there.

However Ogre was too lazy to do anything about it by zerself so ze just called up one of the ministries ze thought would do the best job- the ministry of universalist military democracy, of course.

"Right this way please." said the Iscandarian, leading the diplomats and guards to the shuttle. The shuttle was made of the same silver metal as much of the other Iscandarian ships and buildings. The inside was quite spacious, and obviously designed to give the passengers comfort. Red couches with plenty of cushions were on both sides of the shuttle, with nice big windows over-looking the landscape of Alas Prime. Various fresh fruits as well as some meat dishes sat on a table for the diplomats to enjoy, along with water and various other drinks for them to enjoy. As soon as they were seated the shuttle took off.

The landscape of Alas Prime was mostly jungles it seemed, looking outside the window indicated that atleast. Big tall leafy green trees rose up into the sky, as lighty gently fell across the jungle canopy.

"Wake up... Come one, wake Up Tiy!"

Floating above a metal ring with a single blue light on it's front blinking, a ball of light glowing in many spectra rushed about, activating devices and hurriedly trying to wake it's friend. "Please, get up! What ever is outside the entrance, have discovered plasma torches at least." As it finished, the rings split into three rings, each one set inside the other, and slowly began to spin almost like a gyroscope. "Yes!" Was all the orb got out, before the torches ceased, and heavy metallic banging resounded throughout the cave, as the Ethereals tried to bash down the remainder of the door. "No!"

The rings spun faster and began to glow white, and as the rings turned to a blur, there was a flash, and all was still, save for the repeated thudding. Where the rings stood, was instead a hooded figure, wearing long robes of dark green and silver, and gold trim along the cuffs and bead of the hood. The figure stood up, and yawned, stretching her arms above her head and scratching her back. "Hello Sage," she said sleepily. "What seems to be the pro-"

"NO TIME, THE DOOR, NOW!! BLOW IT UP!!" Quickly snapping to attention and realizing this was serious, Tiy flung a large glowing beam of incandescent yellow energy at the entrance and ducked behind cover, as the doors caved in. The Matron standing on the other side stood dumbstruck as the screaming, raging stream of death flew right at it, and could only manage to bring it's blades down in front of it as a desperate last chance of self preservation, before being blown to pieces by the explosion. Sisters scattered for a second from the shockwave, before flying in through the entrance, and taking point against the Warden, raining down quantum energy fire at her position.

"What the hell!? That's Yss'Tkul, isn't it? I guess we lost the war, then..." The Warden materialized a sequence of razor sharp shards above her head with a flick of the wrist, which shot out at impossible speed and impaled each of the five's Sisters Cores, shutting them down. "Why are THEY here? And why are they DEAD!?"

The Sage floated down beside her as the two other Matrons entered the room, firing heavier cannons and forcing Tiy to move to another piece of cover in a diving roll. "I'm sure you have a lot of questions, Madam, so let's start with current events... There are two cruiser class vessels, probably Yss, fast approaching the installation and probably charging weapons by now. The Yss know for a fact that the Heart cannot be destroyed so easily, so they'd rather dig it out than drag this fire fight out any longer. By the way, you still have it, right?"

Tiy reached into the inside of her robe, and pulled out a small perfectly smooth sphere, dull grey and with no external markings of anykind. "Of course I still have it. That's the whole reason I'm here, Sage. How long do we have until they arrive?" Tiy launched another energy wave in their assailant's direction, blowing off some armor and critically damaging a Matron's leg with a loud metallic smashing.

"About three minutes... I'm going to assume you would want to phase to anywhere else that's not here about now?"

"Yes, though keep it to within the star cluster. I'm still a little tired from all those millennia sleeping. And make sure it's somewhat safe, I'm gonna need a few days to rest after this one."

"Understood." The Sage grew to twice it's size, glowing yellow, and seemed locked in thought, swirling and searching for a destination fitting those constraints. Tiy continued to fight the Ethereals, finishing off the other uninjured Matron as more Sisters flew in. Above ground, the cruisers began to descend, ready to obliterate the facility. "Ah, here's a pretty one... Nice beaches, excellent food, friendly locals-"

"That'll do!" The Warden plunged her hand into the Sage's swirling glowing mass, and both of them disappeared in a flash, leaving the remaining Ethereals to ponder whom they had just fought. And what would happen when they returned empty handed.

Planet N-1

As the container exploded, the ships shields flared to life. For a moment the ship was completely out of sight and then faded back in as the explosion died. There were several fires across the ship and part of the biomass was floating loosely in space, but the shields flared back up and it turned away, moving towards the edge of the system before jumping out.

The Railgun ship ploughed forwards towards the explorer coming dangerous close to the ship and turning sideways to broadside it with missiles and its railgun blast... At this distance the ship was liable to cause damage to its self, but that was obviously the intent; get close enough that the enemy will damage its self when firing at you as well. Given that the explorer was clearly the stronger ship that this old ballistic weapons ship, it was obvious that they were trying to punch a hole in the enemy ship...

As the lasers hit the second ship, it's shields flared to life and it fired it's plasma weaponry. The ship shifted violently as it made emergency manouvers, speeding off to the side to avoid the lasers and targeting the source of the lasers with it's plasma weaponry and firing two plasma torpedoe's at them, attempting to bring them down. Then came the missiles, the first salvo knocked out its already weakened shields, and the second engulfed it in an explosion. When it faded, the ship, several sections destroyed and others heavily damaged, moved slower to the side, but fired another shot, before another beam hit it, sloving off the tip of the ships nose. Quickly, the ship jumped out of system, retreating from combat to avoid the last shots which would almost certainly spell it's doom

The ship on the planet quickly dropped the transport ship and moved away, blasting it with it's plasma weaponry as it retreated and lowered closer to the planets surface... There was a rumbling as several massive, bloated forms came towards the ships and struggled to attach themselves to it's underside. These forms were essentially the spoils of war, put together into a single, massive organism for movement. As they touched the underside, their tentacle appendages wrapped around the ship, and metal rods came out of the ship and through them, attaching it to the ship and extending the shields around them. With the majority of available biomass looted, the remaining forms in turn decomposed themselves to contribute to the construction of these organisms, and then proceeded to latch to the ship... it raised up into the air and turned away, flying away from the explorer and the combat and jumping off into the galaxy.

Outpost A-5:

The worms quickly slipped through the airlock into the ship and began to sweep through it in search of an adequate host...

They found one, a deck mechanic who was working on a terminal. The worm slithered up his back slowly and onto his shoulder, before leaping into his ear and worming it's way through, taking over his mind... The other worms crawled up him and took position on his back, awaiting their turn to take a host...
The mechanic raised, turning his head towards the airlock before spinning again and proceeding off down the hall way, attempting to find his way to the nearest habitation area...

Atras C

Ogre really didn't understand a thing going on according to the galactic news.

For it kept talking about how pretty some alien monster's children were as opposed to explaining any politics. As well, it kept distracting him from the fact a bunch of colonists just died for no good reason. How odd, surely they had food to drink on the surface of such life filled world? Maybe it was poison? Ogre wasn't really sure. For what mattered more was that that maybe armored worm native to the planet Alas Prime is something totally squeezable if Ogre just had some hands to squeeze it with.

However, out of nowhere a massive sphere shaped ship with many other ships in the shape of foot balls and torus-like crafts came warping in; it was the universalist military democratic party xe called in a day earlier. One of the ships is a giant football in shape, however being marble white it looks sort of like a albino orca would if you ripped off the fins and glued the mouth shut.

"OOOOOOH!" one of the captains of the ship shouted at ogre through the intercom, clearing communicating how angry xe was to be here as opposed to Adrasu where the slaves to fling against walls are.

"oh...?" Ogre replied snarkily.

"oooooh.... ohhh.... OOHHH!" another captain suddenly started to rant out loud, interrupting Ogre, not understand a thing what anyone is even actually saying and instead going on a tangent on how they need to start dropping big rocks on Atras C in order to keep the peace and hopefully send another colonial mission in the future.

Ogre instead sent a message to the captain of the giant football ship, asking what the big plan for this world is.

The only response Ogre got from the captain of the giant football ship is "ooohh. OOOOHHHH! oooh..."

A response Ogre didn't like at all; at the rate things are going it may turn out the planet has rival colonists judging by the corpses of the O spheres found having plasma burns and there being piles of ash where the settlements were. A disturbing find to say the least. Yet Ogre didn't care. Ogre instead decided to begin launching down some more of its fellow O for another go at colonizing the planet. Not like there is much else to do in this galaxy, anyway. All devouring worm monsters are so yesterday, yet so cute.

Not to mention this time Ogre knew there is military support; should bad things happen on the colony again more military Os can go in and sort things out the proper way- by throwing big rocks at the enemy and hoping for the best.

Earth, Council Chamber
The Council was explaining the situation, and unveiling the new spacecraft that was being launched from outside of Paris. Pretty much everyone across Sol was watching, some hoped the new ship would save humanity and destroy the aliens, others hoped for peace, and yet more scoffed at the Council and said that they would soon see the truth of whatever religion that person happened to believe in (nearly all extremist religious groups hold alien life to be impossible).

Suddenly, a blue flash of light blinded everyone in the room, and Fergus McClain, the elusive leader of the Wings of Gliese.

"I come bearing a message from my people, those born of Gliese 581g. They wish the war between humanity and Gliese, know to us as Iscandar, to end. You fired first, we fired back. All of us regret the deaths caused by this, but all Iscandar wishes for is peace. Do you accept our proposal?"

The Council members took quick glances at each other as security guards moved on Fergus. They tapped buttons on their tablets, voting on the proposal. One of the Council members held up his hand, ordering them to stop.

"The United Terran Federation accepts this cease fire. We will allow the Iscandarians to choose the location that the presentation and signing of the official treaty will take place. We also wish to acknowledge the nature of the Wings of Gliese Special Operations Combined Arms Task Force. The members of this elite force are native to the planet Gliese 581g, and have the experience of hundreds of thousands of years on this planet. They were there when humanity invented agriculture, and have seen all of history since then. Before anyone asks, they refuse to disclose any information on religious events. That is all."

Fergus simply walked to the door, turning back to speak just once.

"I exist to protect humanity. I shall not abandon you for my own people."

He disappeared in another flash of blue light, this time it was significantly dimmer.

Försvarere av Humanity, Command Bridge
Fergus appeared in a flash of blue light, the signature of a magical teleportation spell. Miranda, the combat magic specialist of the group smiled. Fergus was confused for a moment, knowing she had died in the battle. Then he realized that he hadn't directed the healing spell, and that they always worse spacesuits. Those that died might have been caught in the spell and retrieved by other vessels after the battle.

"Orders, Befälhevaran?"

"Make for the Iscandarian fleet, I think it's time for us to go... to go home."

Everyone on the bridge smiled, and the navigator began tapping buttons on their console.

"You're damn right sir!" She said, and the ship made a burn towards the iscandarian fleet.

"Open a channel with the command ship." Ordered Fergus

"Channel open."

"This is Befälhevaran Fergus McClain of the Försvarere av Humanity. We are requesting instructions on the continuation of the Iscandarian-Terran peace treaty. We are standing by to transport the Council to the chosen location."

Saturnian Contact
The flagship launched a small shuttle, which gave the appearance of a lifting body airliner. It landed in the hangar, using primitive chemical retro-rockets. The Admiral and two guard stepped out. The guards carried coilgun assault rifles, crude, but effective.

"I am Admiral Seòras, if you wish to draw cultural connections, then I present myself as a member of the McClain Clan of Terra. However, clans hold an importance to only a small percentage of our population. I do wonder what you mean by 'our shared ancestry', are you human?"

The Explorer sped up, as the smaller ship approached in an attempt to ram. As the Explorer did so, it angled itself ever so slightly, in a way that would force the enemy ship to not meet the sword-like edge of the front of the ship, but rather a glancing blow. As the ship accelerated and altered direction, distance was closed- fast. Just as the other ship was upon them, firing rounds that dented and even begun penetrating the thick armor of the Explorer, the ship extended the missile turrets, and fired a salvo from each turret at what was a ludicrous range, so close there was no chance to dodge or miss the little missiles. As soon as they fired, they locked on, split, and accelerated towards the ship.

Of course, if the Explorer had the speed and maybe the latest armor, then it could just ram the enemy ship and very possibly split it in half, however, the captain didn't want to do that. Instead, he fired the missiles at the ship, and watched with interest as this ship, too, lit up with explosions detonating a small distance from its hull, as if there was a shell around the ship, that eventually faltered and allowed the missiles to get through and detonate against the hull.

Of course, shortly after and before it was completely destroyed, it hit the Explorer's hull. Ordnance and some burning slag impacted the hull, scarring and destroying a little of the armor, though the last few straggling swarm missiles actually missed the smaller ship, due to the interference from the Explorer, and hit the ship's titanium alloy armor instead, making small craters of different penetration and width. Then the next wave of plasma hit, splashing against previous plasma burns and making new ones, deepening some of the damage. In return, the first wave of Swarmer missiles closed in on the plasma ship, and the Explorer began to both close the distance with the plasma ship, and turned one of the side Swarmer turrets to begin targeting the next closest enemy ship, despite it being far out of range.

Over the shadow-cast skies, Tylskaremith-Ranech's (the second in the Ten) eye and tendril-tips shone brightly among the darkness he gave off over the helpless city. In his stare, many of its denizens were frozen up in fear and left vulnerable to the "hungering" lesser Iirkaaz that were sneaking up to their prey. In a matter of minutes, the city's inhabitants were no more, and so of the planet's. Serthaskaroshim'vi-Atelesieralus was also taking part in this, the two of them jumping from one point to another as they harvest people for the lowly kind to consume.
How long would this last?
The two, who were once at the lowest ranks of Amylethyrainath-Siiluvareilasus' priestly order, longed to return back home. But now that was less than impossible, and so they wondered for how much time would they keep consuming the minds of the innocents and guilty before a proper workaround could be found in this new life on this lesser realm. At the end of the day, they met up at the world's dead moon, while the others left bound for their homes.

"Sardok iir voleus. Too long since the golden days."

"I wished Amylethyrainath-Siiluvareilasus were able to make it."

"No. I can still feel his presence, Tylskaremith-Ranech. Somewhere in the cryeeik - fabrics - of time, He is still combating the Cursed."

"Aziirm-drak? He's gone now, most likely. And even if he's still alive, it won't be for long. His power is way beyond immense, but there is still no way that the Revered One could even combat threats of absurd degrees all by Himself. Accept it-- he's dead, now or later. Who knows, maybe sometime, you might take his place in this dimension. It might be rare since many things have changed now, tyrik azgair, but whatever can happen-- will happen."

"And would that inclu-"

"No. As said, the chances of Him being able to return in one piece is way, way rarer than someone becoming like Him in the future. Whatever can happen will happen, but also consider that whatever can't happen-- won't happen."

Alas Prime
Ambassador Yran'kum held her breath as she tapped a few commands onto her wrist panel. A few seconds later, the helmet folded down with a small hiss of yellow gas. She quickly pulled out a small, quarter-sized capsule, opened her mouth and threw it down her gullet. After a minute and a small fit of coughing, she began breathing normally again.

She looked out towards the green bush below the ship, rolling across the hills like a rolling sea of flora.

"I must admit that your planet is quite beautiful. Sazkar Major does not have so much green--especially in an industrial supersector like Daramaska or desert wasteland like Borsarsa--and even our most beautiful, environmentally healthy region is flat meadow land. So seeing all this is quite beautiful."

She took a quick look on her wrist panel, her jet-black globular eyes widening a bit. "Oh!" she exclaimed, "We must hurry to the palace. The Vesselage is ever-so busy and they do not ahve a lot of time to conduct a meeting."

Saturn's Orbit, Sol System
One of the Guards scoffed as the scuttle landed within the hanger.

Captain Robert sized up the Admiral as he approached. He doubted this man knew much about hand to hand fighting. He looked more like a desk jockey to Robert.

Captain Robert removed his Beskar Helmet to reveal his face.

A massive tattoo of a Taung skull covered the scared tissue of the once handsome features.

The man was still unmistakably human but said to the Admiral "No I am not human. I am Mandalorian. There is a massive difference. "

Alas Prime
"We will be there soon." said a Iscandarian that was nearby and overwatching the shuttle. He wore a military uniform, however he only had a sidearm at his side, and was carefully observing everything. The shuttle paused, as they docked at a small station. Stepping outside revealed the Palace. The structure was grand and glorious, maybe of a pure white shining marble. The Palace was set into a mountain, overlooking the capital of Alas Prime. The Highest tower had the symbol of a star on it, indicating of some great purpose. Beautiful garden were also everywhere, a large variety of flowers in constant bloom. When they were lead inside the halls of the palace were decorated in banners with stars on them, and various pieces of art from throughout the Eternal Union's history.

Two guards, clad in armor, stood outside a grand door. The guards approached the diplomats.

"The Immortals will see you now." said one of the guards, opening the door for the diplomats.

Outpost A-5
While the host and its worm moved towards the habitation areas, as a BCU ship arrived near the drone bay. The BCU stood for the Bio-Containment Unit, the Eternal Union's disease control office. As they opened up the drone, seeing that whatever was in it is now gone, they took the drone aboard and immediately ordered the command center to quarantine the Outpost, suspecting that whatever it was might have gotten on. A siren began beeping amongst the station.

"All non-security personnel are to proceed to habitation suites, all security-personnel are to proceed to the armory and gather quarantine gear. This station is now under a BCU-Authorized quarantine." spoke a loud robotic voice.

"We feel that the peace treaty should be hosted on the planet you refer to as Earth, or one of her satellites. We will let you choose the location from there."

"The meeting should be held on the Lunar capital. Earth is too dangerous, you look just like beings from the mythology of multiple human religions. Unfortunately for human culture, many of them have turned to terrorism. The major cells have nuclear weapons, which they have used as threats many times. They also have doctrines against the existence of alien life, and probably think you're impostors from hell or something. I regret saying it, but this treaty may initiate a religious war. We... we already..."

Fergus began to shake, and tears fell from his eyes.

"That already happened." He finally said "We don't talk about it... it was too horrible. No, you have to know about it. I can't let you sign any sort of treaty with humanity until you know about the horrors humans are capable of. I am transmitting video files, you can decide whether or not to watch them. I will warn you, the images... they have no words to describe them. I do not say that lightly. I saw these things happen, and I almost tried to use the same weapons used in that war to destroy the human species out of fear that they might take those horrors to other worlds. That's how terrible it was, if you don't watch them, then use my words here as proof of how horrifying it was."

Saturn Orbit
"I understand." Said the Admiral "Tell me, are you distantly related to the human species, or is there a more recent point of diversion? Or are we related through interstellar panspermia? Whatever the case, this is a major discovery for us! The former two would imply either abduction or the development of interstellar travel before now, and the latter would prove one of the most disputed theories about our origins!"

Planet N-1

Their goals achieved and the escape covered, the remaining ships jumped out of system, the plasma ship bearing a few hits before vanishing.

To say it was a profitable raid would be to put it lightly, even if they didn't destroy the enemy war ship, they had certainly put dents into it.

Outpost A-5

Realising its discovery, the organism in the drone awakened. Its organic compound, threaded throughout the machinery, came to life and detonated the Balefires the drone was carrying, in addition to self destructing, annihilating the drone hanger.

Outpost A-5, Interior

The power died suddenly, plunging the outpost into darkness and giving it quite the claustrophobic atmosphere. Habitation suites suddenly came alive with yelling and shock, before many were promptly over run by a contingent of the L'Er. It became obvious quickly that several decks already belonged utterly to the parasite, who was determined to protect them against all odds...
They worked most zealously near the center of this area, where several circuits interlocked, and they were ferrying biomass there for usage.

The L'Er used some of their forces to lay a trap outside of the armoury, lying in wait for their would be victims. It had been decided that if they could take the armoury, they would be able to take the station. It was crucial that they ambushed and killed as many security units as possible here and now, and as such it was imperative to wait out of sight for the perfect moment...

The L'Er, having managed to disable much non-essential power, worked on attempting to shut down that of the essential systems: Success would kill life support for certain, and while the command center had no access to the blast doors, it was still troublesome to the L'Er that they had access to communications. It was apparent that the command centers communication with the BCU would need to be eliminated in order to prevent the BCU from coordinating with the Command and to prevent them from giving advice.

Message... Of sorts

A deep, commanding voice filled the heads of the BCU ship crew
"We offer you salvation from your forerunners sins, that like maggots infest you rotting heart. Renounce what made you!"

Fleet movements:

forces are quickly being gathered together so the L'Er can act on the new data they have obtained from the minds of the infected
