"Good," said Philip, still camouflaged. "I'll take you to the mine. It's pretty much a maze inside, and it would be suicide for them to follow us in there. I know my way around, though, so we'll be fine. Besides, it much further from their base." --- "Ok," said Justin. "Follow me. I'll take you to an old Iron mine my friend set up a safe house in." He started towards the mine. --- "I knew we shouldn't have sent him out. Fine. Do you need an extraction team, or can you make it out on your own?" So far, the Doctor's mission had been a disaster from the beginning. He'd have to come up with a different plan if he hoped to catch the kid.

Midnight didn't say anything because she was walking next to him. She felt her heart beat fast in fright of going through the woods or anywhere. They Blades might be anywhere to kill us. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "We'll be fine I think. We will look for Rick and run back to safety even if we have to kill a few people to do it", Said Sam, her eyes looked at her teammates as they ran. Then Sam went silent as she winced once again. Her eyes held a long look as she saw a....image?... Of people walking in the forest in a group. She rubbed her temples, *What is going on? What's with the images?....,* she shook her head,*It's probably nothing. Just seeing things from the dark that's all*.

Gideon nods, as does Ice. Gideon focuses his telepathy only on Phillip's mind. **_You will be the only one who will be able to hear me_** he tells him. **_The others cannot hear_** He looks at Phillip for comprehension. --- Ice looks nervously out into the forest. It seems that those guys are coming closer and she would like to get out of here.

*Can you hear me. Say something if you can.* he thought. Hopefully Gideon would be able to pick up his thoughts or he would have to whisper. Philip walked towards the mine, leading the group away from the Blades. --- Justin motioned for Midnight to stop. "Blades." he whispered. He went ahead and climbed a tree, waiting for them to come by so that he could knock them out. When one of the Blades, a woman, came by and he was sure that no other Blades were in the area he jump down behind her and brought up his hands, launching a wave of energy towards her that should knock her down.

Sam watched as Nicki was launched to the ground, so she raised her gun and aimed like the others. "Wrong move, Outcast" she murmured, when she was about to shoot one of the others did it and aimed for his head. Sam felt a headache wave at her, which made her wince. She saw other Outcast not so far walk, but she ignored it. Midnight heard gun shot and panicked in a second. She bit her lip from screaming if he was okay.

Philip had closed about half the distance when he stopped. *Coyotes.* he thought *eight or so. If any of them want to demonstrate their powers, this is a good opportunity. If not, we'll need to divert around them.* --- *"Wrong move, Outcast"* Justin jumped up just as one of them pointed a gun at him, Pushing himself upwards into the trees. He pulled off a few pine cones and held them out towards the Blades, throwing them with mini shockwaves. As soon as they were launched he boosted into another tree. Hopefully they wouldn't know where he was.

Sam felt her head sting, she only saw a glimpse of someone hitting the tree but it ended when she hit a tree hard. She saw a male on the ground next to a tree not moving. *Did I just-....., she shook her head once again, *I'm going insane.....* Sam stood up while wincing slightly from the pain then yelled, "Find that Outcast and shoot him down!" She felt her blood boil, which gave her eyes a glint. She watched half of the team go a other side. And her and two teammates go the other direction.

Justin dropped out of the tree beside two of the Blades and grabbed a smoke grenade off of one of the men's belt. With them lined up it was a simple matter to take both of them out with one blast then fly into the treetops again. "So you're the leader." he called out to the female who was just barking orders. After jetting back to where the first woman fell he grabbed some flashbangs and jumped up again. "You should know that they didn't really have a chance. Tell you what, you agree to go back to base and I'll let you take your casualties with you. Or I can give you even more casualties to deal with."

Samantha looked at the male Outcast then at the rest of her team. She felt her heart race so fast she could hear it in her ears. She didn't want her team to get hurt. She felt her head hurt then she blinked she saw a girl hiding. And....Rick! She knew that face from anywhere. He was creeping up on her. When she blinked again the vision of the girl was gone. She looked at the rest of her teammates, "Fine, we will go back. But we are missing one. And I think the girl in that direction-", she nodded her head towards the direction the girl might be, "Might actually meet the missing Blade face to face". Midnight jumped back and let out a yelp when she was turned over and was at gunpoint. She looked at the person with the gun and noticed it was a male.

Sam felt her body tense up only slightly, then she relaxed turning around. She said simply, "I didn't even know he would find the girl. Till now." She knew he wouldn't know what she meant and might think she was lying. So she looked at the grenade, "If you get that away from me, I will tell him not to kill the girl." Sam looked back at him.

"And what guarantee do I have that you'll keep your word?" He knew he only had a slim chance to get them both out of here uninjured. "You know you can trust me because I could have easily killed your men and didn't. Your people have been trying to kill both of us, though, so I'm not sure if I can trust you." He still held the grenade, as it was his only insurance that no one else would shoot him. If they did he'd release it and their leader would likely see it go off at her feet. "How about you go first, then I use this to cover our retreat instead."
