"A hefty price to be sure, but such a cost befits salvation from an unknowing hell." The Lord of Whispers was ever fond of his riddles and half truths. To be told directly of anything was cause for concern all its own. War. Meeod's mind flickered towards the past, those times of the Clash of Gods. Some part of her wished that she had never woken, that she could remain with her beloved undisturbed, but such thoughts were neither here nor now. Now was the time to dwell on the modern world, and the warnings given graciously to her.

Many of the gods believed that her hatred of them came solely from those times. That it was brought upon from the fighting, the hatred, the death and mortal suffering. They were wrong, and in truth those matters meant little to her. He knew though, X. He knew that she spurned the gods for shirking the responsibilities that were expected of their power. That they would bring flawed life upon creation and abuse such flaws to meet their own ends. She assumed responsibility for them, having cared for the souls of mortals for all time, and in her infinite love, would see them free from their creators, and freedom from their flawed existence.

Meeod heard his questions to her. They were hollow and in rhetoric. As always He knew. However, even knowing the answer, some questions needed to be asked regardless. "My position remains the same. Your petty grievances do not concern me. You know though, more than anyone else that there are problems that need dealing with. Should it come to what you believe it will, and I have no reason to doubt, I will aid you, and the gods of heaven. For a time at least, as we will no doubt share a common enemy. If I am given my trophy, we will leave on amicable terms, and I will not bother you in your wars. My eye will always be on The Bearer of Incense, but if I'm given my boon, I will stay my ire, for a time."

"As for your other question." Meeod shifted slightly, raising her right hand towards the stone mask. The sleeve of her cloak fell away, revealing a bandaged hand and arm, cupping a small, pale white light. Others would seek to steal them away when her back is turned, or cause pain beyond their comprehension. She would see those beings undone. Her hand closed around the physical manifestation of the soul, sending it on its way. "Whether or not I belong is irrelevant. There are things that need doing, and nobody else is seeing that they're done."

"Thank you for taking your time to speak with me."

Darkness and blight in the plagued forest. A land Darko cursed with plague and rot before the great clash. He made it out of what was left of his good heart for the mortals to have for a quest. At the end was treasures to make a peasant king. But now darkness and hate fills what was left of his heart. He had been shunned by all the gods but the dark ones. He waved his hand over the pool of blood in the center of his throne room and looked at the dying and suffering. Malantius floated up to Darko "My lord, I understand that my old god is part of the light bringers but why not show them your abilities again. Why not give them that chance to consider your abilities." Darko looked at Malantius "because I have already tried 600 years ago I tried. They thought my abilities cruel and corrupt. My power over the dead unnecessary and useless." He waved his hand and noticed Meeod and chuckled. "Bout time you wake up. Meeod, sister of souls." He looked out and about at the underworld. The screams of the souls of the evil filled the air while their was even some souls crying out for the gods to rescue them. But there would be no answer. The underworld was darko's realm. His grip on the this realm was to strong. The only way a soul would leave this world is with darko's permission.

Now back in the underworld he looked through the blood pool and spotted a mortal worthy of a blessing. Worthy to be called champion. He spotted a young prince. Angry and full of hate. He snarled with a dark grin hidden by shroud. He looked to his generals who also eyed the dark hearted prince. Darko then waved his hand and sent for drog and balk the devourer the lumbering beast walked snarling "what is it" one head spoke "that you need" the other spoke "our lord" they spoke at once. Drog and Balk a lumbering monstrous two headed ghoul, both sharing a brain but are still idiots. "Find me this mortal. Bring him here before me. I have a offer for him" Drog and Balk bowed and left the underworld.

Along the forests of the village A party of noble knights and soldiers marched next to a prince. Valios the fallen prince. Suddenly there was the smell of rot and decay in the air.

Hal was present for the gathering in the council room as all the gods present waited for X to appear as he said he would after the lighting of the Champion Star. It was at this time he told them that he would reveal to them another prophecy of things to come. Hal normally took what X told them with half an ear, but not because he did not care, rather; Hal found them to be shrouded in shadow as such that it was not helpful until the event was upon them. This time, though, was different. This time X seemed to stress the importance of this telling as to be one that could, if taken lightly, bring a great calamity upon the realms.

There were several others there, but seats were still empty. Seats once held by members lost and some that chose a different path. Those were the seats of the Dark Ones who now reside in the Underworld. Looking around Hal could see the others seemed as he did, restless with a hint of anticipation. X finally appeared to the council as he entered in a manner that suggested he was here, but was not bound to this existence.

"The Dark Ones gather under the same omen. Champions will clash but only One could walk the Earth."

X’s words rang with a different tone than with his other prophecies, it was lass of telling them what was to come and more of a warning to all. ’only One could walk the Earth.’ This was the interesting part of it all. Hal though about what it could mean, but didn’t speak. ’Is he saying that one of the gods is to walk the earth.’ Suggesting this seemed madness to Hal as the Grand Creator had decreed that the gods, light and dark, will never again be able to walk amongst the mortals. Hal’s thinking was interrupted by a feeling that he know all too well.

a skull appeared in the sky. Souls started to fly from the ground into the open maw of the skull in the sky and dark corrupt souls fell from the sockets like tears and the dead rose from their graves and an army of the Dead climbed out of the ground and marched straight to the Plagued Forest.

"Im sorry to interupt your whispers and mutterings everyone but I must ask you all present. Have my senses fooled me or is there some sort of foul darkness brewing in another realm?"

Hal slowly stood, looked to Balsamon and nodded. “Darko.” He whispered deeply feeling the cold and un-easying aura of his display. Hal didn’t even need to see what was taking place in the mortal realm to know what was happening. “He is raising his army.” Hal and Darko had a long history together making their knowledge of one another almost complete. Hal knew Darko would attack soon, but it was futile. There is something more that he is planning. He know we are all together and will despense of his abominations and fallen heroes. He thought to himself. He watched as the others summoned armies to fight off the mounted attack by Darko, but then turned to Schattenspiel and spoke.

“My dear, goddess of shadows, I know that you rather stay out of the affairs of war, but I come to ask of you a task.” Hal was planning to have Schattenspiel go to Drako and probe his meddling amongst the mortals. “Darko cannot know that you are here, and cannot know that I would be the one to send you. If you were to go to his temple, with your ability to jump the realms, and question him would it not be as though you only want the safety of men? You could then find why he acting out so suddenly.”

Studied Hal seriously. She had no interest in becoming involved in their war. She wouldn't avoid it if it came her way but she had no interest in joining unless she was forced to do so. She didn't feel the need to prove herself. She knew her place in the universe and she was more then happy to rule her portion of it. She had enough responsibilities and powers. She had no desire for more. "I have no interest in fighting with anyone. I am a neutral party until someone forces me to chose sides. And I don't think any of you want that. I will check in on Drako but one because I am as concerned as you are about his behavior."

Darko stood on a balcony while the devourer did his job with his champion. He watched over his realm, watching as the souls charged with mining dug out more Deahrulm. A metal Buried deep in the underworld. He turned to the council room where he and his dark hearted brothers and sisters sat and he looked at the prophets wall and looked at one that said 'dead but undying oblivion walks the earth.' Darko pondered this before, he still doesn't understand. But he knows where he can get his answers. So he vanished in a dark cloud of smoke and reappeared in the heavens. "X!!" Darko stood behind his old seat in with the others. His scythe in hand as guards of the gods surrounded him. "No more riddles, no more games, What does it mean by oblivion will walk with mortals." One of the guards shouted. "SILENCE DEATH BRINGER" Darko glared at the guards through his dark cowl. "ENOUGH" Darko grabbed the guard that barked a order at him and lifted him. "I demand answers and I demand them NOW!"his slammed the mighty blade of that scythe into the table putting the part he had read down in the underworld in blood

Ask you shall receive.
Though threats were waved.
Like the brushing of a moth,
off the shoulder of one's robe.

The Heavens were not a place for the Dark Gods. Though Powerful each one in their own right, the will of the Eldest was far more powerful than whatever it was Darko could muster. All it took was a little push, and the celestial space in which the council chambers sat would come to the aid of its servitors. The cosmic radiances focused their beams upon Darko as he stood, their lights concentrated uponthe darkness of his cowl to reveal him and his wickedness. To which the storm of storms began to swirl, the shining splendor and will of the First. A system designed to kep the Dark Ones out of the Heavens for the Guards were merely there to keep the Mortals from overthrowing the Gods one more.

"Ner'zhul." X spoke a name. Not just a name, so casually used, nor with any title to be added as he had often done with his fellow gods. No, this time he had opened his Ledger, a finger glazed over the sacred ink which marked the letters of the name, "be Silent." It was not of X to use his book so freely, the Ledger of Apotheosis was used last to cast of amongst them out, and perhaps it was the same book which would grant the Fallen his divinity back. Yet when X begins to use the true names, names of power, of being and hidden things, one had best thread with caution. A simple utterance and then one's godhood could be erased.

"Ner'Zhul cannot listen to the whispers if Ner'Zhul speaks too loud." Some awkwardly thrown in quip in a rather awkward syntax. Yet, there was a need to keep using Darko's name. "Ner'Zhul demands truth, yet deals in death. Seeks answers, ends life. The Truth Ner'Zhul comes at a price, all truths do. The Underworld throne below will be empty, Ner'Zhul joins the Light here. Life and Death were linked, but Death has conquered Life itself. For this the Light of the Creator will send Ner'Zhul back before the Throne is lost, but this punishment was not the worst fate. By the new star, Ner'Zhul shall find a new ally, but will lose a Throne. Go now Ner'Zhul, before the Creator whispers the wish to damn Ner'Zhul to know Death itself."

With a spectacularly cryptic explanation of an already strange prophecy, X was the worst possible person to come seeking for answers. Darko had made a miscalculation in expecting that the former God of Knowledge would do anything more than make a complexity easier. To add layers between the words, to speak the truth but conceal it within the riddle. All things were true, or technically true as X was the keeper of truths, yet what he had revealed to the assembly was only as much as they could deduce for themselves. Never a direct answer for the indirect god. But those clever enough amongst them could figure it out.

Darko had indeed left his realm to join them, and so X had spoke of this. But more so, was how Darko would find a new ally, at the cost of his Throne. Focus on the past for a moment and see that X spoke of the events in the Clash of the Gods, on how One was punished beyond all others, bound in mortal form and set to walk the earth. A former ally of Darko, bringer of death who without life, had disrupted the cosmic balance. From there, it could be gleaned that X prophesied that Darko will join the Gods of Light once more as the One to walk the earth comes. But of course X could never say this in such simple terms, he was bound by the secret.

And with those words, did the Light cast Darko out of the Heavens as X closed his Ledger.

"Those who wish for peace, must prepare for war."

A man walked through a canyon far on the edges of the known world, and high in the mountains. He wore a thick cloak with fur trim that was white with black speckles. He walked along a path that was deep with snow, and with every step there came the crunch of snow. As he walked up this path a vision of the past came to him from a time that seemed to have never existed it was so long ago.

”Drako, these people, they are evil beyond even that of those who have come before them.” Hal said concerning a group of people that had been causing trouble throughout the land.

“Yes, they are indeed. Why don’t we just end them and rid the world of them?” Darko suggested. Knowing that would be the end of it and the people would never have to see the likes of them again.

“I agree, but they need to be punished. As we have honor and serve no god, and fear not even death. To just kill them would be a release rather than a punishment.”

“We could banish them, never to rest. They would be without body or soul yet be forced to exist ‘til the end of time.” Darko knew this would be the best way to punish them as they would never find peace. “We could then lock them in a tomb never to touch the mortal world again.

“Yes. They would be sealed away to watch the world, but never again leave their prison.”

The man knew the ancient ruins were decreed to be a no man’s land, and that anyone caught there by the centaur guardians, placed there by Hal-Reftar, would be killed on sight. He didn’t care, and in fact he counted on meeting them just to send Hal a message that he would never understand until it was too late.

Reaching an opening in the canyon he found a cleft to sit in and wait a while before continuing on to reach the sacred prison of the savage army known now as mørke legion. Sitting in his spot the man thought a moment on his plan and how it would require speed yet tact if he is to succeed in raising this army. As much as he hated it he would need the help of one of his closest allies, but he must never learn of his full plan lest he be turned against him and stop him before The End has come. The man's attention was broken and turned towards the heavens where a light so bright and brilliant could be seen. This light was not like any star seen before; it was not constant, but instead it fluctuated and pulsed before ending in a wave like ring the dispersed to the end of the sky. "So it has come... I must reach the prison before too much more happens up there." at this the man stood and continued on his way up the mountain.

<<<~~~---~~~>>>

In the town where the ceremony was being held the people were beginning again their festivities as the Valkyries and Magi were stationed for their safety from the army of Darko's making. They continued to give offerings, song and dance to the gods in hopes of pleasing them while also hoping for a chance to be chosen as their champion.

Hearing his true name. Ner'zhul blinked and looked at the wriggling guard in his hands. "Know this X, my realm and my throne in the underworld remains mine. I have had enough of your petty riddles and games. There a dark presence in this world. But it's not mine. Something in this world is moving." H hurtled the guard across the room with ease. "Hal. Be on your guard. For now you have a ally. But my throne remains." The shadows seemed to crawl toward Darko. "Take care, Brother" then he sunk back to his throne in the underworld. His generals waited for his return and when he did he walked to his balcony and looked over the vast underworld and with his heavily armored fist punched the wall cracking it. The generals knew this would be a bad time for them so they left to carry with their duties in the underworld

Soon, red blood began seeping through the crack in the wall that Darko had made. Rivulets of blood also began running across the floor and pouring out over rocks and up staircases until it all coalesced, bringing with it the aura of bloodlust and vengeful hunger. The Goddess of Blood, Sekaulla, was present to welcome the lord of the underworld home. Manifesting from the blood as a feminine golemn of flesh, rows of inhuman fangs her teeth, eyeless, yet she could see... She extended a slender hand of long, dripping claws toward the deathgod. "Great Darko. These doomed halls are not cold enough without your presence. What troubles you, dark brother?"

Darko feeling her presence manifesting behind him, looked over his shoulder. She out of all the dark gods of old understood his hatred for the gods of light. "Many things my dear Sister. Many things of late." He stood up straight and looked at her directly. His influence over the underworld and being the owner of the Throne of Damnation. It was understandable that his presence alone sends a cold feeling into these halls. Torches lit the way held by bone arms. The torches could barely pierce the darkness of his cowl and when it did it barely showed a bit of his decayed face when the light glanced on it and back to darkness. Only the gods and goddesses know what his true face looks like. He then turned to the blood pool and waved his hands over the pool revealing a small village with a thick wall between it and the plagued forest. The only village brave enough to build and survive next to it. Darko pondered and looked at the blood goddess. "You still have a cave of vampires in the mortal world don't you?" He asked with great interest.

A force beyond the control of X pulled to an area that could not be explained or recognized. X would find himself standing, but there is no ground or floor to see. All around him would be the vast expanses of space, but none of the stars would feel like the ones he has seen or recorded. Before him was the Grand Creator, so immense in size he was easily visible from a distance immeasurable. Before the Grand Creator was a cube shaped prism with a different view of X’s home system and Earth itself on each face. The Grand Creator, with his face of stardust and light looked toward X and spoke.

“Apocrypha,” he said, his voice being felt rather than heard. The grand Creator looked back to the cube as he continued. “When time began I recorded the events of all things before you and gave them for protection. I gave you the names and secrets of all gods and things not to use lightly.” with a wave of his hand he spun the cube, and in response the prism turned ever so gently as it also moved towards X. As the cube drew near its real size became apparent; as It stopped, still a vast distance away, but even from there the cube was larger than that of the home star that gifted its light and warmth to the Earth that he knew. In the face of the prism that X could see was a constellation the X knew, Sigillis Septem or Seven Seals.

“The power of certain books has a price.” The Grand Creator said. “With each sacred tomb read in the hearing of the unknowing the seals weaken.” In the cube one of the stars let out a flare, spraying its energy out into the emptiness. “There will come a time were the use of these is unavoidable, and the seals will break bring the forth the End of Time.” The cube receded back to its original place in front of the Grand Creator. “Please, with these books, I urge you to be mindful of when and how oft’ you reveal them. These secrets are not always just words and riddles.”

Sekaulla grinned widely and also looked into the pool. "All vampires worship me with their every breath. I created them. They cannot resist my will." She held a hand over the red liquid, and the image of the cave appeared. Vampires huddled dormant, sleeping, dead and yet alive as long as they obeyed the thirst. "Your evil designs delight me, Darko. Do I foresee you calling upon my children? Shall awaken them to slake their thirst and mine?"

"It has been some times since I have heard your whispers." X gave a nod of acknowledgement to the Creator. "It is fitting that of all times now you have called me back to your side. Speak not too loudly at your servant, for his voice is but a whisper to your own. Darko had invaded the Heavens from which you had cast him out, do your powers wane Creator? Has he managed to bypass your will? Or was it your will for him to be present before us? At which, I must confess I have not yet foreseen." Though his tone was of subservience, the words were slightly biting, doubting the omnipotence of the All-Maker for a moment. Fleeting, ever floating, barely tethered to even this realm as he wandered through the cosmic spheres.

"Forgive me Creator, but your will is the greatest mystery I have revealed and concealed. It is unknown even to the God of Secrets. But the prophet of prophets asks, what have you seen that I have not?" He made himself nothing more than a mote of cosmic darkness and light, alternating between the darkest darkness of mystery and brightest light of truth. "Over the ruminations I have seen all possible outcomes, bar the will of the Gods, all things end in destruction. The seed of which began at the end." His form scintillated, rising to meet the Creator as but a speck of flashing dust. "The time has come, the Prodigal Son will return, and the seals are to break. It is the fate of this reality is it not? As you have made a beginning, so too will forces to your equal create an end. It was doomed to begin, just a fragile as mortal life."

"Immortality was and is and will be a lie, it was proven so when one of Us died. A cosmic shift in the balance of things, and we the Gods were made as Mortal. This too you had me do unto one of us, with this Sacred Book which I guard with my Powers. But all things do have prices, and the secrets used are no expection. I know this, and I demand this. It is the law which I had not created, but merely enforced." X still drifted, in circles around the magnitude of the Creator, unable to compare himself to the other being. "In Truth, I once sought to be like you, to aspire to be more than just a tool for the Creator, but now I wonder if even your powers have limits. I beg you not think your servant to be doubting you, but perhaps musing at the possibilities and probabilities of beings far older and we, who have survived the last cataclysm brought upon them just as we bring upon our own..."

"But with these Books, I have sealed, the mortals find ways to tease their secrets out. They have learned ways of the Gods, just as I had supported the Magic to be placed within their grasp those eons ago. They now too begin to seek power like the gods, for this I have kept the last book without fail with me. The Wars had scattered them into the hands of many, but I am bound by your will to never walk amongst the mortals once more to reclaim them. As such, only the White Moths have been able to safeguard them, yet the Black Moths also seek to use them." He finally stopped and returned to his normal appearance, set before the Creator, faceless face to faceless face.

"And though no mortal could bear to gaze within my Ledger, it is not within reason that your Prodigal Son may do so and regain what he had lost. The gods need every ally possible when he returns, Darko must once again remember the Light and Mercy of Death, and without his True Name, I cannot make my Prophecy into Fate. For this reason I, your servant, X has uttered the Names despite the seals. Punish me as you see fit Creator, yet I fear that the End of Time has already began in its beginning..."

Darko grinned widely in his cowl. Yes dear sister. I do plan on using them. But. I also plan on feeding them before I do. I want them at their full strength for this. So lets awaken them with a worthy few." He clapped and a dark steed appeared it's eyes red and it's mane black as night. A Night Mare. Beautiful evil steeds. Darko placed a hand on the dark steed and a surge of power entered the steed and it reared and left for the surface world. "My cults oracle will select a few cultists that wish nothing more than to obey My will. She will send these cultists to your vampires and awaken them. And in turn. Feeding you their essence." Darko looked at the Blood Goddess. He then flinched and looked up toward the heavens "can it be, the Grand Creator, a ally of knowledge to both sides. He then turned to his throne and walked over to it and sat down "Sekaulla, do you know if the others have awakened. We need more knowledge on the prophecy at hand. I feel a presence in the world and it is Evil. I have a feeling we my have to parley with the gods of light. But only one will I speak too." Darko used his dark powers and shot his voice into hals mind. "Hal." Darko focused "bring one of your most trusted fighter. Maybe the justice god. I wish to discuss something with you. A parley. A deal. If you will. Meet me and the Blood Goddess at the Grand Table in Sacred mountain. It's important. Call my name if you agree to meet with me" Darko turned his gaze to Sekaulla "I hope he got the message, but for now. Let's watch as my cultists enter your vampires cavern."

6 robed cultists of Darko's entered a dark cave. And one spoke "what important treasures are located here." The head of the group spoke up "A gift from our dark lord. Said to be daggers made of solid gold and onyx handles." That made the cultists eager to go deeper into the cave. Another cultists spoke as he smelled "gah it smells like something died here for decades"

The Grand Creator stood emotionless and mysteriously listening to all that X had on his mind and the questions that he wish to be answered. “It is not by mistake that Ner'zhul, god over death and fear, was able to intrude upon the Heaven realm.” The Grand Creator spoke again, but not with anger. “It is with this that all things have begun to end. There are secrets of this existence that are to never be known to the others or you, Apocrypha , but in your guesses you are correct. This and all other realms will and must end, as it is with all things. When I had created you, the gods over creation, time began to tick, but is was not a clock that was meant only to keep time; it has always been, from the start, counting back to this moment.” The Grand Creator looked to his servant of secrecy. “The Fallen One will mark the final decent of this time as does the fading light signal the night. He will bring upon your world a darkness like has never been seen, and will even supplant the alliances of light and dark.”

“Events are now set in motion that cannot be undone, and the use of this tomb against Darko is one such event. The timine of these events are the only things of them that are not set in law.” This was a point that the Grand Creator paused on giving it time to ring out and for X to internalize. This is why there is no book for them, and you have not known it. While It must happen there is no time they are assigned to. I can see it.” He said gazing into the prism before him to a side not visible to X. “I can see the end, what it was, what it is and what it will be. This is how it has been since…” The Grand Creator stopped. This meeting was going in a direction that it shouldn’t so He shifted focus, waving his had to resume the prism as it was.

“I assure you that, as I had created you, Immortal is what you are, death has no hourglass for gods.” The Grand Creator explained. “This however, does not mean that you cannot be slain by forces greater. If I had not wanted this, and instead created you to be without the ability to know death from another as well as time, then there would be no way for right and wrong to have meaning amongst you. What lessons, for the gods, would there be for your outbursts of anger, jealousy and… desire.”

The Grand Creator was somewhat irked by the mentioning of the possibilities of his powers having limits, and his tone reflected this as he explained. “’Limits’ is not the right view on this.” He began. “Because I cannot stop this calamity from coming does not mark my abilities’ limit. It is, rather, designed to be this way. Set as like the words in your books; none can be erased or rewritten.” The Grand Creator had come back to his normal tone now that he had gotten this part out, and continued. “You should also be careful in wanting to be as I for your powers and knowledge comes from that which you are powerless to changes at any time without my aid. You say that my powers may have limits when yours are not but walled in words with no way out.”

“This is how it is to progress to the end.” The Grand Creator said. “That is all for now, the end will come in its time, and you will know fully the events before they transpire I assure you.” Reaching out the Grand Creator grabbed the prism in one hand and with the other he touched one of the faces. This action prompted a doorway to appear near X, it was normal to his size. “A new book is in your library with the events we talked about, not before known, recorded. My children, your brothers and sisters, will need you in the coming times” The Grand Creator tucked the Prism within his bosom and simply watched X. “The Fallen One moves and he will be cunning to divide the bonds you all have… even yours.”

DARIUS!!!
DARIUS GORDOCK!!!

Dar'Tyrwin boomed in his follower's mind. "Darius. It is I, in living form, who stands before you!" The great archmage of the gods stood before Darius Gordock, one of two Archmages in the world. The Old Hawke, and also, Darius Gordock of course. "You have won my approval, Darius Gordock. I have within my power, the ability to grant a boon unto you that will elevate you above even the Old Hawke himself."

"Darius. . . come with me to your dreams". . . the god seemed to disappear, but Darius would be able to see where he vanished off too. Dartyrwin was bending time and space, and shaping matter in order to allow Darius into a magical sphere in the Heavens, where they could see the Sun, Moon and stars without Darius needing to ward himself with spells. The whispers of Dartyrwin beckoned Darius to follow.

A creature bellowed and a couple brave knights drew swords and charged the sound. A couple minutes later one horse came back without a rider and the other came back with half a rider. Then lumbering out of the trees stood a fearsome monster with blood dripping from one of the heads mouth and the other with a squirming knight in its hand and and was brought up to the monsters mouth and the screaming knight was eaten whole armor and all. The two headed monster snarled and looked at Valios and his party of soldiers. And in stared right at Valios

"Darius, this dream is a portion of my soul. Please, follow it while it beckons you. I wish to speak with you, but I cannot speak with you on the Materium, the world where you now dwell. You would be champion, please come. The time grows short." Dartyrwin hoped that Darius could receive the power he wished to instill within him completely.

Hal took a defensive stance in front of Schattenspiel when he heard Darko enter the council room, but did not draw his blade. It was not right for Darko to be here and Hal was both alarmed and confused as to how he accomplished this. Hal snarled as Darko grabbed the guard and cast him aside, but did not attack. He knew that the powers of the council room would deal with Darko in a most painful manner, but for some reason were held back by X. Darko demanded some kind of answers in regards to a prophesy. In response to Darko intruding upon the sacred hall and demanding from the god of secrets X pulled out a book and began to read from it, but not before calling Darko be his true name. These names were not to be used lightly as they were not just a title, but in fact the life force of a god or goddess. X read from the book that, from the content, appeared to be the ledger of Darko. Hal heard what X was saying to Darko, but none of it made sense. The answer to the riddled prophesies was a riddle unto itself. Once said and done X released the powers guarding the heavens and Darko was cast out and back to his realm of darkness and death.

Hal returned to his normal stance but his face was down cast at the final words of Darkos being there. Hal hated being reminded that he was the god brother to that evil and dark creature, but it was as that before the division and the Clash Darko and Hal worked together. They made joint efforts in aiding champions that were full of courage, feared almost nothing and embraced death when their time came. Now they were enemies certainly never to be reconciled. Hal’s thought were broken by an intruding force, it was Darko’s message; he wanted to meet and discuss the terms of a truce. “Humph.” Hal scoffed. “I will meet with you, Ner'zhul, but we shall both go alone.” Hal looked out one of the large opn windows of the council room to the clouds that ever drifted around them. “In a day’s time we will meet."

Turning to face Schattenspiel once more he spoke. “I thank you for you aid in this matter, and wish you safety in you visit. As it stand Darko wishes to hold council with me. If it is not too much I would ask that you try to inquire as to his future intentions that I may know what this meeting may hold.”

Dark smiled as Hal returned his request. "Very well." Darko then stood from his throne and looked upon the blood pool with Sekualla and smiled. "Awaken the Vampires. It's time for to feed. He summoned a Night Mare. The sacred mountain a place of great mystery. Only gods were permitted to enter. Dark and light the old council table held. Can not be entered except by traveling by foot to appear in the mountain was dangerous and forbidden. Darko mounted the dark steed and looked at Sekualla "dear sister, be sure your creatures a prepared and we'll fed. That village is your target. Make the waters run red. I want My forces strong. Have your vampires kill or turn every mortal in that village." He then rode off in the underworld toward the base of the sacred mountain. He didn't know if Hal ment mortal or divine days. So he went with mortal which in the underworld is a hour. Once he reached mountain he sent his steed away and looked at the entrance in the mortal realm and sighed. "Carved Stone makes this door." The entrance to the mountain was placed in the mortal world out of reach of mortals. He raised his hand and touched the door and smiled under his cowl. He for once felt, happy. A guard limped up to him. Bleeding. "MY LORD!" Darko turned and saw the guard that Belonged to the Grand Creator. Darko actually cared this time. When the guard fell Darko caught him. "Be at ease soldier. What happened?" Darko looked at his armor it was sliced like a knife through butter. Darko listened to the soldier and the dying soldier spoke only of a fire hot as damnation but fast as lightning. They were attacked and the dying guard handed Darko a message written in the forbidden tongue and Darko laid the now dead guard down and stood "be a peace soldier." Darko glanced around and saw more guards lying dead. The Grand Creator is not going to be happy. But who or what could bring down fully trained Guardians. He pondered this waiting for Hal to show. Darko mainly cared for the dying knowing that they were in his hands after that. Looking at now dead soldier examining his armor. Only one weapon alone could do such damage and that weapon before the clash The Grand Creator had Darko lock it up deep in the Underworld under the Burning Lake of Rage and only Darko can open its container. He pondered and pondered this Information.
