Headhunter for the Empire... and a way to bring players together. Say, has anyone else committed crimes in the Empire to warrant a headhunter? I hope these dots i'm connecting are just me being overly paranoid.

I found it difficult to mention everyone specifically, so I'll give your character's positions OOC:
Veela is transporting Gilbert, Asrai and Gaon illegally to Juren. It had to be illegal because Empire has a lockdown so unless you have a passport from really high up you aren't getting in or out of Juren. I discussed with Santa and Gaon as to why their characters would go to Juren, while I assumed for that Hex's character is doing her routinely travel to Kamisai.

The rest of the characters are on the other ship. The two people Bela mentioned are Tyhr and Shara. Atlas and Balzar are mercenaries hired. There are few other mercenaries but they are mooks, auto-killable by the players on the pirate ship. Veela doesn't have a crew so hunters sadly don't have someone to bully.

So yeah, you do get to kill a mord.
