Wrong. They do have electricity and stuff, but for convenience instead of leisure. You'll find a shitty, cheap phone, but you won't find any video games. You'll find radios, but no television. They use it to keep in touch with the modern world so as to not get completely caught off guard if a disease breaks out or a war starts.

Ultimately SMT solo is better than Persona, especially Persona 4($ for all things after 4). But, seeing as how Persona 3 is definitely one of my favorite games, I can't exactly be 100% SMT masterrace. Though, Digital Devil Saga will forever be my favorite SMT series.
