The references to who is talking should be done through language, but if you feel more comfortable italicizing it as well I won't complain.

I do that anyway, just like to format the dialogue of my characters as a personal thing. But I'll remove that too :)

I like that in Rho's post, he's basically scolding Aaron through IC.

>.> I just thought if we're going with it being unconventional, might as well establish that IC. Plus, those laws of war established by Abu Bakr seemed too good to pass up, what better way to attempt to canonise them than that xP

(Plus, Khalid was scolded by near everyone in RL xDDD particularly Umar, which is why Khalid was forced to resign when Umar became Caliph)

Too baller he was indeed, went undefeated throughout his entire military career, before and after Islam. That's damn impressive, considering he was in a ridiculous number of battles and went against even more ridiculous odds

3,000 vs 100,000

Scarred the shit out of 100,000 Romans (or 10,000 according to Byzantium)
Tactical retreat where only nine died
Some couple thousand Romans ded
Broke nine swords that day

Shall I RP the Ghassanids as NPCs in my next post or do they fall under Village's control?

So long as you don't do anything weird with them, go for it.

Nop, nothing that strays from official timeline. Most Ghassanids never converted (to this day in fact) and remained Christian. While some did join the Muslims (either converting or keeping their religion), the majority remained loyal to Byzantium until the Battle of Yarmouk, which was when they decided to throw their lot in with the emerging Arab Empire.

@Vilageidiotx Would it be alright if I control the Shahanshah in my next post? Not doing anything crazy. Basically, the Shah and his court are travelling to Susa for the winter (it was the winter capital of the Empire, while Ctesiphon was the summer capital). I might maybe include some interaction with the Shahanshah, but I'm not quite sure as of yet.

Also, pondering the possibility of RP'ing as a Roman of some sort alongside Karen to get in on all that action. Maybe a scholar of some sort, of even a priest/monk to get some theological perspective on the situation.

@babbysama

Though I'm not Vilage I don't have any personal problem with it. Though keep in mind the Shah is but a boy.

And here goes my first post. Not much happening in virtue of the the Surenas being very far away from the action.
