Morana followed Griffin and, when he stopped walking, pulled a gun out of her bag and pressed it gently to his back. "How did you get my personal email?" Her voice was silky smooth and dangerous. "That's a serious breach of security for someone in my line of work." She put the gun back in her bag, confident that he knew she meant business.

Leo followed Griffon and he could hear defeat inside his head "quick let's challenge them to a fight so that we can beat them up." Leo said "that is a stupid idea" He looked around at the large room.

Maya brushed her hair down with her hand nervously. She looked around at the growing crowd of people gathering outside the castle. Were they just tourists, or other people plagued in the same way as her? Before she could think about it any longer, Nightmares spoke. "My good friend Pain is here. We've always had so much fun playing together." The demon girl's voice was childlike and eerie, she even finished the phrase with a fiendish giggle.

The voice made her uneasy, so Maya rubbed her arm gently before taking a few steps towards the castle. The doors opened to reveal a handsome fair-skinned man. He had ebony hair and crystal blue eyes, and she assumed that he must be Griffon. Instead of verbally greeting them he spoke through a text-to-voice tablet application. Maya tilted her head curiously, wondering why he used that instead of speaking.

As they walked down the hall together, it suddenly seemed like coming here wasn't such a good idea. If these people had something trapped in their heads that could do awful things to others like Maya did, perhaps they shouldn't be having a little get together. "Oh, don't be such a scaredy-cat. What could go wrong with eight demons being in the same old Scotish castle?" The voice chimed in with another menacing chuckle. Maya needed to say something to drown out the other voice, so she asked the first question that popped into her head.

"Can you speak? Or... does something bad happen if you do?" her voice was small and shaky, a few months ago she would have never dreamed of sounding so meek. But, Nightmares had her way of breaking people down, reducing them to one of their most primal emotions: fear.

"I try my best already," she replied to the man who had placed a hand on her shoulder, she politely brushed it off and entered the castle with all of the others. Good thing she knew who all the possessed ones were now. Her heels clicked on the ground more as she continued moving into and in the castle. Eventually, with the others, she reached the "grand" room. Her eyes scanned across the room. What stood out to her most was how high the ceiling was. It made her uneasy. Oh, how I'd love to know who all of the filthy traitors are, let's see..." "Don't tell me, please," she hoped.

"My name is Griffin Green. I am the keeper of the demon lord known as Secrets. Each of you has a demon lord inside of you. You Miss Mrana de Syn are the keeper of Death. he explained. He pointed to each person as he named them. "Victor Richard is the keeper of Violence. Leonardo Jones is the keeper of Defeat. Maya Soto is the keeper of Nightmares. Katherine Whitemore is the keeper of Lies. Ved Pastram is the keeper of Wrath. Estelle Forrester is the keeper of Misery. Orion Forrester is the keeper of Hope. And Nathan Grant is the keeper of Pain. Each demon has its strengths and weaknesses. As the keeper of Secrets I know all the secrets of those near me. The downside that if I speak outloud I reveal all the secrets my demon has collected. Which makes talking to anyone nearly impossible. So I use this table. It saves times and keeps the secrets I hold safe."

Nathan would slowly look up, staring at the male, his eyes scanning over his features, nodding and saying "Which one are you..?" In a weary, quiet voice, his eyes showing something of 'pain' (:D), his hand rested lightly on his temples, massaging it, Pain saying in a rather concerning calm voice "You know, Never liked this demon. Asshole." With a light snicker, saying again "Let's make him break his wri-" Nathan quickly interrupts, in a quite annoyed voice, although whispering "Don't you dare!"

Morana stepped back, moving to a place where she could keep an eye on everyone. She was silent in thought for a while. "That makes sense." She decided. Hello, Death.
Greetings. Death replied.
"It also explains why the voice in my head sounds like tomb doors closing." Morana continued speaking to the room at large. "We always did get along well."

He followed suit of the others, trailing a bit behind, his fists clenching.
"Stupid fucking cunt... Pompous bitch... Who does she think she is, all we tried to do was show a little fucking support..."
"Easy red, she's probably a lot more unlucky then us. I doubt the other demons get along as well as us."
He murmured gently, his hands relaxing. Ved and Wrath had a very interesting relationship, while sharing the body, they decided to co-operate and take shifts over who is in control. While Ved has learned to be incredibly patient, putting up with wrath for several years, he remains inexplicably calm at all times. Wrath on the other-hand, will take over whenever Ved cannot handle the situation, such as during fights or high stress situations.

Vicar thought everyone was quite odd, but he responded to the mans question of which 'Demon' he represented.

"Poor boy afflicted with Pain, I like quick deaths but he rather likes slow and painful, not my taste!"

Violence said with disdain.

Vicar gritted his teeth then said.

"I seem to house Violence in my body,"

"You don't say, now can we kill him?!"

Violence said.

"No!"

Vicar grabbed his arm holding down onto the table so he wouldn't lean across and grab the man by the neck.

"My names Vicar what's yours?"

He began trying to suppress Violence but the Demon kept talking mainly to anger Vicar but it didn't really work.

Maya’s eyes followed Griffon’s finger as he identified each of the other afflicted persons. He pointed to her and gave her mind’s second voice a name - Nightmares. That made sense when Maya thought about it except, being an atheist, she didn’t ever believe in the whole heaven-hell-angels-demons thing before. Maya managed a faint smile, the guy was sweet for not wanting to reveal peoples secrets, and brave for standing up to the demon and refusing to speak aloud. “Be careful what you choose to think about him, Secrets will tell him everything. That meaner is always ruining surprises.” By the tone of Nightmares’ voice, Maya could practically envision the little girl crossing her arms and looking towards Griffon with disdain.

She might not have been religious like the rest of her extremely Mexican-brand Catholic family, but Maya did love horror films. She couldn’t dream of watching things that would cause her more fear now, though. “So, if there are… demons… in us, does that mean we have to go through an exorcism?” Almost as if on cue, Nightmares played our her fears and cast out an illusion before Maya. It showed Maya’s body floating above the ground, limbs spread out as her body contorted wildly, bones cracking and foam seeping from her lips. Maya jumped back slightly and shut her eyes tight in an attempt to ignore the illusion. “You’ll never get rid of me that easy.” Nightmares said with her signature giggle.

"Hope not." Morana frowned. "That would be nasty." She shifted slightly; anyone watching would think she was just finding a more comfortable position, but she was actually checking to make sure all her weapons were still in place.
If anyone tried, I would kill them. Death said. His voice didn't sound any different to Morana, but then again, it never seemed to change. Perhaps, if they angered me enough, I would enlist Pain's help. He was not especially close to any of the other demons, but he endeavored to have a professional relationship with all of them.

Griffin shook his head. "These demons aren't that easy to get rid of. That might work on the lower level demon. But these aren't ordinary demons. This are demon lords. They are the strongest demons in existence. There is a way to get ride of them but it might kill us. They are bound to our spirits. I have some information but not all of it. Either Secrets isn't talking or he doesn't know."

Leo said "I'm guessing you brought us all here to see if once we are all together we may be able to find out more about our Demons" Defeat said "that sounds like a fun challenge to me" Leo thought back to Defeat "is that really all you think about?" Defeat replied "no, I just really like doing challenges"

Kill her? Oh god, no. The last thing she wanted was to die. Hearing further, and eventually finding out that these were the strongest demons in existence, her eyes went wide with shock. She'd known that all of this was dangerous and life-harming, but she hadn't known that Lies was such a strong demon. "Underestimated me, Whittemore? Hehehehe...how naive you are." The more Lies talked, the more frightened she got by their terrifying voice. "That man back there was possessed like you. By Wrath. Such an unpleasant demon, filled with just pure anger, swears like a sailor, too. I never really got along with Wrath, but honestly, I really don't care. What do you think, Whittemore?" Katherine didn't care, either. She wanted this demon out. And she wanted it out now.

Nathan would say plainly "Nathan." Rubbing his head, and getting up, saying quietly "I need a moment.." And stepping outside the room, coughing violently and looking at his hand, blood on it, Pain saying "I didn't do that. If anything I would that's the work of Illness..But don't fret.." Nathan would quickly feel much better, muttering "..How.." Pain interrupting his train of thought "I can produce pain, and take it away. Call this a free ticket."

Demon Lords? Maya struggled to think of the giggle child in her mind as a Lord, but her powers could leave even the mightiest men cowering in fear. Griffon mentioned that they were bound to their spirits, which brought on her next question. "Well, why did they choose us?" she asked him, trying to ignore the fact that he mentioned they might die in the process of getting rid of their demons. "That's an easy one, purple's my favorite color! Like your hair." Nightmares sounded eerily nice, maybe even proud?

"Each demon has their own reason for choosing the human they picked. When they escaped their prison their physical bodies had been destroyed. In order to stay on this plan they need bodies so they began searching through the world for bodies. Secrets chose me because I have been keeping secrets my whole life. Plus he liked how I looked." Griffin explained. He didn't like the idea of the demon inside him being attracted to him. But that was the reality of the situation.

He pressed his fingers to his temples, rubbing small circles into them, he was pacing the floor looking down, trying to calm down his raging headache, but it was for naught, as he knew what was coming.
"I'm really sorry about this guys."
He whispered harshly, feeling the shift in control within his body, he fell back with his eyes closed, and when his arms shot out he blacked out, Wrath taking control.
Now that I'min charge, we're gonna get a few fucking things across to these sorry sack of pricks..
He thought to himself as he angrily approached the table, then smashed his hands onto it, growling lowly as he began to roar.
"First off, Are you gonna tell us something that's actually fucking useful, or are you going to keep jerking us around like the sadistic fuck you are Secrets, you know as well as the rest of us that these meat suits are growing fucking old! Second off, unless you fuckwits aven't picked up, I'm wrath, and I ain't talking to any of ya, I'm talking to your demons."

Maya's tan cheeks flushed red when Griffon mentioned that his demon picked him because he liked the way he looked. She looked away quickly, not wanting anyone to notice the girlish reaction. It was hard to avoid the attention of the demon in your own mind, though. "Oh my devil, you like him, don't you!?" Nightmares said in a squeaky tease. "Hush!" Maya whispered in a low hiss, trying to drown the girl's voice out. She was so embarrassed that she just wanted to crawl in a hole right there. The embarrassment was short-lived, however, as Wrath took over his host and directed his anger at Secrets and the other demons. Nightmares was quick to follow suit in overpowering her host. "Pipe down, you big meanie!" she said through the lips of Maya, her voice high and squeaky like that of a child. Nightmares crossed Maya's arms over her chest "Nobody cares about your useless yelling. You're all bark and no bite, as usual." Nightmares turned her gaze to Secrets now. "He is right about one thing, though. You're always all about spilling the beans, except when it's useful. You got us all here, now talk!"

Griffin didn't let sec rest take over. Doing so was never a good thing. He and Secrets had come to a compromise of sorts and Wrath was jeapordizing that. "I might know more Wrath but so do you." Secrets growled. The demons voice was deep and rough. Griffin hated the sound of it. He wrestled with his demon. "Please don't push Secrets. We will never accomplish anything if he starts revealing every secret he had gathered over the last thousand years or so."
