Starting at zero and going to one-hundred. Zero is "no remotely positive relationship", one is "receiver desires to help Tuner" and grants the most basic level of the Tuner's abilities at their weakest stage.

Makes sense. In terms of Rp advancement, would that mostly just work as you assessing how things are going and assigning a number to that?

Also, speaking of progression in the RP...

I will allow people to create their own arcs and NPC's as long as they're ran by me the first time. This means they'll have some hand in GMing as well.
